Comfort Inn & Suites near Tinley Park Amphitheater

All the staff were very kind and helpful. Will definitely stay there again. Perfect location for events at the Credit One amphitheater. The young lady at the front desk for our check-in on July 29 was very sweet and the lady doing breakfast the morning of July 30 was a sweetheart also.

It's a place to sleep and that's it.

All of the staff were very nice and helpful but the hotel really needs an update and more attention when cleaning the rooms. Our room was… not the cleanest there was soda all over the wall and everything was dusty and dirty. The beds at least appeared clean enough to sleep one night in.

Room did what it needed to do. Beds are incredibly hard and pillows are so smooshy and small. My son had to sleep on a broken and incredibly torn up and thin sleeper sofa. It was so nasty looking. I went to taget and got a few blankets and pillow protectors because the yellow stains on stuff were sus and we weren't going to to lay on their bedding. Shower curtain allows all the water to be on the floor. So make sure there is a towel on the floor. Toilet clogged up same night we got in. Kept a plunger in the room the whole time. Went to check out the pool only to find out they haven't had it open for YEARS. Since covid, but if you book from a third party they just throw there hands up and tell you. Well you should have booked from the website. The guy at the front desk wanted to know where we booked from and went on about it when I said it should be taken off the amenities list. I just walked away. I was exhausted and not about to argue with someone at front desk. 🙄 Like I said overall room did what it needed but it wasn't a pleasant experience and my body hurt incredibly bad after are 3 night stay. Myself and the whole family where there for summer of 99' concert. So if your going for a concert or for a few days. There's plenty other places in the same area. Check them out first and make sure they actually have the amminities advertised and your not sleeping on a rock for 3 nights.

Room air filters needed cleaning,and were badly broken. I tried to clean them,but couldn't get them out of A/C unit.
