Clean room and facility. Had to wait forever to get checked in. Pool closes at 8 PM which is a real bummer when you have little kids.

The room was subpar in that the sitting area had large stains on the carpet and the chair was badly stained, so much so that we didn’t want to sit o it. When you drop nearly $600 for a weekend stay you expect to have a room that is clean. The carpet and chair I’m sure had been cleaned but the stains were gross. Additionally when we checked in the person checking us in first told us we didn’t have a reservation, when I stated yes you do, he found it. But his affect was bland and was not welcoming. We stay at this particular hotel twice a year. This was the worse experience by far.

Our room needed some deep cleaning, the part of the place was the staff they are extremely pleasant, the hotel just needs a deep cleaning, it's a great location. We didn't eat there nor use the pool or gym. Nana was extremely friendly.

Had a great stay, staff was outstanding, very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was was great and the room was comfortable and clean.

There were many spots and stains on the walls and curtains. Our room still had garbage on the floor once it was cleaned. The staff were excellent and very helpful.
