The room was clean except for the massive stains on the carpet. None of the USB outlets worked in the room so I couldn't charge anything. There was a gash in the screen of one of the room windows that was so big that a person could fit through it- it would sway in the wind. The stairs leading up to the rooms in the main atrium were so dirty and the entire time we were there they never got cleaned or vacuumed so they just kept getting worse and worse. Breakfast was good, staff was very nice. We always stayed in this hotel every year when I come back home to visit my friends and family. But this is the last time we are going to stay there. It was very disappointing.

Parking was good. Breakfast was free had a few options. The part that ruined the stay was i paid 364$ for 1 night for a room that was okay but had old furniture and the floors were stained the air conditioner was so loud hardly sleep.. But that wasnt the worst part! When i took a shower the next morning the tub backed up with nasty water about 3 inches deep.this was a few hours prior to check out so i went down and told the front desk who was completely rude. I said i paid 365$ for not a great room but the oar conditioner was louhd and the tub backed up with nasty water! All she said well mam it was fine yesterday! I even showed her a video i had taken of it.
