Charming bed and breakfast. Gardens were beautiful, staff was kind and helpful. The only negative was there were not enough outlets to charge both phones in our room. Also the hot tub was not working.

This was our first stay ever at a BnB. Very impressed. Gives a new meaning to home away from home. Comfy. Nicely furnished older home. Wonderful staff. Great cooked to order breakfast. Convenient for touring the Lancaster area. Our bedroom was very nice. The only problem was it was in the front of the house on the street that was a main route. Traffic was light at night but the occasional tractor and trailer was a bit jarring. Nice grounds. Pool. Don't forget to pet the dog and goats. Will be returning.

We had air conditioning the first night in our room, but the second night it was hot and stuffy. The bed was not that comfortable. The hot tub was not working. The place was quaint and clean and the breakfast was good.

A charming room in a beautifully restored older home. Lovely grounds, goats, dog and hens in the backyard. A relaxing jacuzzi. Fabulous made to order breakfast and snacks and beverages always available. Great location in scenic Amish county. I would highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay & a good price although the room (in the carriage house) was a bit small. It was very clean also. The breakfast quality was good and we were offered many options, like a diner actually & there was homemade cake and fresh fruit every morning. There was also water available and specialty sodas and candy & snacks! Since it was so hot, the pool was a welcome place to relax. The garden was nice although it needed to be watered more often and thoroughly (I saw someone watering it and it was not very long). many plants had brown leaves. The location was perfectly close to all sightseeing and the Sight & Sound Theater was only 5 mintes away. Will definately stay again!

We enjoyed our time at this charming bed and breakfast as a family of 5 after a show at Sight and Sound Theater. The pool and grounds were lovely. I especially liked the fire pit and swings. The complimentary snacks and drinks all day were appreciated. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. We will be back the next time we come to Lancaster.

A beautiful bed and breakfast in a great location. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. The breakfast was great as well as the grounds. The staff were all friendly, cheerful and helpful. We especially liked Karen who served us breakfast. The gardeners worked so hard maintaining such lovely spaces to view. We would definitely go there again. The boys loved the pool and all the green space.

We really enjoyed our stay at Greystone Manor. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. Snacks and extra items are conveniently located on the first floor and available at all time. The staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed in Room 3, which we like the layout, the bedroom area is separate from the living area, which is comfortable and cozy. This is our second stay at Greystone, and we already booked the room for the same time next year (I run the Bird in Hand half marathon and Greystone is located very close to this event).

Good location. Turd in the toilet when we arrived. No air conditioning. Breakfast began at 8am. Owner provided a $20 coupon to a nearby bakery in lieu of breakfast so we could make a 8:30 appointment- much appreciated.

The property was a bit on the drabby side, filled with furniture from goodwill. There was dust on the furniture. TV had no way to use closed captions. Bed was soft and squeaky. Breakfast was mediocre, bacon and eggs with fruit and toast. No bed making or towel service, would not recommend to future travelers, please pick a standard hotel!!!

I would have preferred to stay in the main building instead of the carriage house .. wasn’t aware there was a difference when I booked .. bed was not terribly comfortable .. tub is very slippery if you’re not careful .. limited seating for breakfast .. overall stay for the night was ok

Room was a bit small as was the TV. As seniors we could have used a larger TV. An additional chair would have helped. We realize they the owners are still renovating the property. The pedestal sink should be fastened to rhe wall and can pose a hazardous situation. Otherwise we liked it very much and would stay there again.

The staff, their attention and the uniqueness of the property make this an enjoyable place to stay. Anyone looking for the modern hotel experience would not enjoy a stay here. The current ownership and management have work to do to bring this property up to its potential but they know this and seem dedicated to making this happen. Management has some great ideas for the grounds and for the rooms in the carriage house! Light sleepers would likely get a better night's sleep by staying in the carriage house as the manor itself is close to the road and there is considerable early morning traffic.

Hotel is in a beautiful area of Pennsylvania but unfortunately there is constant traffic. We stayed on a Sunday night and the traffic never stopped. Room was in the front of the house and it was impossible to get any sleep. This will keep us from returning. Really don't think being in another room in the front house would alleviate the issue with the noise. 😒 Hotel and personnel were A+

The limited staff was super nice. The building is in poor condition. The door lock was weak and there wasnt an inside lock No fridge or microwave in room so it was inconvenient to walk dow the starir and warn up your food and o wasnt comfortable storing my deinks in the community fridge.

My wife and I were in town to see Daniel at Sight and Sound. This hotel was literally at 10 minutes away. A perfect location for us. Then throw in that they provide you with a hot fresh breakfast that was included was the cherry on top! The only challenge we had was that the room got very hot, but we were able to compensate it by opening the window. Extremely pleased. Exceeded our expectations!

Pluses - the staff at breakfast was very attentive and happy to handle special requests (including allergen-safe cooking). The main house has a beautiful common area with plenty of snacks and drinks and local items of interest. Minuses - our room was missing some basic amenities, like cups for the bathroom and a full roll of toilet paper (while there was more available in the common area, I'd expect my room to have at least a reasonable amount when I checked in). Our room in the carriage house was also in need of some repairs to the woodwork, plus there wasn't an obvious way to control the HVAC (it was rather cold and drafty). We had stayed here years ago under the previous owners; the people here are much friendlier now but the property needs some work still (I assume it was falling apart under the old owners). Communication with the property is also good; we got several text messages regarding our stay, keeping us updated on how incoming weather might affect us.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Greystone Manner. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot to order breakfast was very good. There was a issue with charges but this finally got resolved.

This was the first time at a Bed and Breakfast. At first we were skeptical and not sure we were going to like our stay there.... But the exceptional service that Karen and team provided was above and beyond. By the time we were about to leave there, my husband and I were saying how much we enjoyed staying there. Thank you Karen!!

had to book a room in the "carriage house" . Room was small and was basically a motel room. Went to the office with a few questions but could not find anyone. While there noticed the dining area was very small, only four tables. When went to the main house the next morning at about 8;45 for breakfast the dining area was full, no one there had a meal in front of them and one person was waiting in the office area. Once again, no staff available to speak to. We left and went to a local place for breakfast. We visit this area regularly and she had noticed this B&B before and wanted to try it. We were disappointed with the stay and will not be back.

Got a text about self checkin, which was great. I will ask for a first floor room next time as stairs were difficult for me. Breakfast was excellent.

The only thing I didn't like was when we checked in no one was there to answer questions. We reserved for 2 adults and 1 child. The room was lovely but had a king bed and a chair that sort of reclined. It was very uncomfortable and our 13 year old grandson had to share the king bed with us. I guess the problem could have been through booking with Expedia. But I texted and called and left a message on answer machine and no one ever returned my call

Inn was comfortable and centrally located to restaurants and attractions. Check was easier but no staff to meet you. Only interacted with staff at breakfast. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Rooms are a good value and priced accordingly. Inn was clean.

This was our first stay ever at a BnB. Very impressed. Gives a new meaning to home away from home. Comfy. Nicely furnished older home. Wonderful staff. Great cooked to order breakfast. Convenient for touring the Lancaster area. Our bedroom was very nice. The only problem was it was in the front of the house on the street that was a main route. Traffic was light at night but the occasional tractor and trailer was a bit jarring. Nice grounds. Pool. Don't forget to pet the dog and goats. Will be returning.

Hotel is in a beautiful area of Pennsylvania but unfortunately there is constant traffic. We stayed on a Sunday night and the traffic never stopped. Room was in the front of the house and it was impossible to get any sleep. This will keep us from returning. Really don't think being in another room in the front house would alleviate the issue with the noise. 😒 Hotel and personnel were A+

A charming room in a beautifully restored older home. Lovely grounds, goats, dog and hens in the backyard. A relaxing jacuzzi. Fabulous made to order breakfast and snacks and beverages always available. Great location in scenic Amish county. I would highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay & a good price although the room (in the carriage house) was a bit small. It was very clean also. The breakfast quality was good and we were offered many options, like a diner actually & there was homemade cake and fresh fruit every morning. There was also water available and specialty sodas and candy & snacks! Since it was so hot, the pool was a welcome place to relax. The garden was nice although it needed to be watered more often and thoroughly (I saw someone watering it and it was not very long). many plants had brown leaves. The location was perfectly close to all sightseeing and the Sight & Sound Theater was only 5 mintes away. Will definately stay again!

My wife and I were in town to see Daniel at Sight and Sound. This hotel was literally at 10 minutes away. A perfect location for us. Then throw in that they provide you with a hot fresh breakfast that was included was the cherry on top! The only challenge we had was that the room got very hot, but we were able to compensate it by opening the window. Extremely pleased. Exceeded our expectations!

I love the antique feel of the house. Each room has its own bathroom. We have stayed here several times. The breakfast this time was not up to expectations. The meat was cold and the waffle was cardboardy tasting.

We enjoyed our time at this charming bed and breakfast as a family of 5 after a show at Sight and Sound Theater. The pool and grounds were lovely. I especially liked the fire pit and swings. The complimentary snacks and drinks all day were appreciated. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. We will be back the next time we come to Lancaster.

A beautiful bed and breakfast in a great location. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. The breakfast was great as well as the grounds. The staff were all friendly, cheerful and helpful. We especially liked Karen who served us breakfast. The gardeners worked so hard maintaining such lovely spaces to view. We would definitely go there again. The boys loved the pool and all the green space.

Good location. Turd in the toilet when we arrived. No air conditioning. Breakfast began at 8am. Owner provided a $20 coupon to a nearby bakery in lieu of breakfast so we could make a 8:30 appointment- much appreciated.

Greystone Manor was beautiful, and we cant wait to go back again! There was plenty of parking, and the staff as wonderful. The room was perfect for us, and the close proximity to everything we wanted to check out was great too.

Yes, was one of the best bed-and-breakfast I’ve ever stayed at! My husband and I woke up late one day and they still made us breakfast. It was clean and so easy to get checked in.

My sister and I come every year for a Sight and Sound play and this is our favorite place to stay. Beautiful grounds and rooms and awesome breakfast and friendly staff. You will not be disappointed!

One of the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed. Staff super friendly and even know short staffed for breakfast our compliments to the chef. You had choice of a full menu vs what the owners chose to make that day. Place was clean and considering the age of the Mansion very well maintained. The grounds were just beautiful and parking was ample. Thank you for a wonderful stay. FIVE stars and highly recommend. Our only issue is my husband is handicapped so will request ground floor next time.
