At first when we booked this cabin it was to be close to Clear Lake where our adult Children, their spouses and children were camping for a week. This cabin was more than perfect, the owners have made it feel like home and have provided those little extras to help it be a relaxing peaceful experience. The cabin is back in woods but has the technology inside that we are used to. We had a wonderful time.

It was everything I had hope for: immaculate, quiet, serene, plentiful in house items for cleaning, cooking,laundry, pet friendly. The owners Chris and Dan Lyons, were so attentive to any questions or concerns we had. Communication was stellar, immediate response via text, email, or phone just to make sure we had everything we needed. A must stay place!!!! If you want a great experience with VRBO.

We loved this property. It was very clean, spacious and absolutely beautiful! Everything was modern and up to date. Nice kitchen and comfortable beds and furniture. The owner was very accommodating and we enjoyed our trip immensely. There were laundry facilities too! Everything you could want. It was rather chilly during our stay so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the deck but it looked very nice and inviting.

First getaway with our dog. Love this cabin in the woods. Had everything you could possibly need. Beautiful location in the woods. Chris responded to any questions immediately. Would love to come nack to do more hiking, etc. when weather is more cooperative!

This cabin is fantastic! It is fully stocked with everything you could need to make your stay as easy as possible. I packed the coffee but forgot to pack the filters. We arrived to find a fully stocked coffee shelf, including filters! The cabin is beautifully decorated and has a great deck off the cabin. It was so peaceful and quiet to sit outside. The owners are great; very friendly and prompt responses. This was our first trip to the Northwoods and Chris had a ton of information to share with us. One of the best things about this cabin is the location. It’s situated perfectly so that you can enjoy all of the great surrounding communities. We spent time exploring and enjoying the lakes in Minocqua, Lake Tomahawk, St. Germain, Boulder Junction and Rhinelander. It was awesome being able to try so many different lakes! The kids loved it and we will definitely be back!

We have rented many cabins over the years and this one really stands out. Communication with the owners was quick and helpful. The kitchen is very well stocked! I was surprised to see a stand mixer and even cake decorating supplies. Everything you could possibly need! The location is amazing. It's far enough away from everything to be private but still close enough to visit many different beautiful places. I appreciate the attention to detail in this cabin from the decorations and lighting to the superb cleanliness of the place. The beds are actually comfortable which can be hard to find in a rental. And the jetted bathtub was a welcome bonus! We loved sitting on the deck and watching all the visiting wildlife. We came for a relaxing nature vacation and that is exactly what we got. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Chris and Dan for sharing your wonderful home with us!

This lovely cabin was the perfect place for our family of four to celebrate the holidays together. We did lots of cooking and had everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. The cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas so the ambiance was perfect. Six stars for cleanliness! And our hosts were available and willing to help when we needed it. Grateful.

Had a fantastic stay up in Harshaw last week!! The cabin had everything we needed and was so clean when we got there! Our hosts made sure we were taken care of and checked in multiple times throughout the week! We would definitely book this place again!

We stayed here for 5 nights in January. The cabin was wonderful - secluded and wooded lot, only 20 minutes away from Minoqua and Rhinelander. Several XC ski and snowshoe trails within a 15-20 minute drive. The interior was beautifully decorated and clean, had very comfortable furniture with a cozy but modern feel, and a kitchen that was stocked with everything you might need (from dishes to appliances to spices and coffee). The pictures online are very accurate, and the overall feel is even better! I'm always impressed when we stay at places where the owners have clearly taken the time to decorate, stock the kitchen and bathrooms, and think of all the little things that make a stay extra nice. Communication with the owners was great, from giving lots of recommendations before arriving to prompt and friendly texts while we were there. We would definitely recommend staying here in any season, and we plan to return.

Husband and I enjoyed a three night stay and found this property to be exactly as described. Lovely woodland location , very private and extremely cozy. A perfect fall getaway that feels like your own place in the woods… loved it! The house is immaculate, well stocked and your host are great... really couldn't be better....highly recommend.

Beautifully decorated, spacious cabin with lovely woods surrounding. Great choice if you want to get away from it all. Heard owls, coyotes, and saw adorable deer. Only downside is having to take your garbage with you, in spite of a cleaning fee.

We absolutely loved every second in this cabin! The cabin was perfect with a full kitchen, cozy living area to play games, and beautiful master bedroom. The area was so quiet and peaceful. My friend Geof and I spent a weekend at the Lyons Den as we wanted to go snowshoeing and hiking in the North Woods. The house was fantastic! It was cozy and clean and well decorated. Chris, the owner, was friendly and responsive to any questions I had. Geof and I both thoroughly enjoyed our stay and commented to one another that we could easily see bringing our respective wives up sometime to enjoy the home and the lovely area around it.

The Cabin was great and cozy. It was very clean and the hosts were easy to communicate with from day one. We even saw a deer walk through the property. Great place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful landscape setting.Everything in its place - easy to find, easy to use.Quiet, comfortable heating.Deep, soft, warm couches with lots of pillows.Relaxing lighting.Fabulous, super-clean windows looking out onto wonderful fall colors.Everything works, down to the smallest detail.Host always replied immediately.Really no need, but house security was strong and complete.Very convenient, well prepared, close parking.Two lovely decks - one with a propane fireplace.Two bedrooms, each with a bath, separated by the living space.Large, all wood, natural colors, vaulted common room ceiling - relaxing and quiet.Unique elements such as the barn door entrance to the master bedroom.Intricate, detailed design touches and seasonal accents -- very charming.Generous, very new, high-quality bedding.

It was everything I had hope for: immaculate, quiet, serene, plentiful in house items for cleaning, cooking,laundry, pet friendly. The owners Chris and Dan Lyons, were so attentive to any questions or concerns we had. Communication was stellar, immediate response via text, email, or phone just to make sure we had everything we needed. A must stay place!!!! If you want a great experience with VRBO.

Had a fantastic stay up in Harshaw last week!! The cabin had everything we needed and was so clean when we got there! Our hosts made sure we were taken care of and checked in multiple times throughout the week! We would definitely book this place again!

Exactly as described cozy and spotless. Well stocked with everything you need to rest, relax and recharge in peace & quiet. ..so many fantastic extras and details. Chris and Dan represent their beautiful property with 100% authenticity, easy check in, and check out, seamless communication… these are important when traveling far from home. This cabin is fantastic! It is fully stocked with everything you could need to make your stay as easy as possible. I packed the coffee but forgot to pack the filters. We arrived to find a fully stocked coffee shelf, including filters! The cabin is beautifully decorated and has a great deck off the cabin. It was so peaceful and quiet to sit outside. The owners are great; very friendly and prompt responses. This was our first trip to the Northwoods and Chris had a ton of information to share with us. One of the best things about this cabin is the location. It’s situated perfectly so that you can enjoy all of the great surrounding communities. We spent time exploring and enjoying the lakes in Minocqua, Lake Tomahawk, St. Germain, Boulder Junction and Rhinelander. It was awesome being able to try so many different lakes! The kids loved it and we will definitely be back!

We have rented many cabins over the years and this one really stands out. Communication with the owners was quick and helpful. The kitchen is very well stocked! I was surprised to see a stand mixer and even cake decorating supplies. Everything you could possibly need! The location is amazing. It's far enough away from everything to be private but still close enough to visit many different beautiful places. I appreciate the attention to detail in this cabin from the decorations and lighting to the superb cleanliness of the place. The beds are actually comfortable which can be hard to find in a rental. And the jetted bathtub was a welcome bonus! We loved sitting on the deck and watching all the visiting wildlife. We came for a relaxing nature vacation and that is exactly what we got. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Chris and Dan for sharing your wonderful home with us!

The location is amazing, surrounded by nature in all directions, with beautiful wildlife. The hime is beautiful and well-maintained with everything we could have needed was available right on the property. The owners of the home were fantastic! They quickly responded to any questions we had and ensured we were prepared for our stay. I have nothing but great things to say!

Beautifully decorated, spacious cabin with lovely woods surrounding. Great choice if you want to get away from it all. Heard owls, coyotes, and saw adorable deer. Only downside is having to take your garbage with you, in spite of a cleaning fee.

Exactly how it looks online but even better!! It was just what we needed, cabin in the woods with no one around!! The master bedroom was huge and very homey. The hosts were top notch and always had answers for us. We will definitely be back again!!

First getaway with our dog. Love this cabin in the woods. Had everything you could possibly need. Beautiful location in the woods. Chris responded to any questions immediately. Would love to come nack to do more hiking, etc. when weather is more cooperative!

We stayed here for 5 nights in January. The cabin was wonderful - secluded and wooded lot, only 20 minutes away from Minoqua and Rhinelander. Several XC ski and snowshoe trails within a 15-20 minute drive. The interior was beautifully decorated and clean, had very comfortable furniture with a cozy but modern feel, and a kitchen that was stocked with everything you might need (from dishes to appliances to spices and coffee). The pictures online are very accurate, and the overall feel is even better! I'm always impressed when we stay at places where the owners have clearly taken the time to decorate, stock the kitchen and bathrooms, and think of all the little things that make a stay extra nice. Communication with the owners was great, from giving lots of recommendations before arriving to prompt and friendly texts while we were there. We would definitely recommend staying here in any season, and we plan to return.

We absolutely loved every second in this cabin! The cabin was perfect with a full kitchen, cozy living area to play games, and beautiful master bedroom. The area was so quiet and peaceful. This lovely cabin was the perfect place for our family of four to celebrate the holidays together. We did lots of cooking and had everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. The cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas so the ambiance was perfect. Six stars for cleanliness! And our hosts were available and willing to help when we needed it. Grateful.

We loved this property. It was very clean, spacious and absolutely beautiful! Everything was modern and up to date. Nice kitchen and comfortable beds and furniture. The owner was very accommodating and we enjoyed our trip immensely. There were laundry facilities too! Everything you could want. It was rather chilly during our stay so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the deck but it looked very nice and inviting.

From the moment we drove up to the property, we knew we were in for a special experience. The cabin exceeded our expectations and was a welcome reprise from urban living. We used our stay to unplug from texts, emails and social media. Two days of biking on the nearby Bearskin Trail was the relaxing experience we were looking for. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to eat all of our meals in without having to venture away from the cabin. Chris and Dan have created a Northwoods experience not to be missed.

What a lovely cabin! The perfect place for my husband and I to have a relaxing long weekend. The cabin was very clean and cozy. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots/pans, and dishes we needed. It was a little too chilly for us to enjoy the deck for any length of time, but it would be a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the stillness of the area in warmer weather. The comfy furniture was great for lounging and reading. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area and would recommend for anyone looking for a nice getaway. Thanks Chris and Dan for sharing your home with us!

The kitchen had all the utensils, pots/pans, and dishes we needed. It was a little too chilly for us to enjoy the deck for any length of time, but it would be a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the stillness of the area in warmer weather. The comfy furniture was great for lounging and reading. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area and would recommend for anyone looking for a nice getaway. This cabin is beautiful and in a nicely wooded area but still not too far from our favorite bars and restaurants. The owners have put a lot of attention to detail and love into their cabin! It is well stocked and equipped for everything you’d need, plus several thoughtful extras! We loved the wood burning fireplace in the living area! We also liked that both bedrooms had their own televisions! We felt so comfortable and peaceful in the cabin. Also, communication with the owners was prompt and had our questions answered immediately which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend to anyone considering a stay here to do it! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

This cabin was fantastic! It had everything you need, a great fireplace that was easy to use for first timers, all the amenities were great and very comfortable. The cabin had lots of room for our dog it run around. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
