Easy to access, with great parking. Good sized rooms and indoor pool was nice. Great staff. Good value for money.

The customer service on Saturday was horrible. Asked to speak to the manager because pool was open and then sign was back up and she told me too bad that I would have to wait till Sunday.

Rude not helpful and did not comply with my request and the pool was down the 3 days i was there

Staff was extremely friendly. Location was easy access to and from Evansville. Pool was nice but very cold. Pool room was not heated well. Has wall heaters but they did not work well. Grandchild loved pool but I could not handle the cold water and towels not available in pool area. Overall experience was very good and friendly. Would suggest checking the window seals. Had lot of dirt/mold in window tract. Just needs wiped out and bleached. We had to crack the window for fresh air for a little while had a musty smell in room.

Checked in just before 9:30 on a Saturday night. We had just finished driving over 4 hours with another 7 to go in the morning. Check-In went fine, as expected. Went to use the elevator and the general state of the building became evident as we became aware of the disrepair of the property. The frame of the elevator was old and damaged, the elevator itself sounded as though it would fall apart any time, and then came the room. First thing I noticed was it was hot. Probably close to 85 in the room. Then came the odd white powder on the floor and night stand. Followed by the excessive layer of dust and rust colored stains on the bed sheets. We had an early morning, and decided to remedy what we could instead of calling front desk or room service because we were too tired and had to make an early morning, we didn't want to detract from what little time we had to sleep. Our mistake. The morning front desk person refused to offer anything to alleviate our dissatisfaction and made offhand remarks that seemed more like a reprimand for not saying anything the night before. Not only that, but the elevator was closed in the morning for repairs (not surprised), and we had to take the stairs. And the stairs we also quite dirty. Looked like no one had cleaned them in weeks. And, finally, the breakfast dining area had an unpleasant odor to it. All in all, the entire experience was very poor and I'll likely never stay in a baymont again.

We stayed in a king suite room on the third floor. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. There was lots of hot water and good pressure in the shower. We didn't use any of the other hotel amenities. The only issue was the elevator wasn't working so we had to carry our bags up to the 3rd floor. The hotel was in the process of getting it repaired but that hadn't been completed by the morning.

Friendly staff and safe property with lights in parking lot if coming back late. The breakfast was convenient with several options.

Slow checkin, hairdryer broken (but was repaired on my request), laundry broken. Gym ok, but nothing special, indoor pool available, but not fancy.

Right behind a very large Truck stop. Lots of men loitering around. Was being watched the entire time when getting out of the vehicle. Tried to cancel because it felt super unsafe for a woman traveling alone with kids, but i was past my cancelation window. The elevator was old and creaky and dirty looking. The room had no air on and was like walking into a oven, though the ac cooled quickly. The room had zero lights on, felt a little off putting. I feel like they are trying to cut cost corners at this location. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling . The beds slept fine. Had no issues. Id say to improve the stay, there needs to be no loitering on property. Repairs need to be done and cleanliness needs to improve throughout inside and outside. Mold needs addressed.

This hotel was spotless and staff very friendly. We were stopping for one night only on our way to visit relatives. We got a good night’s sleep.

One night stay while on a road trip. Didn’t expect much but the overall cleanliness was lacking. The bed was very uncomfortable. We completed the “precheck-in” but it didn’t matter and had to complete everything again when arrived.

Arrived at almost 10pm to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, there was even dried urine all over the toilet seat. Night desk guy was unapologetic and blamed everyone else . He said he couldn’t compensate me at all since I booked the reservation through a third party. I ended up going to a different hotel for the night.

Light fixture on desk on/off switch broken had to unscrew bulb to turn light off. Door lock on inside of room broken. Only deadbolt worked

The WiFi, which was advertised as a convenient amenity, was practically unusable—slow, unreliable, and constantly disconnecting, making it impossible to get any work done or even stream basic content. To top it off, the customer service was suboptimal. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing the concerns I had and didn’t go out of their way to accommodate or make me feel welcome. It was clear they weren’t willing to provide the level of service you’d expect from a quality hotel. The only positive thing about this was the price. Quality seems to correlate with the price point. If you’re looking for comfort, reliable internet, or good service, I’d strongly advise staying elsewhere.

The smells in the hallway, elevator, and room were very strong (all different). Though they say they had WiFi, it didn’t work. The front desk said it was my laptop that was having issues, but it didn’t work on any of our devices.

The room was modern. My only gripe was the lounge chair and fold-out sofa we’re old, worn, and stained.

Very nice room. Comfortable bed, great linens room was very quiet and clean. Had been modernized somewhat recently. We had a very nice stay. Breakfast was weak but didn’t count on that.

The staff greated you when you 1st come in. They explain where to find everything. The place is so quiet & relaxing. The staff was just as friendly upon check out. Would recommend this place!!!

I have stayed here for a week two different years. Very nice stays! The staff straightened our room every day after we left and was so nice to us. Nice breakfast every morning. The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. And they have Tennis Channel, which we love!

Needed a place after driving in the rain for an hour. Could see it from the highway. The narrow roads back to it were dark and sketchy. Hotel/room were fine. Elevator was slow and breakfast just okay

Overall, it was an ok property. It seemed to be ran by a family, who were professional and polite, and were gracious with our noisy kiddos. The only downside was the location of the property, which we had trouble locating in the dark, and it isn’t super close (that we could tell) to any variety of eateries.

Good deal for the price, access from interstate is a bit convoluted.

Quiet. Located behind a truck stop. Looks nice on outside... a bit worn out inside, bad choice of air freshener... gag... but the rooom was fantastic. Good shower. Big TV.

It is not a destination hotel in and of itself. But it is perfect for a tired road tripper to get a shower and some sleep for the night, without making a lengthy detour away from the interstate. I didn't try their breakfast, and I know it's not the sort of place that I would want to stay for 2 or more nights and walk everywhere during my stay, because the neighborhood is more suited to longhaul trucking than pedestrians, but it's the perfect place for the interstate traveler to rest for one night, before resuming their road trip. If I am ever looking for a place to stop for the night in southern Indiana, I would stay here again.

The room was pretty nice and very clean. The shower needed new hardware and my towel had a hole. The breakfast was a 2 out of 5. It was a place to sleep while traveling, but nothing great.

The signage to enter was confusing. It looked as if the hotel was trying to remodel but stopped: the lobby floors were wood and the walls modern, the hallway carpets looked new and the walls newly papered. But all the door frames were scuffed and shabby. There was a thick layer of dust on the lamp in the room, the carpets were old. Worst was the 'breakfast'. All high carbs items only.

Property in good condition. Room excellent. Elevator door needs paint and elevator could use a good cleaning. Night clerk’s command of English language poor. Breakfast very limited and was in need of fruit, yogurt, sweet rolls. No News channels on TV. TV list outdated.

We stayed here two years ago and will do so again. The room was clean and quiet. The carpeting looks fairly new. Breakfast was somewhat standard for this level of hotel. There wasn’t any yogurt, but there was biscuits and gravy, cereal and waffles. The bed was very comfortable!

Breakfast was lacking in choice. No fruit, no scrambled eggs. Plenty of carb/bread items. Waffle batter was all over the counter; hostess walked by several times and never cleaned it up. I asked about eggs and was told boiled eggs were in the refrigerator :(.

Probably the best room of our whole trip home. I have to sleep sitting up, and the arm-chair ottoman in the room was perfect. The breakfast was both varied and delicious.
