Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites

Everything was great except for the 2 following things: the conditioner in my shower (room 721) was empty and it was hard to get the water to not be scalding hot and I like very hot water.

For the time we stayed there was no hot water. It seemed pretty booked but was only able to take sink showers as there little to hot water.

Staff was terrible, the manager was not helpful either.

We accidentally forgot three articles of clothing hanging in the closet. Called the very next morning to let them know. Left a voicemail, no one ever called back. I called again and spoke with someone in housekeeping and they said they didn’t have the clothing. When asked how they handle this Tempe of situation, she stated I could speak with her supervisor. The supervisor never called back. Talked to a manager and she stated that she would get with the housekeeping supervisor to look and would call me the next day……..that was 8 days ago. Apparently no one is willing to call to apologize for the clothing for either being misplaced or I am going with stolen.
