Hermoso hotel en Ávila Excelente servicio, deliciosa comida! Lo único es que hay que reservar el estacionamiento , pero se puede uno estacionar afuera con pago. Hay que subir escaleras antes de en borrar el elevador pero la gente de recepción ayuda!

Existe estacionamento próprio , mas é limitado . Quando cheguei as 22 horas estava lotado , então a recepcionista explicou que podíamos colocar o carro na rua pois de 20:00 até as 10:00 da manhã é gratuito . Mas fiquem atento que depois desse horário tem que colocar ticket . De manhã vimos que já tinha vaga e estacionamos no hotel . Atenção pois existem muitas escadas o que dificulta para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida . Existe elevador para alguns andares mas até alcança-lo você terá que subir níveis diferentes com degraus .

The Parador is unique- slightly up market. We enjoyed our stay. Rooms are lovely. Good to have carpets. However: the entrance to the hotel is not easy. Stairs are wide (?nice) but no lift into reception of help to carry bags. Doesn’t seem to be equipped for those who may be disabled in any way. Stairbannister to restaurant were wobbly and felt unsafe.

All good except that it was really inconvenient to carry bags up stairs by the main enterance. There are steps even to get to the lift from the reception. We only discovered the side exit that leads directly to the street parking while leaving.

Lovely building and staff . Large dining area with plentiful buffet for breakfast . Many cozy areas to rest , visit or read . Garden off bar area relaxing . 1/2 block to Muralla entrance (Roman Wall ) ! Very walkable . Tram/ bus around city give great view of city and Roman wall

Great historic building. Good hotel restaurant. The staff were very attentive, excellent in fact. Only complaint was that some of the rugs looked like they needed cleaning and some furniture was a little worn. Overall, a good place to stay, would stay again.

Very nice stay at Parador. Friendly reception staff. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Bar staff could be more friendly and attentive. It was hard to get their attention The area of improvement is the reception rugs. They looked very dirty. Not the best impression Overall good experience. I would go back

Sorprendente, muy venido a menos, la alfombra desde la entrada y la del dormitorio muy sucias y deterioradas a simple vista. Al entrar a la habitación se siente un mal olor, la verdad que había escuchado mucho sobre los Paradores, este, una decepción , muy mal tenido . La cama es buena y cómoda, eso si, La ubicación no es la más central pero no es grave.

I wanted to be able to criticise this hotel in some way, but simply cannot. Check in was great, and they even found me a parking place. Staff were helpful with finding room. Room was lovely, with comfortable beds and soft linen. It’s rare a bed fits my height 194cm, but this did. View of garden and walls from window was great. Stunning. Breakfast too was lovely!

A lovely hotel in a great location. Parking is a problem in the old town but there were enough spaces in the hotel car park. Large, comfortable rooms which were very quiet. Staff were very friendly and it was a lovely stay.

とても美しくベッドもとても寝心地が良く部屋も広くバスタブも大きくタオル類がたくさんあって素晴らしい。カフェテリアも非常に素晴らしい。階段がたくさんあるのでスーツケースを引きずっての移動は大変。受付に日本語を話せる女性がおられてお話してとても楽しかった。城壁を一周するのにカフェテリアの方から登り口があって便利。食事にも買い物にも困らない立地ながら静かで涼しく落ち着く部屋。タクシーを呼んでくれたり親切にしてくれた。少し早く着いてしまったらアーリーチェックインさせてくれてホスピタリティに感激した。また行きたい。総合してすごく良かった!治安も良くて、パラドールを含め全ての建物が美しくて人々が優しい。みなさんありがとう！

At check in, they asked me why I only prepaid for breakfast for only 3 adults and not the kids. I showed them my orbitz confirmation which showed breakfast buffet and rooms were paid for all people in my party. We have 3 rooms. The hotel is all boarded up, the patio and gardens are closed to ongoing construction which apparently they decided to do at the height of the tourist season. No mention of this when I reserved. We lugged all our luggage up the stairs before they told us that we could use an entrance only marked for vendors in the parking lot. The water tastes like sewer but there was no bottled water in the rooms. Had to wait for stores to open up 4 hours later in the evening to get water. Breakfast was a horrible experience. They refused to serve us because my youngest was still sleeping so my husband was waiting for me to finish eating and we reserved for 5. I only reserved for 4. My other daughter was served raw bacon. When I told staff this was our 4th parador this week and that all the other ones served us, they snapped that they manage things differently than other hotels. And a naked man yelled at my daughter for walking past his room because he could hear. She was not even talking and just went to get her toothbrush from her dad's room. He told her he would call the police on her. She is 7 and terrified.

We stayed at this property so we could be close to the historic walls of Avila & this location couldn't have been more perfect - actually built into the city walls! This property is stunning; I'm only sorry we didn't have enough time to properly explore it. The breakfast is incredible! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely building and great room. Comfortable bed and excellent bedding. Enjoyed a very reasonably priced drink in the bar by the log fire. Friendly barman. Only downside for us personally was the very late restaurant opening time, 8.30 is far too long to wait. Otherwise very enjoyable quiet night.

Ein 4 Sterne Parador am unteren Ende der Skala, aber grundsätzlich empfehlenswert. Frühstück im guten Mittelfeld mit viel wertigem Obst. Für Nordeuropäer ist das Abendessen um 20:30 zu spät angesetzt. Dies ist aber ein generelles Problem. Parkplätze verfügbar, wenn man früh genug ankommt.
