Our room was dirty. There was blood on the curtains and stains on the bed. Most channels did not work. Our sink and toilet were blocked. My husband had to use the plunger on arrival. The pool was also not clean and over chlorinated. Very disappointed

Room was definitely neglected had nail sticking out floor, wall paper peeling off walls , ripped blankets, and a leaking sink , pool wasn’t that bad could be cleaned more often and floors swept in the pool area
