Hilton would do good to remove their name from this entity. At one time, long ago in the past, this may have been a decent establishment. But I really and truly don’t see how Hilton is still claiming this. It’s decrepit, tons of disrepair and patch jobs, the lobby was the only nice area. Don’t be fooled. First, we are locals. We rented the hotel to let our ac be repaired and picked it for 3 reasons. Mainly the pool. Looked big and taken care of in the pictures and nowhere on the onsite did it say anything other than open and closing times. Well it was closed the entire time. No signs, no reasoning, no notice of when it would reopen. They didn’t even apologized, just said they didn’t know where the maintenance man was and said it was closed “they guess”. So 1st reason was eliminated. 2nd, units are big and my kids would have space to lounge around without getting in each others way, there were 3 of us. The room smelled of mildew immediately and had a weird sticky humid feeling. The carpet was damp as if just been cleaned but only around the kitchen area, because the ice maker in the freezer sprayed water all over the floor and had for a while by the smell of it. Walls had dirty marks all over and even better, the sheets had hide stains on them under the pillow area. 3rd reason, and the only reason that remained, proximity to our jobs. 5 minute drive was nice. Rude clerks in the lobby, one maid that I seen, and a serious scam considering you just don’t expect this type of trsh

We stayed at Addison Suites July of 2024 as well. We were in Dallas for business. Last summer, beautiful breakfast, laundry facilities, and reliable internet. This summer was horrible. The internet was spotty, tv was out for a week, and the laundry facility was in disrepair and broke down in the first week of the stay. Breakfast was lacking. Scrambled eggs most days, waffles, oatmeal. The drinks were limited to water, milk, tea, of coffee. There was juice maybe one to two days a week with usually one choice and none of it was on ice or cold. If someone was at the desk and that was not all of the time, I was always told it would be fixed the next day or I did not even know that the laundry was not working. This was no longer a Hilton property and the people that purchased it were remodeling three of the buildings. There was really no point to having key cards to enter the building as most doors never fully closed. Rooms were cleaned maybe every four to five days. We certainly were not heard when we asked about an issue. This was for business and I would not recommend this to anyone or to the program that I was doing. They talk about their amenities but in truth most were in disrepair or nonexistent. Also, the blinds in the food area were nothing short of disgusting. They had not been cleaned ever. I would have given negative stars if I could. I do not recommend this for anyone.

Yes breakfast was great parking was great room and service was great everything was great I would recommend 100%

I don’t like to give bad reviews if I don’t absolutely have to. This hotel was just overall not a good experience. The first 2 rooms we were put in were dirty! They clearly had not been cleaned nor the sheets changed. There was something VERY questionable on the toilet seat that definitely was not safe to sit on! Sheets were dirty on both beds and the pull out couch was full of dirt! They were nice enough to give us different cleaner rooms! Saturday the fire alarm went off for a solid 20 minutes With no fire. Then the elevators didn’t work all day after that. All kinds of different people in and out all of the time. And the smell in the hallways is a story of its own. So very disappointed!

We could not stay in the first room given to us -- the smell was horrible, the tile floors in the bathroom and kitchen were slippery enough we almost fell. Room was dirty with stained and very outdated furniture. We had actually put our bags back in the car, with the intention of going to a different hotel. Hotel desk manager offered us another room, which we did take. It was a bit better, good enough to suffer thru the few days we were staying. Few warnings -- the shower door bars aren't actually attached, so don't try to use them to steady yourself, the sofa with the bed looked so old, I cannot see how it could possibly be comfortable, the furniture is ripped/stained, and our bathroom ceiling did have what looked like mold in the corner. Overall, if you need a cheaper place to stay, and can tolerate a bit of sketchiness, you'll be fine. On the positive--the pool looked clean (we didn't use it), the staff was wonderful, parking was easy, and there are a ton of things to do in the area.

We had six people and four bath towels and when we asked for extra towels we were told to check back later as they ran out. Never had a hotel not have extra towels. It did not make sense why the pool was closed but someone would be cleaning the pool every day. When we were informed the pool was closed, we dealt with attitude from the staff. No one ever told us the pool was closed when we checked in. There was only ever one staff member available at the front desk and they didn’t seem interested in doing their job as they were constantly on their phone. The rooms had issues. It didn’t look like things were ever cleaned, only towels and sheets were changed every other day. When you offer a king size bed, you should use king size sheets. The sheets and blanket on the bed were for a queen and the sheets never stayed in their place.

Comfortable, relatively clean etc. Price ($73.00 a night) was a very good deal. Problem is, the noise. I was in a 1st floor room. The noise coming from the room above me was almost unbearable. Stomping across the floor til 9-10 o'clock at night, banging, things being dropped on the floor. Sounded as if they were renovating the room. The roof drain downspouts just outside my room were overly loud, and with constant rain for the two days I was there, just added to the noise from above. Dogs yapping down the hall the first night was another source of lost sleep. Have stayed at the same hotel previously, without any problems at all. It appears the management and or ownership has changed, as there is plastic covering the signage of the hotel as you enter. I may stay again, but will think long and hard before making a decision.

Over all I wasn’t pleased staying at this property! The service was poor, room service never changed my bedding or gave me any new towels 3 days and nights straight. My room key did not work to let me inside of the building to get to my room. The rooms were a lot smaller than they appeared online. The hot water barely worked in my room. It was clean and the surrounding area was good. I was locked out Of my room and I was needing assistance, no one was at the front desk and I couldn’t use my key card to get in the building. This was at night coming back In from dinner. Luckily my other room key was in my car and someone came out the building to get back into My room. I wouldn’t stay here again. If u stay in the back it’s very dark back there!! Not enough lighting to feel safe from burglary ect. The property was clean though. The rooms were alright! I did love how comfortable the bed was and the coverage from lighting on the windows. Very dark so u can sleep. Kitchen fully staffed with dishes, microwave ect. It was decent but not up to my taste.!! If ur on a budget in a nice area then its ok to stay

We travel freuqently as a family and even the "good" hotels are all the same and basic. Not this one. It checked all the boxes plus some. The room and lobby smelled great and were immaculate. The young man working the front desk was so so kind and accommodating. The area was so quiet even with construction going on. The pool was clean. The breakfast was delicious. Just overall the best place we have stayed

Entry doors for the building did not close properly that separated us from outside.

The room was filthy, and our front door did not work. Did not lock and they had to move us to a different room after we had already unpacked. The new room was just as filthy!! Hair everywhere in the bathroom area.....sheets were dirty. It was gross.

Definitely not staying here again, a property not well taken care of, outside room was dirty. Sofa bed was super stinky, bathroom floor sticky, big ants and small bugs coming out from the wall in the bathroom and from the shower faucet. Not enough towels provided. Breakfast not good at all Sorry i hate to leave a bad review but this hotel lack cleanliness and you should know that

There was a dog poop in the middle of the hallway when I checked in 8:30pm and it was still there 10:00 am when I checked out. Very disappointing, I will not be retire recommending anyone.

Master suite room was outdated, smelly, and knats flying around the room.

The room was no cleaned. Mold on the wall. When I asked to change my room, I was told that all the rooms were the same. We had one towel in the room when we checked in. The dishwasher was broken. The carpet felt wet. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

TVs not working, air did not work, smell of urine. Dog poop everywhere

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures. It was very outdated and dingy. The restroom had mold on the ceiling and it smelled like smoke even though we booked a non-smoking room. The property was also old and not well kept. The sofa sleeper was disgusting with the cushions worn out and dirty. The cabinets in the kitchenette were crooked and outdated. The sofa sleeper mattress was terrible and we could feel all the springs. We ended up booking a different hotel for our stay.

False advertising online. Pictures look nothing like the actual property and room. We did not stay the night. Walked in, and walked out. Horrible room conditions and unsafe. Dirty and torn carpets, walls dirty and patched up, kitchen cabinets dirty and broken, beed sheets dirty, room smelled horrible and humid, excessive unsafe mold in the bathroom. Customer service was the worst too. They charged us for a night we didn't stay. Horrible customer service. I have 3 kids and two arr disabled, I was not going to put my family at risk. And the area was unsafe and ghetto. Horrible!!!

There were only two towels and no wash cloths in the room. No hot water. Dirt and sand in the tub. One bottle of conditioner and no shampoo. In the morning when we went to get breakfast, there was only cold scrambled eggs. The coffee was cold because it was left over from the night before. In the morning when we came in, the agent behind the desk looked like he just rolled out of bed and the person maintaining the breakfast area was asleep on one of the chairs. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Only bad thing is floors are thin so you can hear pwoplw walking around above you. However I will definitely stay again.

large clean suites. Sadly, no blow dryer. looks like it just got bought out. i hope they can keep the quality of this place how it is .

Not so good, room had a strange smell. Was on first floor and the room above me played loud music and appeared to be dancing well into 3-4am. Didn’t get much sleep. I informed desk around 7 and the response was that they are checking out today.

Property says they have WiFi on the property and they infact did not have any WiFi. A/C was not working inside room temp was 80F which to their credit they did eventually fix. The room smells musty almost like if there was mold at some point. Dead bolt does not work on the door. No pool towels. Had family staying here as well their mattress smelled like pee. Shower faucet would not stop running constant noise when trying to sleep. Fridge door would not stay closed and would barely keep anything cold . Reached out to Expedia during my stay and they reached out to the hotel who’s only comment was “they should have said something “ which is fair but that doesn’t fix the fact the property was in this condition to begin with. Breakfast ends at 9am which is advertised to be fair but who wakes up that early on vacation seems like a way to cheap out on not feeding people. Also when checking in front desk kept saying “Oh you got this very cheap very cheap we charge way more per night this is very cheap” seems very unprofessional all around would not recommend staying here. Better off staying at a motel 6 to be honest.

TVs didn’t work. Not much help from front desk. Called 5 times. Breakfast was awful biscuits were super bad. It’s good enough for a cheap stay. Location is great.

The WiFi was horrible. I tried to work in my hotel room and it was so bad I couldnt get anything done.

No AC/heat, ceiling fan didn’t work, sheets were dirty (pink stain), keys were always disabling, the hotel hallway door was broken- meaning the door was unlocked

We had to get another hotel because this one did not have TV or Internet

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a hotel while using expedia. I booked my room on the app and it was confirmed several days prior to my arrival date. When I got there on my check-in date, I was told there was no room for me. The staff was unwilling to help me locate another room in the same size. I was 6 hours away from home with my family and had nowhere to stay. I will recommend people DO NOT go to this location, ever. Especially after the way I was treated.

Don’t stay here ! The service provided from this property from checking in to check out was terrible. At check in they told me my reservation was canceled when it was definitely not canceled it took them one hour to check us in and figure it out. Requested pack & play advertised in amenities and they did not provide. WiFi was not working, the numbers on the door were broken and on the floor or taped on. Requested the room to be serviced one day out of five and they provided 2 towels when the room was reserved for a family of 6. The pull out sofa bed smelled like piss. They did not have pool towels available. The rooms smelled musty and the AC made a weird noise all night. No one at check out for 15 min so we just left. Terrible stay would’ve preferred a refund and booked somewhere else but they said non-refundable.

The property itself was quite satisfactory. However, I encountered some issues with the receptionist, PK. Upon my arrival, I observed him yelling at a staff member, which I found unprofessional. Additionally, when I extended my stay by two extra days, PK repeatedly pointed at me and emphasized the no-smoking policy in the rooms. I clarified that I do not smoke and was informed of this policy during check-in. When I inquired about why he seemed to assume otherwise, he smiled as if it were a joke, which I found inappropriate. Due to his rudeness during our interactions, I requested to speak with the manager. It's important to address such behavior to maintain the reputation of an otherwise good establishment.

First let’s say the young man working the desk around 5pm was amazing at helping my group of 3 get checked in. The reason I didn’t enjoy my stay was simply this, the day we went to check out my group went to the breakfast. We all made a waffle and put it on a plate since they are so big it took up the whole plate. Then we got eggs sausage on another plate. When we left I heard the staff saying we stole half of the breakfast when in reality we didn’t. There were also 4/5 other guests filling up multiple plates. One dude had 5 !! But they were specifically targeting us. When I confronted them and told them we didn’t take half of breakfast they demanded to know which room I was in . I happily told them and will also be writing mgt

I booked through Expedia for 5 nights. The hotel checked me out of my room after my first night (never explained what happened) I had to contact Expedia to fix the issue. Breakfast was cold every morning. Staff has zero personality aside from housekeeping. They always said hi. Front desk always seemed bothered while sitting down in the lobby watching tv. Tried calling front desk multiple times from my cell since my room phone didn’t work never got an answer. The only friendly front desk person was the gentleman who checked me in. He was great.

Addison Suites did my family and I right .I have no complaints other than 1 of the 2 rooms we booked the ceiling fan didn’t work but the ac was perfectly fine. The rooms were very clean , we enjoyed the pool and the front office staff were very hospitable. Many restaurants to choose from in the area and highways were very close. Perfect for the price.

Since checking in the person there kept going on about how cheap we got our room rate and proceeded to give me the cost of the room. I found this unnecessary, because they chose to advertise with a 3rd party. Nothing was explained regarding what amenities were available, no wifi, no pool towels. I expected so much more and it was not it. I would not recommend this place to anyone, as well as not stay here again.

They didnt have a room for my reservation so they gave me a room with broken A/C and roaches took pictures and videos of both and they were rude about the situation and gave me the run around and always said the manager was not available and did not want to give me contact information for him.

Safe and convenient. Exactly what we needed.

It’s clear it was still transferring management/ownership, so the hallways were run down and smelled of old cigarette smoke, but the bedrooms were nice and clean and mostly updated (we had a remote in our room that didn’t go with the new fan). The lobby area was nice and the staff were excellent. They even gave us a little welcome bag (just some water and cookies, but nice cos it was unexpected). Full breakfast was good. Our only issue was finding it- Maps hasn’t updated with the new name so you really need to enter the exact address. It will likely get better once they’re fully renovated and staffed.

After reading some reviews I was hesitant to book. I am so glad we did. Room was spotless and well kept, breakfast was great, you definitely get your moneys worth here! Very impressed!

The grounds didn’t give off great “curb appeal,” but for the price, it’s a solid option. Biscuits and gravy at breakfast were served below room temperature and required microwaving.

Breakfast was horrible. IT IS NOT LIKE THE PICTURES SHOWN OF THE HOTEL.Food was very limited. Fruit was small bad apples. Bread was stale. Could not eat any of it. Orange juice was very small pre packed kid sized servings. Tried to use phones in room to call house keeping for fresh towels. Phones did not work. Had to walk up to front desk and ask for towels. When I said the phones did not work in the room, I was told they are not connected in any of the rooms.Rooms were dirty and paint peeling everywhere. THIS HOTEL IS VERY RUN DOWN. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Room was clean but had no towels, trash cans had no liners and were sitting in the middle of the rooms, had 1 fork and 1 spoon and no kitchen utensils, one small saucepan, no dishwasher detergent. Had dirty dishes in the sink. Looks like they started cleaning the room but never came back to finish. Front desk guy was pleasant enough and changed our room from an upstairs to a downstairs which was nice as we are senior citizens. New room was nicely stocked but beware if you are downstairs you can hear every footstep taken upstairs and our neighbor were walking around for an hour at 2 a.m. Breakfast was horrible - worse "eggs" I've ever had and the link sausage was raw inside. Uck

Grrat price but would rather pay more for cleanliness , better breakfast buffet eggs were hard no drink choices, stopped replenishing buffet 45 minutes before end time. List goes on and on
