Great staff at breakfast

Hotels.com rating was 7.2. Perhaps the numbers were inverted. At best, this is a 2.7 rating. The room smelled bad. The windows would hardly slide open, so they only opened a couple of inches. Ripped screens fluttered in the wind. Torn, ripped up carpet entering bathroom. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Patched holes in bathroom wall. Looks like some curtains were ripped down above window, so there are 6 holes in ceiling where curtain brackets used to be. Breakfast was edible and staff was nice. This is the second worst hotel room i have ever stayed in.

Coffee pot was missing the part that holds a coffee housekeeping to do a little better job

The staff was very kind and helpful. However, the hotel is very dated. Room was clean, but very dated. Rooms not very soundproof. Stopped serving breakfast at 9, which is pretty early for a weekend. While I didn't really feel unsafe, I as a little uncomfortable with security. Keys quit working multiple times and had to go have them fixed.

Im pretty sure there was a s** trafficking going on 3 doors down. The hotel is older and smells musty. 2nd floor smelt like Willy Nelson lived there. Breakfast wasn't goid, sausage patty weren't cooked. The mirror was broken, and sink wouldn't drain. They did come drain it once. Staff was excellent.
