Man kunne ikke tage et bad på mere end 3 minutter uden hele gulvet blev oversvømmet af vand, samt toilettet (som ikke engang var i samme rum, som badet). Dagen inden vi skulle rejse, får vi et opkald om at pakke alle vores ting, da vi skal skifte værelse grundet renovationer. Det var ekstremt mærkeligt og irriterende at stå og pakke sin kuffert, og skifte helt ny værelse, dagen inden man rejser.

THE LOCATION WAS GOOD .BUT AS FAR AS THE ROOM WAS CONCERNED IT WAS HORRIBLE.THERE WAS NO ROOM AND THE SHOWER LEAKED IN THE FLOOR AND THE BED WAS TOTALLY UNCOMFORTABLE.IT WAS SUPER NOISY AND WHEN MENTIONED TO FRONT STAFF THE COMPLAINT WAS IGNORED.

This is my second time staying here, and just like before, I had an amazing experience. The staff are incredible – always friendly and helpful with everything I needed. A big thank you to Mete for making the coffee exactly the way I like it – not too strong, just perfect. Special thanks to the receptionists Ercan, Evren, and Emrah for their fantastic work and service. The location is perfect, the hotel is very clean, and the tram station is just a few steps away. This is the kind of service you want to have at every hotel. I am absolutely sure I will come back next year. This is the kind of place you always want to return to. I highly recommend this hotel

This review comes with a huge gratitude to the Grand Beyazit Hotel staff. Everyone, without exception, was very sweet and accommodating. Directed me to a good shopping places, suggested tours and restaurants. Breakfast is included and that is a big plus. Surrounding area is verry safe and conveniently located only minutes away from the main attractions. My room was cleaned and tidied every day. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR THE AMAZING STAY! Highly recommended!

Staff were not helpful, rude. They did not offer a tissue box. Even when we asked for one. The room ceiling was wet and it had yellow stain. Shower and wash stand did not have a wall to seperate the bathroom and shower.

I only have good things to say for this hotel. 10/10 rating in all aspects. A special shoutout to the staff at reception Ercen,Feroza,Farhan.... They went out of their way to help me with anything and everything i needed. The hotel is so classy, breakfast was so good. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean and showers worked so awesomely. I had no issues or complaints. The manager also checked on us at breakfast. This type of service makes any guest want to return. I will definately be coming back in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Ive visited many hotels in Istanbul. This 1 was just 1 of the best ive stayed at.

What a nightmare was this hotel. The neighbourhood of the hotel was very bad. There was litterely nothing to do. No restaurants or anyting. The hotel itself was small. The room was not right placed. The bed was really hard. No customer service, no help. There was a noise every night in the room like there was water leaking down from the roof. Not recommendable. We were there for 2 days and after we booked another hotel because they would not help us. Never again!

Alles in allem gut, leider waren die Badezimmer komplett aus dunklem Glas, so dass man keine Privatsphäre hatte. Außerdem ist das Waschbecken im Zimmer neben das Badezimmer. Wir stehen doch mehr auf konventionelle Baderäume. Sonst ist das Familienappartment geräumig für 5 Personen.

The staff were helpful and lovely. The property is very conventiently located to the Grand Bazaar and other attractions. However, the beds were really awful, lumpy, hard and short. My husband is 6'0 and his feet hung over. We didn't say anything and probably should have but be aware that they were not good! The free breakfast was not worth eating and didn't partake.

I might come back if I have another opportunity to visit Istanbul. So far, the hotel located in a strategic and historical location such as, grand bazaar, the mosque and so on! However, there was a little bit of communication issue with some stuffs, rather than that everything went well and enjoyed my stay!
