My room was flooded by the air. Conditioner, when we arrived on Friday, we were told that they would have somebody sent up to have it. Vacuumed, and put a fan on the carpet. Saturday, we were gone all day. Came in, nobody did anything now. We're flooded worse. We could not even step on the other half of the room. I have pictures, I spoke to the front-end desk. They offered me to switch rooms, but I was leaving. So I've stayed at this hotel on more than one occasion, and they've always been kind. And pleasant to us, but ignoring a totally wet carpet. When my son has Asthma, it's not okay. I wanted to speak to the manager and I was told the manager was not available. I still wanna speak to a manager. It's horrible that you cannot walk around in a room. You have 2 kids.. I think I deserve a call back.And at the very least, a discount for the two nights, I stayed there. They didn't even offer to change rooms.When they knew it was flooded upon arrival. But if you're gonna tell me, you're sending somebody up there immediately to vac it up. And put a fan on it, and then you nobody shows up for the entire weekend.That's not okay.

Breakfast was interesting. Used the microwave out for guest to make bacon and eggs. Got down at 8 and most things were empty. Wanted to add granola to some yogurt and they were out and didn’t refill. The yogurt comes out of a machine so kind of weird. The silverware was plastic and no forks when initially got down there, before finishing there was no spoons either. Have had better and I’ve had worse

I think they might be short-staffed and it needs some work. We called down to the front desk for a plunger, they put us on hold and never brought one. Fortunately, we found one in the public restrooms near the breakfast area. The sink in our bathroom was extremely slow in draining. When we asked housekeeping about it, they poked something down the drain and said it wasn't clogged. We had to convince them to pour some liquid plumber in it anyway! The shower had decent water pressure most of the time, but finding the spot between scalding hot and cold was a challenge.

The property was well maintained, clean, and quiet. The staff was professional, and friendly. The amenities were excellent. Dinner, and breakfast were excellent. Highly recommend.
