The room and hotel were nice and clean. The staff very friendly. The breakfast was great! However I booked this hotel because it said it had a pool. There was no pool available! I was traveling with several children and was looking forward to the use of the pool.

Our room had a very strong mildew/musty smell. The room was an accessible room, so the shower was almost level (slight grade) with the floor. This causes water to drain right out the bathroom and soak the carpet in the room. This room should not be booked until that is resolved. It was giving me a headache and made me nauseous. Thankfully the staff was very accommodating and moved us to another room. They were very courteous and prompt.
