Air conditioner didn’t work well. Never cooled off the room. Toilet seat was not attached properly and it was loose on the floor. Pool was filled with concrete.

Clean room, good bed, hotel was well-maintained, breakfast was good, ample free parking. This is not a luxury resort (I didn't even see a swimming pool), but it is a good place to stay at a reasonable price. Location is very convenient to I-85 and Eastern Bypass intersection, easy drive to restaurants, and Eastchase shopping center is only a short drive away also.

Parking was easy. Room was quiet

The room was ok, but the breakfast choices were slim, and the one treadmill in “the gym” didn’t work. They had obviously been having problems with it, since there were instructions on it to re-boot it if it kicked out. Having to re-boot it every 30 seconds made it useless.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was nice and they had a comfortable bed. There was a nice gazebo on the property as well. The breakfast was okay. My expectations may have been a little higher. I thought it may have more or a hot bar than what it did. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

Decent property. Easy to find and close enough to museums. Nothing fancy. Pool is concrete filled in.

There were homeless people on the property when we arrived late at night and then they used the pool the next morning while we were there. Not a big deal, but the property was easily accessible by non-guests. The fitness facility was a joke. None of the three pieces of equipment - treadmill, stationary bike, and nautilus machine - worked properly, and the treadmill and nautilus didn’t work at all.

The staff was very helpful and professional. Breakfast was good . The location and parking was convenient.

Bad smell

Our room smelled, the shower had grass in the tub from someone before us.

The property looks great in the lobby and outside. looks like the lobby was just refurbished. The rooms is where this hotel needs to do some work. The carpet is stained the beds are dirty even the window blinds and the lampshades were dirty, like someone had dirty hands and wiped them on the furnature. We arrived late from an all day drive and were just ready to go to sleep, we checked in and were given a room on the first floor. As soon as I opened the door I was hit with a horrible smell. we turned around and went to the front desk where the disk clerk (Suny) gave us another room key. we went to check the second room out and again it smell but not as bad. we contemplated staying but when. we were looking at the mattress for bed bugs we noticed that it had not been cleaned and there was food and a hair wrap between the headboard and the bed base. I went back to the front desk and Suny decided to take us to two more rooms the first one again smelled horrible and the second one didn't smell so bad but when we got inside I pulled the sheets back and found body hair also there was trash in the bathroom trash can, this tells me that the room was not cleaned. Suny was nice and said he could not refund my money but he will tell his manager, Dimple. We left and found another hotel. The next day I called and spoke to Dimple who was very nice and I was told that my refund would be processed. Dimple was very apologetic which is good but not as good as a clean room.

There was mold on the wall and on the pull out couch in our room.

The rooms smelled really bad

It was clean and the room had m was a nice size but it is a bit run down and in need of a facelift

Close the I-85. Clean, relatively new building. Free breakfast was sparse. Had a first floor room on the end (117) across from the fitness room and it was noisy. We could hear music all night, movement in the utility room next door, and the outside door slamming shut.

We loved the hot breakfast. The room was clean. The shower head had a leak, but we notified the desk clerk. The only thing that wasnt the best was the fact that the blinds couldnt be closed. We had to get creative to block the outside view and light.

I loved everything about it but the WiFi kept going out.

Enjoyed the stay but Wi-Fi was terrible. It barely worked in the room had to use my data. Wi-Fi only works good outside in the parking lot. I will not stay at this hotel again

The air didn't work, then phone in the room didn't work and the toilet seat was loose (someone older could get hurt).

Overall very good, at least their pool was open. It was quiet even with a bus load of kids. Only two things, the bathtub wouldn’t drain and the AC never really got the room cool. It was a little warm at night but not enough to keep from getting a good nights sleep

Room was super clean. Great King bed, slept great. Only thing that was inconvenient, toilet was smaller (shorter) than normal. Inconvenient getting in and around property, crossing main streets. But slept great.

The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. The room was spacious and clean. The toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet and was loose, but they tried to fix it while we were there. The bathroom configuration was a bit tight because the door swung so close to the toilet, but it worked. Overall, the room was good and the hotel was good.

Booked hotel for family flying in. I arrived at 6pm to pick up keys. Hotel said they tried to call me at 4pm to confirm not true, then cancelled my reservation due to hotel overbooked. They had one room left, charged me extra $30 to book it. Never said sorry. We were there for a graduation all rooms were booked and they capitalized on it. Never stay at comfort inn again. Also blamed Expedia for providing wrong number but that was not correct as well. They lied over and over because they gave my room away. Not happy.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was there were no towels in bathroom but the front desk took care of that immediately for me

The check in clerk was very nice and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The only flaw I has was the design of door into the room facing the bathroom. So if your in the bathroom with door open and someone comes into the room, you are all exposed to people in the hallway to see. Breakfast was okay, the coffee did not taste great and not a big selection to choose from. But overall we would stay again.

I brought my father to visit the museums and the service was great. They made sure he had a handicapped room since he was 94 years old. I really appreciated the young man at the front desk’s care for our needs.

Manager knocked on my door I asked without opening the door who are you why should I open the door. Told you have to move your car . How do you know my car no answer . It turns out they thought I was parked in a Gold customer reserved spot. The place was mostly vacant. I was not in reserved spot. Lots of places to stay certainly I will never stay at comfort inn again. Creepy place.

Panhandler standing by the door and later sitting in the lobby. Staff didn’t care she was in the lobby and she was high from the dugs she got after asking for money. Probable drug deal happening in front of hotel. What looked like a hooker and her client in the hall by the elevator. If I had not already paid and if I hadn’t been so tired, I would have left. The room looked clean but it had a funky smell. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable.

Clean place central location

The room was large but this hotel is not in a good neighborhood. Staff was nice but the breakfast area was a train wreck. I had to go ask for tables and the counter to be cleaned. Someone has smeared stick syrup or jelly on the front of one of the chairs so of course, I got it all over my pants leg. Close to cheap gas at Sam’s Club.

Nice and centrally located

The room smelled like smoke and the hallways smelled like smoke. There was a funny smeli in the room. The location was a little scary, with motels all around with questionable people walking around near the property. Felt unsafe

Always a nice stay especially for the price! Wouldn’t recommend staying next door though, my windows got busted out & my belongings stolen in the back parking lot. Besides that, good place!

Close to shopping

It’s older but not an issue because it was clean and the bed was comfortable. There wasn’t much close by but it was close to the freeway to get places.

The breakfast was disappointing

Our room was spacious but it smelled awful. Got a call by the front desk about 15 minutes after checking in requesting we return the luggage cart, which has never happened before. The breakfast was average and they were out of many items by 9am on a weekend.

Room was amazing. Breakfast fod wasn’t being refilled quick enough so all three times we went down to the area, there wasn’t any hot food. Hotel was nice though.

Almost perfect. Breakfast powdered eggs were kinda nasty and they ran out of sausage. Otherwise amazing.

The staff was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable so were the pillows! The rooms were clean although the TV remote needed a little cleaning attention. The breakfast was typical but good. If I am down in this location again I will stay there again.
