Ungestörter fantastischer Blick aufs Meer, allerdings nur durch ein einflügeliges Fenster, vor das man sich zwei Korbstühle stellen kann. Einen Balkon gibt es nicht. Die Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich gut. Die Küchengerätschaften sind sehr schlicht und merklich gebraucht, funktionieren aber (noch). Die Küchenecke ist sehr klein. Die Betten schlafen sich hervorragend. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, selbst wenn die umliegenden Wohnungen besetzt sind. Man ist der Natur nah und trotzdem gut angebunden. Ein schmaler Parkplatz gehört zur Wohnung. Mit großem Auto wird's eng.
