We really enjoyed our stay at Atrium Inn. The front desk folks were friendly and accommodating. We had plenty of space in our room and there’s a nice outdoor patio.

For those that may not be comfortable staying in a well-known chain, I would say that this motel is leaps and bounds better than any chain motel I have stayed in (admittedly usually stay in a hotel, but this one was the only room available). This motel was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in with the most pleasant owner. I would 100% stay here again. There was limited parking in the adjacent lot, but we parked across the street with no issues and did not feel unsafe in doing so. The only caveat in my opinion was that the shower in the room is smaller than other similar rooms at comparable places, but the cleanliness and pleasantry at check-in far outweighed the size of the shower. I would definitely feel good about recommending the Atrium to my family and friends!

Older, no frills hotel close to High Point University, High Point Theatre, and the furniture district. Check in was quick and the innkeeper is very friendly. Room was clean and had a mini fridge, TV, WiFi, and coffee maker. Since the place is older there aren’t a ton of outlets, so if you have multiple electronics to charge bring an extension cord. Will definitely be back.

Well after our second room the first one had no heat, it was okay a little run down. but it was fresh paint and new rug. It was on the second floor and no elevator the stairs were a little scary the handrail was wobblily, and the stairs were thin in some places. The room could have used an airing out. They tried to make our stay good. they cleaned our room daily and made sure we had enough towels.

Retro, but clean. Parking lot is surrounded by walls with only one entry and it is well lit at night, although isolated in the downtown furniture district, I have become very comfortable staying there. There are no amenities, but I don’t need them. Good price.

There was not anything that we particularly liked about the room. The room was small and furnishings were old and out dated. The bathroom was not completely clean and very disappointed there was no hair dryer available. Tried calling the office and no one answered. Went to the office and the door was locked and no one was around. There was no microwave in the room. Having to pay for ice was unbelievable and in poor taste. We travel to the area often, and will never stay there again, nor will I reccommend this place to anyone else. The Clerk in the office was not very friendly when we got there, but he was accommodating when I called to change the date of our stay. For the amount we paid to stay there, things should have been better.

Atrium Inn is a dirty, gaudy, moist lodging in a not-so-nice area. The bed was a taco bed and the shower was tiny. The photos online looked much better than they really are. We, unfortunately, had a non-refundable reservation but it was so bad that we left anyway and found a different place to stay.

The man who checked me in was really rude, and even though they had plenty of rooms down stairs he insisted that I was to stay upstairs when I seen the room there was dead flys everywhere and no air conditioning was on so it was like 90 in the room I ended up just going somewhere else it was that bad

The desk clerk could not have been more rude. Acted as if checking a guest in was an interruption of his evening. The AC wasn't working in the room I was originally assigned and when I went to get it changed he gave me an incredible attitude. Worst desk clerk encounter in 40 years of traveling

The receptionist upon checking in was the nicest young lady. The lobby is welcoming with a surrounding of fresh flowers. Nice rooms kept very clean. I’m very happy I found this place to stay at and will most definitely stay there again when I return to High Point. It’s also within walking distance to the university.

Older, no frills hotel close to High Point University, High Point Theatre, and the furniture district. Check in was quick and the innkeeper is very friendly. Room was clean and had a mini fridge, TV, WiFi, and coffee maker. Since the place is older there aren’t a ton of outlets, so if you have multiple electronics to charge bring an extension cord. Will definitely be back.

Does not serve breakfast as stated on the website. The website did not show the building,all it did was show the rooms. It is not a hotel. It is a clean motel.

There was not anything that we particularly liked about the room. The room was small and furnishings were old and out dated. The bathroom was not completely clean and very disappointed there was no hair dryer available. Tried calling the office and no one answered. Went to the office and the door was locked and no one was around. There was no microwave in the room. Having to pay for ice was unbelievable and in poor taste. We travel to the area often, and will never stay there again, nor will I reccommend this place to anyone else. The Clerk in the office was not very friendly when we got there, but he was accommodating when I called to change the date of our stay. For the amount we paid to stay there, things should have been better.

I LOVE this place! Been staying here for years while my daughter attended HPU. The lovely diner-type restaurant across the street has closed & made it inconvenient to acquire food without a car, tho :-(
