My daughter and I booked a room for Friday night as we had attended the Great Christmas Feast at 13:00 held at the nearby Lost Estate. We did not check in until 16:30 from the outside the hotel is freshly painted and is on a very quite road. On checking in we were met with a welcominhg smile and given room 52 on the lower ground floor. Our room had a window which seemed to lead onto an alleway. The room had aircon which we used as it was quite warm. Our room had a double bed which was fine and spotlessly clean . There is a convenient local Sainsbury within a few minutes walk and we bought bottled water as there was none in our room. After our show we headed to the Hand anf Flower a local Fulleres pub we only had starters and a dessert. Ending our evening with a bottle of wine in the room and a Christmas film. We would happily stay here again.

This small hotel in a quiet part of Kensington was perfect for our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a modern, spacious private washroom and shower, a modern HVAC system and a window that opened to let in fresh air. The buffet breakfast was served in a bright, sunny room on the ground floor with no waiting or crowding. The West Kensington tube station on the District line was a six minute walk, with connections to the Picadilly and Circle lines at nearby stations. There were a variety of shops and a pub conveniently located between the hotel and the tube. In all, a very satisfactory hotel. We would certainly stay there again.

The entrance was clumsy, very hard to get in or out especially with luggage. There was no fridge in the room. Room was very small. It was only a couple of feet bigger than the bed. Sandra at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The nearest tube station is west Kensington about 7 minute walk from the hotel. There aren’t any restaurants nearby.

All of the reception staff I met during my stay were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I had a slight issue with my TV which I informed reception of when I left to go out and it was fixed by the time I got back, so excellent service. The room was a good size for a single especially in London, and was very clean and comfortable with air con and is with nice modern decoration throughout. Bed was made up, bathroom cleaned, bins emptied and clean towels every day. I can't thank everyone at the hotel enough for a wonderful stay in London, it makes a trip all that more relaxing knowing you've got a clean, comfortable and safe place to come back to after a long day out. Very good value for the quality of hotel as well! Will be my first port of call next time I come to London ☺️

Staff was exceptional and apologized. Room was underground with no windows. Terrible smell, mold, and large clump of lady’s hair on bathroom floor. Had to check out 15 minutes after arriving and find an alternative hotel.

I really liked this hotel and would definitely go back. In fact I booked an extra night and canceled another hotel as I liked it so much! Room without a window was great for total darkness and a good night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good shower. Comfy bed. Very good transport links.

I was given a windowless room in the basement of the hotel which is against code in a number of countries. I really don’t think it’s good practice to offer windowless rooms and it was a real disappointment that this hotel is offering them.

The bed despite being a double was too small. I'm average height btw The pillows were the lumpiest I've ever experienced. The bathroom extractor fan was noisy and lasted way too long, especially when the bathroom door was in such close proximity to the bed

The staff is amazing, I could check in earlier and out later due to flight times. The room is clean, breakfast is decent for the price and I will definitely stay there again. The staff made a whole difference in my stay, thank you!

Turned away with servic animal after been checked in the night befor, refund never recived and disabled guest made to prove disabilitys through doctors calls why away to take mind off appointments and doctors in the first place the hotel also showed up pet friendly we were checked in with our dog and staf said we should of made the aware ?? Even tho staff addresed dog as we checked in

I was greeted by amazing hotel staff Sandra, she was so friendly and was able to show me two options for the rooms which i could choose. Everything was so easy from check in to check out. They also have a lugagge room if you need to collect your luggage later!

The room was spotless. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They let meet charge my phone and tablet because I did not have the proper UK adapter. Less than a 5 minute walk to the West Kensington tube stop, I would stay there again if I was attending EPL football matches for Chelsea, Fulham, and QPR.

The hotel was recently renovated so everything is brand new and very clean. The hotel is located on a quiet residential street which provided a quaint and calm atmosphere after exploring the busy city which is nice. Public transportation was accessible as the Tube station was about a 10 minute walk away and the nearest bus stop was less than a 10 minute walk away. You can also walk 10-15 minute for some cafés, restaurants, and markets nearby. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for a long weekend and was very satisfied. Great hotel with clean rooms. Shout out to all the staff, always friendly and genuinely helpful ! Lastly, the area around West Kensington is mainly residential, so it’s not overly busy, but you still have the convenience of going to the city without long travelling.

The room was spotless. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They let meet charge my phone and tablet because I did not have the proper UK adapter. Less than a 5 minute walk to the West Kensington tube stop, I would stay there again if I was attending EPL football matches for Chelsea, Fulham, and QPR.

This small hotel in a quiet part of Kensington was perfect for our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a modern, spacious private washroom and shower, a modern HVAC system and a window that opened to let in fresh air. The buffet breakfast was served in a bright, sunny room on the ground floor with no waiting or crowding. The West Kensington tube station on the District line was a six minute walk, with connections to the Picadilly and Circle lines at nearby stations. I can not recommend this hotel enough! Wow, it was so clean and very new. The staff was great. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted. Someone helped us with the luggage up to our room. They offer breakfast in the morning at any extra cost which is convenient if you are on the go. So so so clean and amazing. Another cool aspect of this hotel is that it is super secure. You need a hotel key to even operate the elevator. This hotel feels so luxurious, I was shocked at the price for what you are getting. If you want to stay at a great hotel, stay at this one!

I needed a nice, quiet place to stay on the Eastside of London due to catching a flight out of Heathrow in the am. Kensington is a nice side of town, so this was fitting. The price was very reasonable as well. I booked a single twin room as it was just me. I did request a quiet room as my goal was to get a good night's sleep before my flight back to The States. I'm guessing the twin rooms are only in the basement as that's where the room was they assigned me. I was worried I would be woken up by the noise in the lobby during breakfast. Sure enough, the sound of chairs being shuffled started up around 6am. Beyond that, the room was small but nice and very well equipped. Also note that this hotel is in more of a residential neighborhood. This means less eating options being available in the immediate area of the hotel itself.
