Great location and parking. Easy access to Wembley via bus (10mins or so and only £1.75). Staff were superb and very helpful.

Stayed for one night in order to watch England ladies football at Wembley Stadium. Trains were on strike so decided to drive up and stay over. It is very convenient for Wembley. No.18 bus straight there from across the road! The bar was still open when we got back which was great, a fine selection of beers and spirits. Free parking was a bonus and allowed us to pop back the next day to look around the Designer Outlet stores. Hotel is tired but breakfast wasn’t too bad. I think it’s time you provided sachets of coffee including decaf coffee and not have the jug of coffee which just gets a bitter taste the longer it’s left. (Decaf tea too if anyone wants that as well). I would suggest getting a room at a time renovated and you will have a real winner on your hands.

Booked this hotel for a weekend trip and to attend an event at the OVO Arena. Room was adequate - it was small room with a bed, a sink and a kettle on a dresser but only the Ceiling light and a small bed light worked. Toilet/shower rooms were dotted about the floor I was on. However some of them were rather small and felt rather cramped when I needed to use one of them. Staff were polite when I talked to them. I had an issue on the Saturday when the ceiling light went out in my room. When I notified the staff about it, they got it sorted out straight away. It looked like they offered breakfast in the morning and pizza/meals/drinks in the evening. However it did not look like they were offering these when I looked into it as the bar/restaurant was always closed when I visited at the times they were being offered. However, there is a Tesco Express nearby, as well as a takeaway across the road, so I felt that this was otherwise not an issue. Transport links are great to get to Wembley Stadium/OVO Arena via the nearby bus stops (bus 18 which stops across the road from the hotel and bus 206 that stops on Knatchbull Road, which is a short walk away) and into London itself via the nearby Harlesden station, however that is roughly a 10 minute walk away from the hotel itself. Overall, I found my experience at Park Bridge Hotel to be all right, and would probably book this hotel again should I return in the future.

At first look this hotel doesn't look like much, there's nothing fancy about it. The inside holds some gems of décor and it's past life. It's not situated in a quiet area, it on the main road and all of the noise associated with a London main road. There are bus stops nearby going either towards Euston or Wembley. There is also a train station within 10-15 minute walk (not London speeds!). The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Tea and coffee available in the room and a tv. I was surprised how many plug sockets are in the rooms as I need one for a CPAP. Usually, I need to bring an extension cable, but there were enough in the room. Reception is 'manned' 24 hours a day. The staff I dealt with were very helpful and could answer any queries I had. I was disappointed that the restaurant is closed and only open at certain times of the week. This may be seasonal as I visited in late November. If I was staying in this area again, I would stay here. Having a shared bathroom was not as inconvenient as I thought. But, you can book rooms with ensuite bathrooms if you prefer.

Staff were friendly, and helpful. The bar on site does fantastic pizza's, and the drinks offerings are plentiful. Mixed with a few locals in the bar, and there was a generally friendly feel about everything. The room.......now, upon checking in, we were told that "unfortunately we only have 1 room left, and it doesnt have a window." After discussion, we agreed to take the room, as the alternative was to find othwr accommodation, and that wasnt going to happen. The room was small, but ok. The beds comfortable, and the bathroom better than expected given its diminutive dimentions also. But the room did give the imprression that it was formerly a storage room, and neither of us were entirely convinced it was actually legal. The lack of a secondary means of eacape, other than the door in and out would suggest that it could not be classed as a bedroom for building regulations sakes, not to mention fire safety for paying guests. That aside, hotel was ok given the location and reasonable cost.

We booked this hotel as we were going to a concert at Wembley. We were able to catch a bus right outside the hotel directly there. Unfortunately due to traffic on the way back, we had to walk back to the hotel which took 40-50 mins as the bus couldn't get through. The staff at the hotel were really nicely, friendly and helpful. We went to the hotel at 11am expecting to just drop our bag off till later but they allowed us to check in straight away. The room was okay but it didn’t have a window as it was in the basement. There were other rooms in the hotel that looked really nice with 4 poster beds but our room was very basic. Overall the hotel was perfect for what we needed, convenient for Wembley stadium and the price was very cheap and included breakfast.

Staff friendly and helpful but we had bugs (flees we think) in our room so my family got bitten. Did get moved to another room for last night but no offer of compensation. Very dated and needs renovation. Disappointing the restaurant is permanently closed and can only get pizza Friday and Saturday night. For what we paid expected to be much nicer.

No elevator, no secure lock (only simple spring latch doorknob), no air conditioning (a fan for cooling which was minimally effective during heat wave). Worn carpet and paint but clean room. This is a very old house converted to hostel/hotel surrounded by housing (a green space in residential area behind hotel). Restaurant not re-opened after COVID and dining options are limited (bar service and only breakfast meal available). Serve a nice breakfast for reasonable price. Bus and tube stops nearby although bus stops in front of hotel no longer active. Small grocer next door and other shopping within a 15-minute walk. Left a suggestion for shelf in shower to hold bath products.

Ideal location for getting into London to watch a show, plenty of parking and breakfast included

The room was okay, but there was stains on the cupboard next to the bed. There were stains on the floor. I had two single beds even though I'd book for a double room. There was a horrible smell in the hallway other than that it was an okay day for the price that was paid.

I have never been to a property as clean as the Bridge Park Hotel. The 24hr staff are very polite and super efficient. For a centrl overnight stay its perfect. Highly recommended

I paid for the en-suite room with bath/shower, only got a tiny shower. Shower didn’t get hot, so I went and used the communal bathroom to shower, it warmed up but then wouldn’t turn off. Phone in my room needed plug ‘jiggling’ to work, then no-one at reception answered. So I had to get dressed and go to reception to get someone to look at the shower that was still running! Wasn’t exactly what I would call clean… carpet missing in places of the room too.

Not the best hotel I have stayed in, to be honest the room was terrible. The bedding was clean and room was serviced daily, that being said the room was not in a great state. There were stains on the walls, skirting boards really mucky and windows were not clean. The bathroom was poor, there as no plug in the sink, the bath had a plug but there was no way of using the bath, the shower curtain was grubby, no toilet roll holder and the toilet brush looked like it had been there since the building was built. The windows are single glazed and this is an extremely busy neighbourhood and you could hear everything. This is not an expensive hotel but even the cheapest hotel, the rooms should be clean. Now the confusing bits, the reception area looked good, the dining area and bar, also nice. Breakfast was good and the bar food was fine, every one of the staff were lovely and welcoming. This hotel has got some bad reviews but it’s definitely not the worst I’ve stayed in, but it is ready for a damn good clean and upgrade.

Rooms are clean and spacious, the hotel itslef is clean, the cleaners are there every day. Not had food yet as i work nights.

Room was nice size smelt like someone had been smoking in it staff was very friendly and willing to help and the breakfast was amazing and so worth the money the only downside was the cleanliness of the bath room it looked like it hadn’t been clean In a while shower needed a good bleaching and the mould on the walls was terrible I was advised it just needed ventilation

Basement room 102 has no window! It was a twin room with about 6” between the beds and the wall on either side. The smell of damp wasn’t great, probably due to the lack of ventilation. Decor wise it really needs an upgrade.and one very thin pillow is not enough. On the whole I would never stay there again despite the free parking.

No place in the room for more than one piece of luggage had to sit luggage on the floor. The tub was very high to step into and out of. No ice machines or place to get ice. Poor circulation in room

Great price conaidering parking is included! The room was in the ground floor and the noisea from other rooms or the cleaner in the morning (no idea where, just forniture being moved....) kept as awake since 8am. The fridge in the room was off and even after having it on for hours still didnt work and our drinks were warm, so that was quite disappointing...

Although I agree with reviews pointing to the building being ‘tired and in need of decoration’ the parts of the hotel that I saw, including my room & the shared bathroom were very clean. Public transport for Wembley and central London is good, including bus / night bus stop almost right outside. Reception staff were excellent. Amenities in my room were basic but adequate, including TV and tea / coffee making facilities. A small fridge was a nice touch. Bedding & towels were fresh, and the bed was comfortable. Although clean, the room was in need of decoration and new furnishings. Although there was some advertising and signage for the bar / restaurant, I had no need to use it but it wasn’t clear if it was open, so that may be worth checking with the property if required. A shared bathroom is not for everyone, but this is made clear when booking, and is also reflected in the price which is very good value for the location and proximity to Wembley Stadium & Arena. The bathroom was also very clean during my stay. I saw past comments referring to the ‘shower not turning off’, and I did struggle a little as the dial isn’t clear, but I was able to work it so it doesn’t appear to be a major issue. Despite obvious faults, I would use the hotel again for an overnight visit for Wembley Stadium or Arena, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient good value budget stay.

We stayed here on the night of the Oasis concert. It was very reasonably priced. Service in the lobby was great. Very friendly and informative. We had a room in the basement with two twins beds for my mate and I. Beds weren’t terribly comfortable, very bouncy. The pillows were very thin. Fresh towels were there for us. Bathroom and bedroom were clean. We didn’t have a chance to have any meals there. The walk from Wembley before we checked in was lengthy. The rep at the desk let us know about the frequent Sudbury bus (#18) that would take us right back down to the area near the stadium. It runs 24hours a day so we hopped on and off that a few times. Bus stop is right across the street from the hotel. It’s not a fancy hotel, but it served its purpose and would recommend to anyone looking for a spot to rest their head after an event at Wembley.

Efficient staff. Exceptionally clean. Great quality towels and bedding, glasses, cups etc. My major concern was that the bedroom was in a basement, down a long corridor and round corners and as there wasn't a window in my room I was concerned about fire safety.

Top floor( basically loft) of a rundown hotel. It was so hot, couldnt open windows as the road was extremely busy. We borrowed fan from the office bit it did little. Window were single glazed so only blocked out a little of the noise. Furniture is old and dated. You couldnt open the bedroom door properly because the furniture hits the door. Breakfast was ok. The staff were lovely.

We absolutely loved our stay! Every member of staff we came into contact with were so pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was spot on, we had everything we needed in our room and none of us had any complaints at all. The beds were clean and comfortable, with extra pillows provided if needed. Would definitely stay again if in the area. I can't think of anything negative. It is not the Ritz, so if you expect that then you will be disappointed. It is, however, a clean and tidy hotel, with wonderful staff and very reasonable price.

Poor service, had to wait 20min inreception for someone to show up and no one answered when i called. Very worn down rooms, definetly sound isolated walls and just overall a poor experience. Only had one night for a quick business trip but would never stay there again.

It was very bad service there and my stay was not pleasant at all rather it was frustrating, the state of the hotel room was very dirty, bad smelly and dirty stained all over, the furniture were touched to fallen off, bed size was for the kids not even single, the room service was not there tho informed to clean and to service it in the morning, the night staff was very unprofessional attitude

In terms of the staff, they were okay, the receptionist mostly. The barman during the day was very limited in communication and spent the time for the hour we were in there constantly playing with the different TV channels on the different TVs in the bar. He also was in and out on his phone. It was a quiet period, granted, but we felt like an inconvenience, this from my perception. Just the odd positive gesture. I get the cost was not majorly expensive, but I would expect a 3 star hotel to be better well-look after and maintained, especially the rooms, and the so-called 'en-suite' I feel the promotional pictures absolutely falsely advertise the quality of the property, inside and out. The accommodation was awful, with the decoration uncared for. Again, for a 3 star hotel it was like going back to the 70's with extremely poor cleanliness. The 'ensuite' shower nozzle would not stay upright when showering, so had to get it maintained, which happened instantly which was good! However, do the cleaners and maintenance on duty not check off rooms when vacated to report problems and correct them, preventing any further concerns? The bed was like sleeping on a table, we all have different preferences, I get that, but this was in another category of uncomfortable. Electrical sockets - well, some worked and another I could not even plug into. The shower and sink tap temperature were awful, only offering a tepid temp after running for so long. Late reception staff - moody!

Checked in without any issues as the last time we checked in. Only problem was we were told breakfast from 7am got there just after as we had meetings first thing in the morning but no breakfast. All closed up and in darkness.

The service at the reception was very friendly, helpful and customer oriented. Room and breakfast service were not customer oriented at all. Five of ten days breakfast was until 30 minutes delayed. Daily room cleaning did not take place for the first three days and then only took place after repeated reminders.The bathroom needs to be repaired. the sink has cracks, the shower bracket is loose and attached too low, the hose is much too short for guests over 1,80 m. Water jet is too weak and the second bracket for a toothbrush-glass is missing. Breakfast selections is highly recommended, rich and good! In total a refresh is really good for the hotel with good connection by busses and train. A special thanks to all of the reception!

It is amazing value for a two-star hotel in London; friendly, helpful staff, tasty breakfast buffet and a quiet, comfortable room. It was one of the hottest days of the year so far and we were allocated the room we were as it was in a cooler part of the building (very thoughtful)

I read the other reviews on my way to the hotel and to be honest was a bit apprehensive. This is a budget hotel close to wembley arena, and to be honest you get what you pay for. We arrived at 10am and check in wasnt until 2pm. But we were accommodated with another room as ours wasnt ready. Maybe our allocated room would have been better, but the room we were given was adequate. We were told early checkin was an addional £20 but this was wavered. Our room was in the basement so no windows, but air conditioning and a fan were provided. It was 37 degrees outside so we were delighted with the coolness of the room. All staff were friendly and pleasant. If you want the ritz comfort and style then this hotel isnt for you. If you're happy, like us with a buget stay close enough to tavel by bus to wembley arena then this place is 100% fine.

The hotel was good, basic accommodation. Decor was dated but the hotel was clean and bed comfortable. All usual facilities in room such as tea and coffee making facilities, safe, fridge, TV. Very clean bathroom although shower was inconsistent temperature. Good breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

I was a little worried after reading other reviews especially as we had a shared bathroom. We were going to Wembley for the Taylor swift concert and found the price and location fantastic. We didn’t bring a car but the fact it also has parking is a real bonus. The room was clean and the shared bathroom immaculate and cleaned multiple times in the 18 hours we stayed. Breakfast was good and all in all I think the hotel is great value

Property was clean tidy outside seating needs renovating. The breakfast was terrible waiting for food nothing full no flavour or quality shame. room was clean tidy bed was comfortable staff were friendly .

First impressions from outside the hotel looked okay, reception area was nicely decorated and looked modern. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Then we got into room it was very dated, rock hard mattress and pillows (was clean sheets and cover though) the bathroom was rusty and disgusting. No hot water on arrival and the next morning the shower was so old it wouldn’t turn on or off properly. There is a bar onsite that does pizza and sides which was amazing, the best pizza I’ve ever had.
