It was a great stay, but the only issue i had was that the pool said it was heated and it was not. The pool was actually very cold. It was still good though.

The dining room was closed. Only one of the three elevators worked. The hallway smelled like smoke and the condition of the hotel was just average. However, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great.

needs renovation badly. elevators said only 4 people could fit on them.bathtub was chipped all over and then painted another color.they price gouged for the College World Series but not as bad as others. the casey’s next door was sketchy at night. band in the lounge was rocking. hotel desk staff was very polite.

Lobby and breakfast were good. Elevators didn't work. Pool was very cold and no whirlpool. Room was clean but dated. Poor repair work. Only reason I would stay again would be for the breakfast, and nice looking lobby.

This place has many opportunities to work on, i was on floor 5 and the elevators are sketchy as all get out but i wasnt gonna walk 5 floors of stairs each time i went downstairs. Only 4 people allowed per elevator and 2 of them were broken. Lots of guests and the1 elevator tht can only hold 4 people at a time is ridiculous with 9 floors of people.and the painted chipping tube was way leds satisfying. I will never come back and have bad recommendations for all who would waste there money here

Stayed here for a quick overnight on a road trip. Arrived at 10:30 PM and the band was playing in the bar. No big deal as we assumed they would finish by 11:00 PM. We were put on the second floor which smelled like cigarette smoke and had cigarette butts on the floor and was right above the bar. The front desk was very accommodating and moved us to the 5th floor but the band could still be heard above the tv and continued to play until 1:00 AM. The chain lock was missing and there are holes in our door where the automatic door closer was missing as well.

I was pretty disappointed with my stay overall. The building itself was old and run down. The rooms and hallways had a very unpleasant smell. The bathroom in the lobby was so dirty, the toilets and sinks were old. The elevators were so dusty and dirty as well. The indoor pool area was not well kept, chairs and floors were not clean. The water was ice cold, the last day of our 5 days was when they finally turned on the pool heater. The restaurant in the hotel was awful, the food was not tasty or hot. We got cold flavorless mozzarella sticks, the nachos were weird made with sweet beans and cheese steak like meat. The booth was dusty and dirty. I understand why it was empty on a Friday afternoon. Breakfast was ok, it give the eggs, sausage, waffles and coffee a pass. The orange juice tasted old. The room itself was kinda clean, although there was no way to turn the fan off so it was loud and noisy the whole time. The curtains were also broken so the outdoor lights made it pretty hard to get a good nights sleep. Still the room was pretty old. I will say the cleaning ladies were kind and offered extra towels. That is literally the only nice thing I have to say about this place. I would not recommend anyone stay here. I didn’t feel like I was on vacation in this place.

We ended up taking the stairs at least a half dozen times during our stay due to lengthy waiting. The bed was broken, carpet was patchy, stains on walls, toilet clogged easily. My experience was not good at all. This hotel is full of roaches. I could not sleep under these conditions. I spend 1 hour changing from room 308 to 509. I was charged a day. Very upset by this I want my money back.

There was bed bugs it was horrible and they tried denying it I showed them video evidence and still wanted to say they had to send a cleaner to verify I did tell them let’s go to the room and I can show you the door that leads to the other room would not close properly I left once I saw the bed bugs and requested full refund they gave me the run arounds until finally they approved the refund I was there to celebrate Mother’s Day and came home and now I’m terrified that I could get bed bugs in my home if you like bed bugs go ahead and stay at this hotel

the hotel was very dirty! Stains on carpet everywhere. When stepping on the carpet, it felt gummy. Comforter was wrinkled. When we went downstairs to eat in the restraunt, the service was poor. We always had to go to bar for drinks refilled. When I got my chicken strips they were still raw and cold. I pulled the breading off and the color was grey. Told it to the server and never once said sorry, or was there anything else they could give me. Friends had quesadillas with chicken and there was about 5 very small pieces on it. The cheese looked like it was like a single packed processed cheese you get at the store. We have stayed there now 3 times and service and food was horrible. We stayed there for convinces to where we wanted to go is all. 1st time, ordering food, they were out of everything. Even salads! 2nd time, same, but did have just pizza and a few apps. And now this last time, I could have gotten food poisoning. We will defiantly never stay there again. One more thing.... every time we have stayed the elevators never work right and have to use only one. We understand that maybe help is hard to find, or you have a off day, but 3rd time is a charm. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT STAY THERE! LOOK AT THE REVIEWS, THEY ARE ALL BAD. I should have taken a pic of everything, but didn't think of it at the time because it was so bad.

The lobby had mud on the floor, the entire lobby was old and not well taken care of, and the rugs were filthy. The room wasn't clean and we found toenails in the carpet. No coffee packets were provided. The tub was in such bad shape, it was painted over to cover the scratches but the paint was coming off the "repairs". The maid tried to clean our room 2 hours before checkout. We will never stay at this Comfort in again. No lights were on in the parking lot which was very unsafe.

This hotel definitely needs some upgrades. The tv didn’t work, maintenance came, worked on it for 20 minutes, couldn’t get it to work and said he’d be right back. Never came back. The heater vibrated very loadly when running. Bathtub finish was peeling. Hole in bathroom door not completely though door. On the plus, the bed was comfy.

Hotel was ok but needs work. Bathtub was well worn, sink didn’t drain properly. Ordered a salad at the bar/restaurant. Took a very long time, the cook came out to the bar twice before he made my dimple Caesar salad?!?!

Just ok. We booked a 3 queen bed suite. It was the only 3 queen room i could find. Our first room the water in the bathroom didnt work and the AC sounded like it was going to explode. They moved us to a different room but it didnt have the nice kitchenette area. Just a fridge and microwave sitting where the nice kitchenette should be. Paint peeling in rooms and very sketchy elevators (especially when you have to stay on 8th floor. And of course ice machine on our floor was broken. Overall i guess it was ok for the price i paid and the space of the rooms was great. Just remeber you get what you pay for and its not the nicest of places in terms of upkeep. Breakfast was the same both days but it was ok.

We went to check into the room and no one was at the front desk. We called and called but no one answered. Whoever was working that shift (130 am) was not tending the front desk as my husband saw her, tried to get her attention and she flew into the elevator and never came back down. In the meantime 3 or 4 teenagers/young adults came in and out of hotel. We ended up having to go to a different hotel which was booked up and finally found a place to stay. I called the hotel later that morning and asked to speak to a manager but couldnt get anywhere with that. Whoever i talked to would not give me any names and he was extremely hard to understand. He did tell me to contact the company i booked my reservation with and they would contact the hotel directly to get my money back. I will be contacting the hotel again to actually speak to a manger and will definately take it to a corporate level. I am totally disgusted by the lack of customer service and would never recommend this hotel.

Had an issue on the 2nd night. I was in my room (9:00 p.m.) and the front desk decided to give a key to a new guest. I was sitting on the bed when a gentleman and his bags walked in!!! Turned out they had canceled my key and given the room to him. He left - I stayed.

Friendly staff well kempt hotel nice bar & restaurant good food reasonable priced had the jacuzzi sweet for a romantic get away room was huge jacuzzi was really nice and clean and fairly reasonable in price for our 3 day stay hotels was quiet and had a great atmosphere recommend this place to anyone over all excellent experience! Will stay here again any time i come to omaha <3

Staff were helpful, curteous, and greeted us with a smile. Facilities had received a facelift to give a more modern look but the infrastructure is showing its age, with cosmetic repairs needed here and there. That's to be expected, we still got a good value for the price we paid. There are 3 elevators, but they are tiny & slow and waiting for an elevator takes forever. Every time we'd go up or down we'd hear guests grumble; staff were understandably impatient. Taking the stairs is not an option, that sets off the fire alarm. Breakfast was okay, not great, not bad. Get there well before the end time though -- there was still a line of people getting food at 9am when the staff cleared the food away. It was too early to end breakfast (my kids were all still asleep), but they didn't want guests to take food to their rooms either. My biggest complaint was that the hotel apparently lacks a policy which many other hotels have about not allowing locals to rent rooms. The pool was overcrowded, extremely loud to the point of barely being able to hear the person next to you yelling, and chaotic with splashing, running, and doing cannon balls. Most of the guests looked to be in their teens/20s and appeared to be attending one of two parties being hosted in the hotel with loud music thumping (thankfully couldn't be heard from our 4th floor room). Several females' chests and behinds were falling out of their swimsuits, others were in street clothes. Not a family environment at all.

The gal at the front tried to give a $30 credit, and couldnt get it figured out, so I doubt we will see it. They called us in our room the first night because they didnt have us "checked in", so that pry made sense of why when we came back to our room our key card didnt work. Had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to climb the 9 flights of stairs to open our door. This hotel has lots of potential. The staff are friendly and our room was clean. However, it needs major fixing and updating. Shower barley operared, toilet was hit and miss. Broken items, very dirty cieling tiles.

We were in Omaha for a medical procedure at 7:30am ...we live 150 miles away. We left a 4:30 am wake up call so we could get ready and across town on time. Did not get a call. Luckily my wife, the patient, woke up in time. The man at the desk, as we left, seemed completely unaware of the significance of the mistake. We liked our room, etc. Just thought someone should know that the wake up service was lacking.

I hate giving a negative review but I hope it helps someone decide on whether they will spend the money to bring their family here. This place is filthy. Curtains, bathroom floor, sheets, walls all of it so so dirty! I can report that I DID NOT find any bed bugs. The pool was freezing! We ended up just leaving the pool early because it was too cold to swim. When it was brought up to the front desk’s attention they had no interest in us. The weekend breakfast is advertised on the website as being open until 10. The people working were rude, taking food away from people (yeah I wish I was making that up!) When my husband asked why they were cleaning up, he was told they were done with breakfast at 9 and was told (very rudely) to take the issue up with the front desk. While at breakfast we were told, by another hotel guest, to not let our children out of our sight. Because there were 4 guys walking around, making him feel very uneasy. And that someone tried to get into their room in the middle of the night. I never witnessed this but it should be known. Our family decided to just eat the money for the next 2 nights that we were suppose to stay and go to a different hotel. The only positive from this experience is that the location was ideal for traveling to the zoo.

Front desk staff was pleasant, but the area is SKETCHY. Yes, in all caps. The parking lot is full of trash and tripping hazards. The entirety of the outside of the building looks like it should be abandoned. The hallways are incredibly dark, like out of a horror movie. People screaming obscenities in the hallway. The room reeked of cleaning product and was humid and musty. It took 4 hours of running the A/C at 65 degrees to make it tolerable. Numerous fire hazards. It looks like an ongoing DIY project (see photos). Thankfully the bed linens were clean, but the experience was awful. Breakfast included? If you count a hot breakfast and gray sausage patties, one waffle making station, cereal and muffins as such. It was the saddest excuse I have ever seen. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere reputable that actually provides what they advertise and doesn't have the atmosphere of a building where you might get shot or harassed by a druggie.

The property was fine for an older run-down building. Everything worked. I ate at the grill and thought the food was pretty bad! The ketchup and mustard containers were so dirty and sticky I didn’t want to use either one. The French fries were fine but the hamburger did not taste like anything

When I checked in I was told breakfast was from 6-9, the sign stated 6-10. When my son checked in he was told breakfast was 6-10. It was a saturday morning and the sign stated it was 6-10, but they cleaned up right at 9.

the hotel was very dirty! Stains on carpet everywhere. When stepping on the carpet, it felt gummy. Comforter was wrinkled. When we went downstairs to eat in the restraunt, the service was poor. We always had to go to bar for drinks refilled. When I got my chicken strips they were still raw and cold. I pulled the breading off and the color was grey. Told it to the server and never once said sorry, or was there anything else they could give me. Friends had quesadillas with chicken and there was about 5 very small pieces on it. The cheese looked like it was like a single packed processed cheese you get at the store. We have stayed there now 3 times and service and food was horrible. We stayed there for convinces to where we wanted to go is all. 1st time, ordering food, they were out of everything. Even salads! 2nd time, same, but did have just pizza and a few apps. And now this last time, I could have gotten food poisoning. We will defiantly never stay there again. One more thing.... every time we have stayed the elevators never work right and have to use only one. We understand that maybe help is hard to find, or you have a off day, but 3rd time is a charm. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT STAY THERE! LOOK AT THE REVIEWS, THEY ARE ALL BAD. I should have taken a pic of everything, but didn't think of it at the time because it was so bad.

Lobby and breakfast were good. Elevators didn't work. Pool was very cold and no whirlpool. Room was clean but dated. Poor repair work. Only reason I would stay again would be for the breakfast, and nice looking lobby.

We asked for the top floor for the view. The room was not the cleanest. There was cake in the elevator spread all over. The room itself was outdated and needed improvements. It was a nice stay.. Breakfast wasn't kept up and when we went down there, there was not any warm food.

I really enjoyed their breakfast and the Tiki bar at the hotel was pretty cool. However, there was only one elevator that kind of worked out of three, and even that one could only hold 500 lbs/3-ish people and shook the whole way. The one person checking people in had a severe attitude, especially if you were checking in with a third party booker. Not all of the rooms have a fridge in it, which seems pretty standard anymore. Just seems like there is A LOT they could have improved on.

The rooms are not well maintained. The bathtub was discolored, yellow stains and the toilet paper holder was broken. Baseboards were damaged with mold on them. Towels had yellow stains as well. It was not a pleasant experience for $87 a night, this felt more like an hourly motel.

Parking was open lot. The lobby was welcoming, no one at the counter for about 5 min. We flagged down a maintenance worker to call someone. In room beds were made nice and neat cleaning stuff was great. Had a problem with our TV. It took him nine hours to get back to us. The air conditioning sounded like a washing machine for the two days that we were there.. will not be returning there

I am hoping that this hotel is under renovations, but I highly doubt it. The lobby is very nice and the price was reasonable. However, once we got to our floor the hallway smelled terrible. We talked into our room and it smelled like dirty animals. The room did not feel warm and welcoming. One wall had a hole in it that was covered by clear packing tape.
