Parking initially confusing especially with one way streets. Unit is definitely’aged’ and couch uncomfortable. Lot of noise due to nearby hospital.

Worked for my needs. Parking was challenging. There is a permit but it’s for street parking that was often challenging to find. Otherwise no complaints. Was as advertised. Responsive to any concerns.
