Superior Sport und Familienresort Alpenblick

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Leider war die Matratze viel zu weich und es war keine Bodylotion auf dem Zimmer, was ich bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel voraussetze. Weiterhin muss ich etwas beim Essen bemängeln. Mehr Schein als Sein. Hätte viel schöner angerichtet werden können.

Great room, fantastic location. Friendly staff, tasty meals. A very good experience would highly recommend.

The hotel was pretty and the pool was wonderful but it felt like they were trying to make money off of us at every turn. For example, the hotel sent many emails telling us about the complimentary summer pass, they gave it to us on arrival with a glass of wine, then surprised us with a huge fee as we were checking out. They charged for the fusball table in the game room, and other tiny things that most hotels would give for free. The tea box in the room even had a note saying "don't ask us for more sugar or tea. You can buy more in our shop downstairs". The front desk staff was very friendly, but the restaurant staff was pretty rude (one person acted exasperated when we wanted to add a tip because it was after they printed the reciept). I was very much looking forward to our stay and was disappointed with our experience.

We had an amazing stay at Sportresort Alpenblick with our two kids. We had included breakfast and dinner and the meals were delicious and the staff second to none. The hotel is a little outside Zell am See, but it is an easy walk to the center of town and alternatively there is a free bus directly in front of the hotel. We will definitely come back and recommend others as well.
