El todo incluido es un muy buen servicio, junto con todo lo que ofrecen. Reforzar lo que ya se tiene mejoraria mucho, como variedad de comidas, mejorar las bebidas y variedad en snacks, la alberca visualmente limpia únicamente porque al entrar se siente la suciedad, de que no se sustituye el agua esporadicamente.

There is hardly any furniture in the room. No hot water, no water pressure. The pool tiles are broken, the bridge over the pool area is broken with pieces of wood and nails sticking out. Beach was inaccessible due to hurricane which is fine, but no staff out there trying to fix it. The food is not very good. There is literally no one here. It's in the middle of no where so there is nothing around but there is also nothing to do on the property. Staff are friendly and nice. Only redeeming factor is the price.

The main pool wasn’t working

Propiedad vieja, no tenian la alberca en funcionamiento y tampoco el acceso al mar habilitado.

The beach is practically inaccesible, stairs go down right to the water, no beach to walk/stay, the room had the bathroom door loose on the top so you needed to push it up in order to close it, for my 7 year old daughter this was impossible because of the door weight, so she needed help everytime she needed to use the restroom, buildings are old and need maintenance, but all in all it was a good place, at nights, it is so calm that you can enjoy the sea sound and moonlight like no other place in crowded hotel áreas. Food was ok, but service was slow, and not a lot of options to choose from.

Instalaciones sucias, la alberca estuvo turbia los 3 días que estuvimos ahí, solo hay un restaurante donde las opciones de buffet son limitadas. No vale la pena el todo incluido.

Old. Terrible condition. Terrible service. Dirty. No beach.

Acceso a playa deshabilitado. No hay forma de pisar la arena. El hotel es bueno, la alberca es bonita y las habitaciones también. El servicio de alimentos es muy bueno pero lo atractivo es que está a pie de playa pero no te dejan bajar y no se ve que estén haciendo algo para mejorarlo, ni siquiera avisan que no tienen playa por el momento.

Las piscinas están muy descuidadas, no las llenan bien, y el agua está muy turbia

Las condiciones de las piscinas .con falta de mantenimiento.les falta muchos azulejos en fondo.faltan más regaderas al salir del mar ysus bardas perimetrales hacia la playa están deterioradas y falta de mantenimiento.resto personal muy amable.recepcion excepcional

Overall I rate this property low due to the lack of cleanliness, attention from staff, and accountability. We stayed longer due to family and activities we wanted to do in the area but even before arrival to the property the front desk never picked up thier phone. We even arrived and called the front desk and noticed that the receptionist was ignoring incoming calls. Also, beware of the lack of cleanliness within the rooms. After being checked in we proceeded to our room to find a large spider with web all over the room. I did address this with the front but I was met with push back instead of moving me to a clean room. After back and forth I was able to move to a different room. Within this room I found a bed bug and cockroach, mind you it was my finally day so no further room change was made. Also, when speaking to the front desk very little was done to take accountability and provide excellent customer service without having to push for the hotel to address my needs. I believe this hotel is not a good option and you should spend your money elsewhere, where you matter to the hotel.

Tienen poco personal, tal vez por la temporada pero estaban sobre pasados, la gente hace lo que puede no es su culpa, pero la administración debería tener más personal en fechas de alta demanda (como año nuevo) la comida es mala en general, la limpieza de la alberca también (no hay ni regaderas para quitarse la arena de la playa) por lo que está muy sucia la alberca. Las toallas con mal olor y ya muy viejas La habitación me dieron la peor que había, lejana, olor a caño, y las puertas en súper malas condiciones Ni toallas de mano Con olor a humedad En fin todo muy mal La verdad no regresaría

La habitación que me entregaron huele mal, en la comida se le callo una mosca a mi bebida y en el restaurante hay cucarachas

Me tocó ver que los vasos en los que te sirven cualquier bebida solo los meten a una tarja con agua, los sacuden y listo a usarlos de nuevo, uno de los días sentimos los alimentos de la cena estaban muy olorosos y el día del chekout nos percatamos que varios huspedes estaba reclamando por problemas estomacales de ese mismo día. Las instalaciones ya no tiene. Playa y los cimientos de las habitaciones ya están expuestos. La limpieza no es la más adecuada en la ropa de cama, nos tuvieron que cambiar las sábanas el día que llegamos ya que encontramos manchas de labial y cabellos en ellas. Esperemos el hotel pueda mejorar esos aspectos.

The hotel property is not well kept. The room was not clean. The ceiling tiles off the balcony were damage and was falling.

The room was not clean and the property was run down. We asked for a clean room and was told it will cost extra. The food was also of very low quality.

Muy buen hotel, la habitación muy amplia y cómoda, lo único malo es que el camino de acceso está en muy malas condiciones

The room has no chairs to sit in, in your room. None. You either sit on the bed or the floor. The floor was never really clean, always sandy. The food selections are very limited, and being allergic to mushrooms turned into a big thing. The folks who work there are so friendly and kind. They are the amazing feature of this place.

Le falta mucho mantenimiento, el cuarto estaba demasiado húmedo y olía mal

No se veia el mar desde la havitacion ni la alberca

En la habitación en algunos momentos tenía un olor desagradable que provenía de la parte de afuera, no tuvimos toalla de manos, la segunda vez que nos limpiaron la habitación no nos dejaron batas de baño.

Las habitaciones requieren de más mantenimiento en mi caso la habitación olía a mucha humedad.

Las condiciones del inmueble necesitan mantenimiento. Poca presión de agua, la chapa de la puerta con problemas para cerrar, no hay disponibilidad de canales de TV.

Great resort, the room was recently renovated. Restaurant was varied and really good, drinks also very nice, staff was friendly, the pool was beautiful and clean, the beach was small but enjoyable, the show was also fun. Only downside was the lack of wifi in the room

Great staff and food, room with a hammock, beautiful shower and warm water, nice pool, great music and not too loud, just enough fun.

Jamás me enviaron mi factura, estuve hospedado por dos noches, les proporcioné todos mis datos fiscales y nunca llegó mi factura. Les estuve intentando llamar y en ningún teléfono contestan. En el mismo whatsapp donde les envié mis datos les estuve recordando mi factura y dejaron de contestar y obvio nunca la mandaron. Pésimo pésimo pésimo servicio !!!!!

Tardaron 50 minutos en llevar mis maletas a mi habitación. Después perdí dos horas más por fallas en la cerradura de la habitación. No cerraba y el técnico del hotel estuvo tratando de componerla, pero no lo logró y tuvieron que cambiarnos de habitación. Vi una cucaracha en el restaurante. Sentí un poco de discriminación solo de un mesero que en el momento atendía a su mayoría a extranjeros, pues cuando le pedí una bebida nos vio con desconfianza y pidió que diéramos detalles de nuestra reserva en el hotel. Pero en lo positivo, tuvieron un gran gesto en el cumpleaños de mi hijo, pues le llevaron un pastel, vela y una botarga, y le cantaron las mañanitas. Por todo lo demás estuvo muy bien. En general fue una buena experiencia.

Great place, great food, variety of menus, staff is incredibly nice and helpful ! From waiters to room cleaning lady to check in office, cooks, every one is NICE and smily ! Do not hesitate to go to the Reef Yucatan !!!

What a great holiday with the family. What made the trip awesome was the staff. David the service/food manager was the best. Ha anticipated what we wanted before we could even ask. Ricardo was in charge of beverages and he remembered our order right away and sought us out at the pool to have beverages ready for us before we asked! the entertainment staff was also incredible, the evening performances were a highlight for us and our daughter. Yes, the hotel rooms could use an update... but who cares when you are out enjoying the pool, food and entertainment. We couldn't believe how quiet the hotel was it is a bit of a hidden gem. we will be back!

Todo bien solo horarios chekin muy tarde y checkup muy temprano

It was ok. Nice ocean views that what I book with you…. but needs a lot of attention like cleaning maintenance and the enter to the property is to bad a lot of holes to get in to the property. At least make a drive way. Food was ok. But coffee on a foam cup?? Really?? Drinks really bad.

I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, I like that it isn't too loud except for a couple occasions like christmas dinner. I find it is a good value to be right beside the ocean and having all meals covered plus snacks and several drink options. Yes it is a bit of a drive away from Merida but that puts it close to wild flamingos.

The staff were great. The grounds are really impressive. Loved hearing the waves crash against the retaining wall. Some of the food was very good, some was just so so. They need better steam tables to keep the food warm. Also, this isn't their fault, but the road that leads to Reef Yucatan and other nearby resorts is ridiculous. It's like an obstacle course of potholes.

Es un lugar donde si quieres ir a descansar y estar con la familia es super recomendable ya que para salir a algun lugar como bares o restaurantes no hay cerca. Pero todo el hotel muy bonito y comodo y el restaurante en los bufet son buenos.

Nice place. Secluded. Unpaved road entrance makes it quite a bumpy ride to enter. Saturday was understaffed. Too many events and not enough staff for good care. But, yet, still nice.

La tranquilidad del lugar ,solo falta un poco mas de transporte y plazas cercanas

Lo mejor es la atención del personal. El hotel requiere su mantenimiento. La playa está revuelta y destrozada por el ciclón.

This is not a 5-star hotel. The staff is nice and they try hard to provide a good experience but the property is run down and in need of desperate repairs. the location is not convenient, unless you have your own vehicle but the roads are in bad shape.

Tuvimos mucho problema con la llegada a el hotel ya que fuimos en avión a Mérida y no llevamos auto este hotel está muy lejos y no tiene mucha opción de transporte para llegar

Lo que me gustó el show de todas las noches La atención del personal (meseros , animación, cocineros ,) Los cuartos cómodos Es PET friend Los que no me gusto la atención al momento del check in no pudimos entrar hasta las 3 y nadie nos ofreció ninguna bebida ya que no hay nada para refrescarnos en la espera y solo teníamos el snak para comer de muy mala calidad hamburguesas quemadas , nachos con l queso aguado , papas fritas muy húmedas de aceite, tacos dorados muy duros , y ya a las 3 no había para preparar cócteles que porque no les habían surtido. La piscina sucia el primer día que llegamos , los alimentos de muy baja calidad todos los días la misma carne y pecado los complementos fueron los mismos y el postres algunos que se pudieron rescatar , parece un hotel listos para pasadías y no para hopedaje largo ya que estuve con mi familia 4 días y era lo mismo en los snak y comidas siempre faltaban ingredientes y los meseros y cocineros solo decían es lo que nos dan , también durante toda mi estancia nunca realizaron la limpieza de mis dos habitaciones solo porque salí a pedir toallas y artículos de higiene nadie está vigilando si se realizó. Es una pena que la administración no ponga atención para dar el servicio de un hotel de cadena y que cobra como hotel de 5 estrellas pero parece de 2 , se aprovechan que alrededor del hotel no hay nada más y ya que estas hospedado te tienes que aguantar. Está no será ya mi opción de hotel para vacaciones nunca.

La comida del snack bar es de regular a mala, el pan no está fresco, la hamburguesa no está bien cocinada, el menú de mejor calidad y variedad es a la carta. La habitación que nos tocó estaba muy confortable y la atención es muy buena por parte de todos. En general, se observa falta de mantenimiento en las áreas de uso común.

HOTEL, INSTALACIONES Y PERSONAL EN GENERAL BIEN. LO QUE NO NOS GUSTÓ Y POR LO QUE NO VOLVERÍAMOS ES QUE LAS BEBIDAS ESTÁN ADULTERADAS! TODA LA NOCHE TUVE MIGRAÑA Y NO PUDE CONCILIAR EL SUEÑO, RAZÓN POR LA CUÁL YA NO PROBÉ NADA CON ALCOHOL (A PESAR DE SER ALL INCLUSIVE).

We only stayed 2 nights and that was more than enough for us. To start off with when i asked about pricing a the hotel directly, they were trying to charge way more. Dont pay for the all inclusive, because the food here is terrible and they leave it out for hours. The beach has very little sand, and even though they say they have internet the WiFi doesn’t work. The AC and the rooms needs an upgrade. This hotel looks nice from outside, but once you’re here it needs a lot of work and it’s not worth the money.

Malo, simplemente malo, llegue como a la una de la tarde y si querías tener acceso a las bebidas y barras de snacks te hacían o cobro extra de 700 pesos, es la primera vez que en un todo incluido me piden eso, el buffet es un chiste solo 7 platillos en total y es lo mismo para comer y cenar

La verdad la comida nada buena y además pedías algo de comida y que no había ya tenías que esperar media hora para que la pudieras obtener por qué según ya se les había terminado al igual que la bebidas no tenían muchas cosas para relación precio les falta mucho en esas cosas

El servicio del hotel deja mucho que desear. Fuimos a celebrar una despedida de solteros, eramos 17 personas y el buffet no se daba abasto con la cantidad de gente que hubo. Horas para esperar tu comida. El dia de la salida, despues de las 12pm ni un vaso de agua puedes tomar del restaurante ni el snack bar. TERRIBLE.
