The home was PERFECT! Everything was well stocked, super comfortable beds and furniture, and loads of space for the 6 of us. The beach chairs, shelter, and beach toys for the kids were a huge plus! The proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and wonderful restaurants made our 5 days there super easy and relaxing. We cannot recommend this home enough!

Easy acces to beach, bay & Belmont park. The 3 bed/2 bath was perfect for our family of 4 and the friends who came to visit. Lots of stairs and a separate room on top floor but would stay again.

We had a great time at the condo. The unit is clean and the kitchen well stocked. It’s nice to have a bedroom/bath on a second floor and to have ocean views from both balconies. Location is excellent - very close to beach, easy walk to Belmont Park and quick drive to Pacific Beach. The property manager was very quick to respond to questions. Would stay again.

This place is close to both beach and bay. They have beach chairs and toys for everyone to enjoy. Our four year old had a great time playing at the bay as the water is very safe there.
