We had the most amazing stay at Canhoto Douro, where we felt right at home and like part of their wonderful family. The service was outstanding and the surroundings must be experienced firsthand — it was peaceful and idyllic. The family was so loving and welcomed us with open arms, while at the same time doing an incredible job both with the animals on the farm and with us as guests. The food, which is mostly homemade, was fantastic, and the meat from their own production tasted heavenly. You can really feel their passion for the place through the food and their care for us as guests. We will without a doubt come back!
