Ohana Hotel

Es war super schön; tolle Inhaberin mit super Kommunikation. Leider war der Pool zu kalt und wir denken, ein Poolroboter wäre von Vorteil. Wir hatten aber eine unvergessliche schöne Woche und würden es immer weiterempfehlen ⛱️❤️ Wir kommen gerne ☺️ wieder

Beklentiyi yüksek tutmazsanız memnun kalırsınız. Odalar her gün temizleniyor; ancak camları açık olarak çıktığımız oda dan; tüm camlar kapalı ve içeriye sinek ilacı sıkılmış bir şekilde geri döndük. Koku çok rahatsız ediciydi ve çocuklar etkilenecek diye çok endişelendim. Koku pikelere kadar sinmişti. Kahvaltısı minimal ama yeterli. 4 kişilik bir aile olarak herkes yiyebileceği şeyleri buldu, doyurucu. Benim en çok takıldığım nokta havuz oldu. Özellikle havuzun temizlenip temizlenmediğini sordum; 2 günde bir gelip ilaçlıyorlar dendi ancak 6 gece kaldık bir gün havuzun temiz olduğunu görmedik. Suyun üstü yağ ve kir. Dip temizliği hiç yapılmıyor ve havuz duvarları yosun tutmuş, devir daim pompası ya yok ya da çalışmıyor. Herşey hoş görülür ancak insan sağlı hafife alınacak birşey değil, özellikle havuzu çocuklar kullanıyorken. Biz çocukları havuza sokmadık ama girenler vardı. Biraz bütçe ayrılsa bi dip temizleme makinesi alınsa birde odalara ufak bakımlar şahane olur. Otelin konumu çok iyi bir yerde çünkü👍

I stayed 2 nights with my family but I regretted to stay there. Because before come to hotel I wrote to hotel about a babycot and they replied of course it is ok. When I went to hotel at 10 am I reminded them about babycot and they said of course it is ok. I checked in 2.00 pm they told us sorry we gave babycot to another guest. The room was too old I couldnt sleep confortably because of bed and other furnitures might have insects. Room was scented with room scent too much. When I was in room I couldnt breath easily because of roomscent Breakfast was better

The staff was so friendly & accommodating. It was a very relaxing & amazing experience. We will definitely come back again.

hotel has been renovated but still a lot things need to be done. Furnitures are not so new, shower needs to be renew. breakfast is avarage. but staff is amazing very kind and helpful. they helped a lot.
