The hotel is out dated and need updating. Location wise excellent. Breakfast was buffet style. Very limited space to move around. I ordered pouched eggs on toast. Came with water floating underneath the toast and eggs were so runny. Complete put off. Although the chef did come out and apologised with the manager. In general the hotel needs money spending on it. I was not impressed. So will never stop there again. Far too expensive for what you get.

The check in process was chaotic and there is not much space for guests to sit. The breakfast was not at expectations comparing to other Radisson hotels . Overall other than the location there is no positive feedback .

Great location on Connaught place. The restaurant and bar are very pricey, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. The front desk could have been better, arguing that somehow a family of 5 that had booked two rooms for 5 people should be expected to share two double beds. After a long argument am extra mattress was provided, but not before trying to upsell a third room to us. Apparently if you book children they don’t count towards bed space? Our children are teens. So either the front desk staff were being unhelpful, or that is truly the hotel policy in which case if you are travelling with children avoid. The restaurant staff were very helpful and packed us a lunch for our train journey. There is a small gym and a spa onsite but we didn’t use so can’t comment. The security downstairs were also very helpful and helped to get cars when we needed them. I’d stay again due to the location, but with family I’d look elsewhere for this price.

큰 규모의 호텔은 아니지만 무난함. 오래 되었다 하지만 너무 낡은 느낌은 없고 객실은 깨끗하게 관리되는 편, Daily Cleaning 해주고 욕실도 문제는 없었음. 방에 다리미 구비되어 있지 않으나 요청 하면 갖다 주고 무선 와이파이 무료이며, 로밍으로 터지는 데이터 보다 빠르고 TV에 핸드폰 연동 가능. 조식 식당은 퀄리티 나쁘지 않으나 인도식 카레나 라이스 류만 daily 바뀌고 그 외는 매일 동일하게 나옴. 저녁 메뉴도 외국인 입장에서 다양하진 않은듯. 조식에 개별 주문 가능한 메뉴도 있고 예상 외로 맛있는 빵이 몇 가지 있음. 쥬스는 별로. 다른 레스토랑 1곳은 리뉴얼 공사로 이용해 보지는 못함. 그리고 Bar 는 인도 물가 대비 매우 비싸고 특히 세율이 엄청 높음.
