This lovingly furnished holiday apartment on the first floor of a converted rubble stone barn (built in 1807) combines rustic charm with modern furnishings and comfort. The 30-square-meter apartment is ideal for couples and singles. In the cozy sleeping nook with rubble stone elements, there is a comfortable double bed (160 cm wide). Next to it is a modern shower room. In the main room, there is a modern fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and everything you need for cooking. In the seating area with two sofas, you can make yourself comfortable with a book. Or in front of the television, which has a satellite connection and is also connected to the internet. From the living kitchen, you can directly access your own 20-square-meter terrace (south-facing), equipped with a large sun umbrella and garden furniture. From the terrace, you can go directly down a staircase to a large lawn, where there is a wooden house for children and a large covered barbecue/fireplace area.
If you are more than two people, you can also rent one or both of the other two holiday apartments (No. 1 and 3) right next door, as long as they are available. You can rent the 38-square-meter common room, also with a modern fitted kitchen and a fireplace stove, directly from the landlord.
Motorcyclists are welcome and can securely park their bikes. A dog is allowed.
Air conditioning: The building with thick rubble stone walls is heated via underfloor heating with an air heat pump, which is centrally switched to cooling at high outdoor temperatures.
