A great stay in a quiet area of the city. Free coffee, tea, bottle water and pastries were a nice touch in the morning. Rooms are small but worked for us.

Beautiful hotel with friendly welcoming staff. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was excellent. In the mornings we didn’t have time to sit and eat a full breakfast however a coffee machine/water jugs/glasses and fresh pastries were provided free of charge in the lounge area 😋. The hotel is only about a 20-25 minutes walk into Dublin but there are bus routes and the DART close by

L’albergo è in una posizione molto buona per visitare il centro di Dublino e molto comoda se si arriva in macchina per la grande disponibilità di parcheggio sia dell’hotel che nei dintorni. Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per soggiornare una notte di passaggio perché dog friendly, ma i 40€ a notte di supplemento sono decisamente troppo rispetto alla media di 15€ che di solito ci viene addebitata. Il personale è gentilissimo e caffè e te e dolcetti sono a dispsizione gratuitamente tutto il giorno.

Parking was a bit hard to find but it’s gated and was very safe | Out toilet was broken when we checked in but the staff was very accommodating and moved us to a new room no questions asked, she also provided us with complimentary breakfast the next morning, it was very nice. | The rooms are small but clean, I would recommend this property.

Fabulous hotel. Lovely lounge to chill out in, and have fresh drinks complimentary. very restful. We always stay here as its a beautiful surrounding area, and very easy to walk into Grafton Street etc. Great place. Staff are amazing. Everybody couldn't do enough to help you. A special thanks to Egon, who looked after us very well. Thank you

Lovely neighborhood, lovely property, room was perfectly decorated, updated, clean ,comfortable. Walked to great restaurants. Free gated parking in rear was excellent. Pastries coffee tea and water available complimentary in lovely lobby with fireplace. Breakfast was perfect, lovely setting, excellent service, nice selections and perfect cup of tea! Really loved our stay here and would definitely return.

Was given a considerably small room, to the point there is a sign outside the door admitting it is a small room. Once inside, there was no overhead light fixture, resulting in a very dark room, even with the three small wall-mounted lights on. Granted the rest of the room was fine, but this was very disappointing as my two work colleagues had substantially larger rooms for the same rate. The real no-no was that house-keeping failed to make up the room or refresh the towels. Granted I was only there for two nights, this is a sign of very poor service and attention to detail. Appreciate things happen but this was not the best of stays I've experienced sadly.

Location was good. Convenient to restaurants, parks and museums. Staff was very helpful and nice. The reception area was lovely. Bathroom was very nice looked newly refurbished. However, the bed was unappealing. Smoke filled the room when we opened the window. Carpet was well worn and stained. We reserved a Superior Double room. I don’t know if that’s what we got. If so, it was not really superior.

Pleasant guesthouse situated in a nice suburb, only a short bus ride / 30 minute walk from Dublin city centre. Rooms were clean and the staff friendly. We were there for the NFL game at the end of September and room prices were elevated across the city. The guest house is pleasant enough but didn't represent value for money and breakfast wasn't included either.

The check in area simply lovely, relaxing and staff superb. Sitting room a boon as rooms are small. Excellent complimentary coffee tea and croissants available, which we very much appreciated as we were advised no room in the dining room for breakfast. We booked a loft room, which is ideal if u have a third person who is staying in your room, but did not enhance general space as bed in sleeping area was constrained, not enough room to swing a cat.That said lovely area, lovely staff and overall reasonably comfortable.

Staff was really amazing. But no AC, and windows are street facing with lots of road noise. Free parking in the back as long as it’s not full already. Really NO food options close by…. And minimal “real” food in hotel - had chips and sodas for purchase. Free breakfast was not good. Better off eating the free coffee and pasteries Available in lobby.

Das Hotel ist schön eingerichtet, hat Flair. Personal fand ich eher unfreundlich und unwillig. Frühstücken konnten wir nicht (kein Platz mehr!! Unbedingt Furtschegger mit dazu buchen!!). Parkplatz Hinterm Haus. Zimmer recht klein. Bett bequem (Zimmer zum Hof buchen, da kein Straßenlärm). Preis Leistung naja. Aber Dublin ist insgesamt sehr teuer!

4 days before we travelled we contacted expedia as we needed to change our dates,who then contacted the hotel and it was agreed we could change from 2 nights to 1. But we we arrived the customer service agent stated that we were due for the extra night. It took us over 45 minutes before it was sorted and he let us into our room. The following morning we were greeted by the assistant manageress who made us go through the whole process again which was really poor customer service. Overall the hotel was ok. Good location for the Arriva stadium. Breakfast was very limited. Will not be back due to the rudeness of the front desk staff on both occasions

Stayed here many times over the years was a Valentines stay Property has become lazy No coffee served to the room, no lavender shortbread Reception staff told us how to turn on the heating as we were going out we had to ask him to go and put it on Poor attention to details & booking request, first room was not as per the request Unlikely to return !

Main issue was the rude robotic receptionist at check in. We were given keys to our room. When we went to the basement room there was a smell of sewage. We went back to reception and asked politely for another room. We were rudely asked to wait and were made to wait for 30 minutes. Attitude of staff member was unpleasant with a hateful attitude. Service very poor at breakfast. Choice limited. Staff and hotel stay anything but pleasant.

Outstanding accomodations! Staff ( Sylvia ) was so helpful and kind . Location couldn’t have been better to explore the gorgeous Georgian district. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

This was a lovely stay from start to finish. Our check-in was quick and thorough, complete with a tour of the water fill/snack nook. My husband and I needed to check out fairly early to make it to the airport for 7:30am, so we were going to miss breakfast (which we had already paid for). However, the staff made it a point to curate a substantial take-away breakfast for us, which was both unexpected and unnecessary, but extremely appreciated. We adored the character of our room, and of the surrounding neighborhood. We would be sure to stay again!!

My husband and I needed to check out fairly early to make it to the airport for 7:30am, so we were going to miss breakfast (which we had already paid for). However, the staff made it a point to curate a substantial take-away breakfast for us, which was both unexpected and unnecessary, but extremely appreciated. We adored the character of our room, and of the surrounding neighborhood. We would be sure to stay again!!

Beautiful hotel with friendly welcoming staff. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was excellent. In the mornings we didn’t have time to sit and eat a full breakfast however a coffee machine/water jugs/glasses and fresh pastries were provided free of charge in the lounge area 😋. The hotel is only about a 20-25 minutes walk into Dublin but there are bus routes and the DART close by

It's in walking distance to very central Dublin, but it's very quiet. I preferred staying here than right in the center because the center can be very loud at night with people playing music etc. The staff were very polite and breakfast was very good!

My forth stay at the Pembroke and a great surprise they have started doing a hot breakfast so a full Irish was served twice during my 4 night stay along with still offering a continental breakfast. Great location for buisness trip and pubs just down the road at the end of the day will definitely be back.

Outstanding accomodations! Staff ( Sylvia ) was so helpful and kind . Location couldn’t have been better to explore the gorgeous Georgian district. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Pleasant guesthouse situated in a nice suburb, only a short bus ride / 30 minute walk from Dublin city centre. Rooms were clean and the staff friendly. We were there for the NFL game at the end of September and room prices were elevated across the city. The guest house is pleasant enough but didn't represent value for money and breakfast wasn't included either.

We recently stayed at the Pembrooke Townhouse for 2 nights and had a very nice stay. It's located in a lovely Georgian building in south Dublin. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nicely appointed room. Very comfortable bed. Hot shower, great water pressure. Nice parlour with coffee, tea and pastries day and night. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Nice to be away from the hecticness of the city. It is a bit of a walk to downtown but but a pick up point for the Big Red bus isn't too far away.

Lovely neighborhood, lovely property, room was perfectly decorated, updated, clean ,comfortable. Walked to great restaurants. Free gated parking in rear was excellent. Pastries coffee tea and water available complimentary in lovely lobby with fireplace. Breakfast was perfect, lovely setting, excellent service, nice selections and perfect cup of tea! Really loved our stay here and would definitely return.

4 days before we travelled we contacted expedia as we needed to change our dates,who then contacted the hotel and it was agreed we could change from 2 nights to 1. But we we arrived the customer service agent stated that we were due for the extra night. It took us over 45 minutes before it was sorted and he let us into our room. The following morning we were greeted by the assistant manageress who made us go through the whole process again which was really poor customer service. Overall the hotel was ok. Good location for the Arriva stadium. Breakfast was very limited. Will not be back due to the rudeness of the front desk staff on both occasions

The check in area simply lovely, relaxing and staff superb. Sitting room a boon as rooms are small. Excellent complimentary coffee tea and croissants available, which we very much appreciated as we were advised no room in the dining room for breakfast. We booked a loft room, which is ideal if u have a third person who is staying in your room, but did not enhance general space as bed in sleeping area was constrained, not enough room to swing a cat.That said lovely area, lovely staff and overall reasonably comfortable.

Hôtel très fonctionnel, dans Dublin 2 sur une rue passante à proximité à pied (15min) des principales attractions et visites à faire. A proximité immédiate de l'aviva stadium et de quelques pubs. Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Nous conseillons l'hôtel et y reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour à Dublin. Petit déjeuner non compris, mais à prendre en supplément car copieux et très bon.

Staff was really amazing. But no AC, and windows are street facing with lots of road noise. Free parking in the back as long as it’s not full already. Really NO food options close by…. And minimal “real” food in hotel - had chips and sodas for purchase. Free breakfast was not good. Better off eating the free coffee and pasteries Available in lobby.

Das Hotel ist schön eingerichtet, hat Flair. Personal fand ich eher unfreundlich und unwillig. Frühstücken konnten wir nicht (kein Platz mehr!! Unbedingt Furtschegger mit dazu buchen!!). Parkplatz Hinterm Haus. Zimmer recht klein. Bett bequem (Zimmer zum Hof buchen, da kein Straßenlärm). Preis Leistung naja. Aber Dublin ist insgesamt sehr teuer!

A very nice hotel with good rooms. Personnel is very kind and supportive. The location is OK and not so far from the city center. I didn't have the breakfast but there was a room with complimentary coffee, water and some food. In general, I would recommend the hotel.

Do not trust the images presented on their website or Hotels.com Even if they state that each room may differ in design what you in reality will get is a overpriced Disneyland version of a Mid Century hotel with fake wall wooden tapestry and tiny rooms. Some of them even located underground beneath the lobby. We booked the upgraded Surpreme Standard double room, images were showing huge windows from floor to ceiling and a very nicely spacious decorated room. Once checked in, the reality is something completely different, absolutely no resemblance from the marketing images neither could the management answer which room in the hotel resembles the marketing pictures for our room category, which is a tellling sign. Such a lost opportunity, the building has potential but the owners of this hotel is obviously looking for fast cash rather than quality. Do not either bother to pay for the minimalist 18 EUR breakfast, the management cut the cost to such an extent that even cheese is not included. It’s all a cheap sugar buffé basically and you better off on a nearby cafe. Sylvia at the frontdesk is the rare exception, she is absolutely fantastic.
