The breakfast is amazing to kick off the day, while the warm bath outdoor is absolutely a smoothing way to end up the day. This location is a bit away from the centre shopping area of Oia to guarantee your maximum privacy and quiet environment. We came in November the low season, absolutely a blissing to stay here and enjoy.

Property is good and offers unique Santorini experience of staying. Please schedule hotel pick up as it is not easy to find the hotel entrance as you need walk for ~3+ minutes from the parking lot. Easier to call them and arrange a pick up thru the hotel from the airport or cruise (if you are coming via cruise). Break fast options are decent. View is beautiful from the hotel. Staff are very good and customer friendly.

One of the top properties in Oie!! Loved the location right above Ammoudi Bay! Beautiful private patio and hot tub. Easy walking to Everton Oie! Lots of stairs. Would definitely stay here again!

夜到着した時には全く分からなかったですが、朝起きて部屋からの眺望に感動。イアキャッスルまで近いですが、夕日そのものはホテルのプライベートテラスから見た方が静かで落ち着けます。あと、可愛い猫たちと何度も出会いました。

イアの一番端にあるので、他の観光客からの視線を気にすることはなく、静かに過ごせます。ホットタブに浸かりながらの夕陽は素晴らしいの一言です！スタッフの方はみなさんテキパキ、とても親切です。ルームサービスのご飯も美味しく、おすすめです。わかりにくい場所にあるので、送迎を依頼するのがよいと思います(55ユーロ)。

Marizan Caves is top end accommodation. Its unique style and architecture is perfectly suited to Santorini. Must note that it is on the side od a cliff and there are steep stairs, so if you have recently had hip surgery wait 6 months before you visit. Staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. Breakfast was sensational and delivered to your room. Absolutely fantastic place 😀

I booked Marizan Caves for the last 2 nights of our 3 week trip. I wanted something special to end the trip. Marizan was special! Absolutely beautiful location and views. Room was awesome inside and out. We were surprised to have a separate room from our kids in #3. I asked if we would be able to see the sunset from our room before I booked and I was told because of the time of year it would not be visible from our room. At sunset we went up one flight of stairs to the top level common seating area and we were the only ones there. We were the last people looking at the sunset...nobody in front of us and thousands behind us. It was amazing! The breakfast was fantastic, the plunge pool was really great. This place was what dreams are made of!

Really cool cave room. Great view! Breakfast every morning delivered was a nice touch although food was only fair. I asked for a room with the fewest steps and told them it was my 70th birthday. Never an acknowledgment of my birthday and room was 77 STEPS down. Hot tub temperature can’t be changed and it’s like warm at best. Not enjoyable at all.

Wonderful stay! Staffs were very nice and help arrange cruises and transportation for us. The hotel was beautiful with the best sunset view. We didn’t need to fight with the crowd at Nicholas castle. It’s extra special with good breakfast delivered to our balcony and private jacuzzi. Highly recommend if you’d like the full caldera experience with some steps.

Our stay was fantastic! The room we stayed in was the (private cave house). It is located on the bottom level of the property and we chose it for privacy and the views. We were not disappointed. The balcony was huge and I think it has to be one of the best places to watch sunsets on the island. This room and staff are worth the money. Service was great from start to finish. Very helpful, informative, and accommodating. I cannot say enough positives, the trip was amazing.

One of the top properties in Oie!! Loved the location right above Ammoudi Bay! Beautiful private patio and hot tub. Easy walking to Everton Oie! Lots of stairs. Would definitely stay here again!

夜到着した時には全く分からなかったですが、朝起きて部屋からの眺望に感動。イアキャッスルまで近いですが、夕日そのものはホテルのプライベートテラスから見た方が静かで落ち着けます。あと、可愛い猫たちと何度も出会いました。

Amazing staff and excellent location. Saw the sunset everyday right from our room. The town is very steep and on a hill with lot of climbing so at least we were also close to the main sights from this hotel!

Property is good and offers unique Santorini experience of staying. Please schedule hotel pick up as it is not easy to find the hotel entrance as you need walk for ~3+ minutes from the parking lot. Easier to call them and arrange a pick up thru the hotel from the airport or cruise (if you are coming via cruise). Break fast options are decent. View is beautiful from the hotel. Staff are very good and customer friendly.

Marizan Caves is top end accommodation. Its unique style and architecture is perfectly suited to Santorini. Must note that it is on the side od a cliff and there are steep stairs, so if you have recently had hip surgery wait 6 months before you visit. Staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. Breakfast was sensational and delivered to your room. Absolutely fantastic place 😀

Really cool cave room. Great view! Breakfast every morning delivered was a nice touch although food was only fair. I asked for a room with the fewest steps and told them it was my 70th birthday. Never an acknowledgment of my birthday and room was 77 STEPS down. Hot tub temperature can’t be changed and it’s like warm at best. Not enjoyable at all.

Wonderful stay! Staffs were very nice and help arrange cruises and transportation for us. The hotel was beautiful with the best sunset view. We didn’t need to fight with the crowd at Nicholas castle. It’s extra special with good breakfast delivered to our balcony and private jacuzzi. Highly recommend if you’d like the full caldera experience with some steps.

The hot tub with an amazing view was definitely a great feature. Anna the lady at reception was extremely helpful, helped us book amazing restaurants and cruise. Location was convenient too, a short walk to most attractions in the village.

Anna, the concierge was incredible! So accommodating and had a smile always. She helped us with recommendations for food and transportation needs. She was always available by WhatsApp and responded quickly. She was able to book us rates on excursions with her connections. Property was so clean and maintained, views were like we had never seen from the caldera edge. Property is located in an area that is away from the crowds but easy to get to all the iconic photo areas. Breakfast in the room was so nice, it was too cool to sit outside unfortunately for a morning meal. Highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.
