We had two towels in the bathroom for two people. Most hotels have at least four towels. It smelled like someone smoked weed in our room before we got there. Not enough lighting in the side parking lot. Came back to the hotel at 10 pm and it was very dark in the parking lot near the wooded area. Not good for safety. Not the worst but could use some improvements. Thanks

Computer room was not in operation and had 4 foot high boxes stacked in it all over the room; outside of hotel is dimly lit and on one end completely dark; limited parking; hallway going to rooms smelled like moth balls; carpets looked dirty and need steamed cleaned badly. Trash laying around outside and at hotel entrance; bathtub has slanted sides and can not stand it it with your feet side by side like normal. Shower head was clogged, dirty and did not spray well. For the price of this hotel, do not go here. Only stay if you are looking just for a place to sleep. The afternoon and night shift front desk associates were very nice and helpful.

I purchased the hot tub suite Room 202 and we didn't even sit on the bed. We went to dinner and arrived back with snacks(not even opened yet). Put the snacks on the desk and not 5 minutes later there were roaches crawling all over our food. We promptly left immediately. We didn't stay the night and didn't stay long enough to take our shoes off after dinner.

The room was filthy, blankets had stains on them, couch was stained, shower made a terrible sound each time it was run, didn't drain right, room was extremely humid so everything was wet when you touched it, even with the AC unit on dry.

Room was great, people were cordial. The only drawback was the internet. It was spotty at best. Spending a week in a hotel requires a good and steady internet connection. ( at least for me.)

Rooms are so clean, Staff is amazing. We had the Jacuzzi suite and it was really decent. Jacuzzi is spacious and comfortably fits 2 people. The bed was king size and mattress was comfortable. Staff was great. Breakfast free in the morning

The rooms had exposed wires and lights in the bathroom such that it was unsafe to shower so we didn’t. Also the deadbolt wouldn’t go back in after we opened it so we had to sleep w the door unlocked. The TV didn’t work. At 6am the donkey across the street was braying and woke us all up

Stayed there for a night while on DC visit, need a place near highway, about an hour distance from DC. Pretty standard place, with free parking, free breakfast. Spacious room. Good place for crashing at night while on the road.

Hotel room was updated. There was a stain in tub(looked like was there when installed) not like it wasnt cleaned. Only real complaint would be highway road noise. Room was in back of hotel near highway. Would stay there again if in area, but would request room in front of hotel. Good value for money spent

Pleasant, comfortable stay. Glitch at checkin - arrived at 9 pm and told computers were down and we would need to return later in order to be checked in. Upon returning front desk appeared quite unfamiliar with the check-in process. She insisted 2 different credit cards were required for check-in, something she was eventually able to correct. After already having been turned away once, a prolonged and clumsy check-in was not appreciated. Otherwise our stay was fine.

My stay was the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had. The interaction with management (Dana) and All the staff there are amazing! Now I understand the meaning of (You never forget how a person can make you feel) a quote from (Maya Angelo) To God be the Glory for the staff, Dana, Laura and the young lady who clean my room. I am truly a satisfied customer!

I guess I used too many squares of the one ply toilet paper and my toilet would not flush. When I called the front desk to tell them that they told it appear to be clogged he told me I was more than happy to come and pick up a plunger and plunge it myself. He wouldn’t even bring me the plunger he made me go out to the desk and get it. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a place where when there was a problem. It was the guest problem to solve it. Also, the Internet was terrible. It was an open Internet and it didn’t work at all. It said it was connected, but no webpage would open.

And older property, which could use some updating and deep-cleaning, but good enough for a single traveler attending a convention in Woodstown. The young woman at the desk was very courteous and efficient, despite being a bit overwhelmed since Housekeeping still hadnt gotten all of the rooms ready. Had to wait about 20 minutes for my room (at 3:30 pm) but not a dealbreaker. Breakfast set-up was excellent.

Only issue I had is when I checked in there was no one at the desk, they didn’t respond to the bell so I had to call the hotel to check in. Which I had to do via phone. Otherwise it was great.

The biggest problem was accessibility. The exit off of I-295 south for NJ-140 was closed due to bridge construction so I had to pull up the map to figure out how to get there. Had I known the situation I might have chosen a different hotel. And there was no communication from the hotel to advise me of alternate ways to access the hotel. But it was somewhat "isolated" at the end of a road an quite quiet. The only "issue" with the room was that the rod for the shower curtain was mounted so that water dripped from the show curtain onto the floor instead of the shower. This caused the bath mat to become wet. When I requested another bath mat, I got another towel but no mat. Thus the towel became a defect bath mat!

We had a great stay at Comfort Inn in Carneys Point, NJ. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was really good with a variety of foods. It would be nice if they provided coffee for the guests throughout the day instead of just during breakfast. Also they should have towel bars in the bathrooms. We have stayed there many times in the past several years and we will stay there again in the future.

I did not like the breakfast -- unchanged over 4 days, serving turkey sausage and egg something; no hot sauce; everything looked like high carb and processed a long time prior. People responded but not considered friendly or helpful.. Furniture makes little sense: high open piece with what appears to be a narrow tall closet -- but no hanger rods. Just no personality to this property. or its staff; 2 times to get clean linens over 5 days.

And older property, which could use some updating and deep-cleaning, but good enough for a single traveler attending a convention in Woodstown. The young woman at the desk was very courteous and efficient, despite being a bit overwhelmed since Housekeeping still hadnt gotten all of the rooms ready. Had to wait about 20 minutes for my room (at 3:30 pm) but not a dealbreaker. Breakfast set-up was excellent.

The rooms smell musty the hallway was even more musty. It was kind of dirty. If you want your room cleaned it cost extra money. It was noisy. The tubs are rotting and they don't get the weather channel. Also the breakfast was about a two star. No bagels.

The property’s location was kind of not so nice. Smelled drugs in the parking lot, people loitering around the lot late at night. Front desk employees were excellent. However, next room was playing loud music at 8 in the morning on Sunday. Bathroom appliances are not upto date. Shower was defective, no bodywash! Breakfast was not up the mark. Sunday was busy as expected and they ran out of food, when asked for more, the attendant said that they are closing in 10 minutes. Also while we were still eating our breakfast the light in the room and TV was turned off !!?? That was extremely rude.

There needs to be a few more options for Breakfast and the attendant in the Breakfast area needs to lose the attitude and be a little more people friendly.... Housekeeping needs to be daily and Rooms needs DEEP Cleaning occasionally......

The hotel was well up to date with the times, new carpet, new access handles on the door. We did have a problem with our room smelling like Cigarette smoke even though each room is supposed to be smoke free room. When we arrived at the hotel and went to check in, the receptionist was on her phone was not very pleasant, she was harsh and not willing to answer any questions or greet us. When we checked out we were grumbled at for asking where we should place the keys. There was a lot of people standing outside in the parking lot drinking and smocking weed. We both felt very uncomfortable there and would probably not stay there again.

When I arrive to my hotel room, it was already dirty. There was a half smoke vape there. There was still takeout food, and there was still trash everywhere and then there was a bunch of the hotel room keys.

Stay at this hotel at your own risk. Its horrible, dont let outside pictures of the building fool you. Inside is horrible, dirty smells and aged appliances. AC is loud, u can't sleep
