The staff is outstanding, and we must give special recognition to Ivan and Sanja, whose professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made our stay unforgettable. They go above and beyond in every detail — every smile, every gesture reflects their passion and dedication. The place itself is magical, a true journey back in time. Every corner is rich with history, charm, and authenticity. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the attention to detail is remarkable. The food is excellent, full of flavor and prepared with love. Without a doubt, this is the best place we have ever stayed — a perfect combination of beauty, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. We can’t wait to come back!

This Isn't Just a Hotel, It's an Unforgettable Florentine Experience We knew the view of Florence was supposed to be good, but we were not prepared for how truly breathtaking it would be. Watching the sunset from our terrace, as the city slowly lit up below, was one of the most magical moments of our entire trip. It’s a view you dream about, with the whole of Renaissance history sprawling right in front of you. This view alone is worth the stay. But what made this an amazing experience, rather than just a stay at a hotel with a nice view, was the incredible staff. They were so much more than just "helpful." They were our local guides, our dinner reservation experts, and our daily source of smiles. Their attentiveness to detail was exceptional—from the perfectly arranged pillows at turndown service to the way they'd ask about our day and offer suggestions for the next. It’s this level of personal care that makes you feel not like a tourist, but like a treasured guest. If you are looking for a place that will capture the heart of Tuscany and treat you with warmth and meticulous care, look no further. We cannot wait to come back.
