Customer service was excellent from the moment we booked. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants, the mall, grocery store, and waterfront park. We stayed in an extended stay king suite with a kitchenette, which was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The room was equipped with pots, pans, dinnerware, and utensils for three. The only thing missing was a cutting board. The pool, sauna, and hot tub were great and well maintained. We loved that the pool temperature was actually cool and not luke warm. We also appreciated extended pool hours at this hotel. The pool is open from 7 am to 11 pm. We did not partake in the complimentary cocktail hour. Each adult received a coupon for one of the following: a glass of wine, one beer, or well drink. Breakfast was decent. They had fresh fruit, sausages, potatoes, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, made to order eggs and an omlette bar. I also saw bagels, bread, and mini muffins in a case by the bar. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars is solely because we had chain smokers next door. Our room was on the lower lowel with a door that lead to a beautiful lawn with water views. We could not open the window or hang out on the lawn because the two people next door chain smoked the entire time. What made it worse was the cigarette smoke was being sucked in by the AC unit so we were breathing in 2nd hand smoke. At one point, we had to leave the room because the smell was so strong.

The stay was really nice. We didnt get house keeping cause they came when we were still sleeping. The elevator was out of order our entire stay which was a let down but that was out of control when it needed to be repaired. The breaksfast included in the room every moening was fantastic. Worh it

Rooms were 4/5. Clean, spacious, and bathroom was huge. Only downfall to the room was that its advertised as 2 queens and beds were fulls at best. But room was large enough to accommodate for an air mattress. Pool was 2.5/5. It is salt watered, so on the colder side, also only goes to 5ft, and a bit dirty, hot tub was okay, sauna was dirty and steam room was pretty nasty. Overall hotel was 4/5 staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was 10/10. Nice area, pretty quiet and tons of restaurants around.

We stayed at this hotel two years ago, and had a great experience. Our initial experience this trip was not the same. The only elevator was out of service. The front desk person did not express any apologies for the inconvenience. She said it would be repaired the next day. Our room was on the 3rd floor, and there were no 1st floor rooms available. I explained that my husband had a back injury and could not carry our heavy suitcases up a couple of flights (we were traveling for an extended vacation). Eventually, she had someone carry them up the stairs for us, and we were thankful for that. We stayed three nights and the elevator was never repaired. Other than that, we had a nice experience. The breakfasts are good, the staff was kind and helpful. The building is showing its wear.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. The hotel overlooks the water, which makes a pleasant way to have an outdoor breakfast (although I was not impressed by the breakfast). They also offered a free drink on check-in, again was able to enjoy it overlooking the water.

The Property was ok, although I found the pool facilities, not Very Clean. I had however Another Problem. They decided to make a charge for incidentals at check-in. They told me that the charge was for $100. However, they charge me $101.20 dollars. At Check out the returned me the $ 101.20 Later I got an extra charge for USD 1.20. I do not know for what what’s that charge.

There was some renovation going on that wasn’t labeled at our first arrival. Room had some stuff that wasn’t cleaned on the floor and garbage from previous people under the furniture. Continental breakfast is nothing to write home about. Not many choices.

Good steak done perfectly as medium rare like I requested. It seemed to have a reverse sear. Nicely flavored with garlic salt and pepper. The unlimited salad and soup is really a bonus along with the complimentary evening drink. Rooms very clean although the scent is a bit strong. Will enjoy trying others in this chain.

It was a wonderful hotel, great location. The room was pleasant and clean and cozy. The staff was marvelous! great location if you want to go to Bremerton or Poslbo! We enjoyed so much we booked for Christmas! Was just a wonderful wonderful hotel.

Overall stay was great. Great location. Breakfast was very good. Great options and quality. Room was good size. Service was great. Only issue is we upgraded to have a balcony and the balcony was not the most comfortable. No table. Cleanliness and quality of balcony was not worth the upgrade.

Liked it was centrally located in Silverdale. Didn't appreciate staying on the third floor and a guest above on the fourth floor that was noisy during quite hours (after eleven and before six). Person had heavy feet and constantly walked back and forth for an hour. Caused lost sleep.

At the cost of the room rate i would have expected more. The carpet in the halls hould have neen replaced a could of years ago. The doors to the rooms had to be lifted or pushed to lock. Not a bad place to stay but not the place to charge top dollar for. I expected more bases on price.

Wifi was challenging. Not ideal for a business oriented accommodation. Staff was confused about the board room booking at times. Had to ask for key every morning which was a hassle given I booked for a week. Nothing was provided in terms or water, coffee, etc. although the room was paid for as extra. Breakfast and food in general at that location was mediocre at best.

The elevator wasn't working, and I have bad knees. There were no rooms available on the lobby level of the building. My wife and I's room was one floor down. On the far side of the room was a door that led to the street that ran along the bay side of the building, which we could have easily used to come and go without having to use the stairs to access the lobby and parking lot. The problem is that they wouldn't give us a key to the door, so my wife would have to lock the door once I left and then go upstairs, and leave the building through the lobby herself. It would have been so much easier if they had just given us a key.

While we didn\'t eat at the hotel, the menu for dining looked great. We had a comfortable, quiet stay. The only downside was check in. The desk clerk was on her phone when we arrived, seemed as if she would rather be anywhere else, appeared irritated and could barely be heard as she mumbled her way through our check in. Front desk staff is often the only interaction you have during a short hotel stay, as was our case. It just left a very bad impression. The person at the desk as we left gave us more positive impression with her "Goodbye" then the first person we met on check in!

Wifi was challenging. Not ideal for a business oriented accommodation. Staff was confused about the board room booking at times. The staff at this facility is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about them and their hospitality. Just the friendliest people I have had the pleasure to meet. This is true for the entire staff, not just one or two employees but every staff member from the moment I checked in to the time I checked out. Where service and hospitality was pleasant and friendly, we were shocked when two from housekeeping entered our room 9ish in the morning. They did not even knock. We had the do not disturbed card on our door. That is why service went from 5 stars to 3.

Customer service was excellent from the moment we booked. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants, the mall, grocery store, and waterfront park. We stayed in an extended stay king suite with a kitchenette, which was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The room was equipped with pots, pans, dinnerware, and utensils for three. The only thing missing was a cutting board. The pool, sauna, and hot tub were great and well maintained. We loved that the pool temperature was actually cool and not luke warm. We also appreciated extended pool hours at this hotel. The pool is open from 7 am to 11 pm. We did not partake in the complimentary cocktail hour. Each adult received a coupon for one of the following: a glass of wine, one beer, or well drink. Breakfast was decent. They had fresh fruit, sausages, potatoes, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, made to order eggs and an omlette bar. I also saw bagels, bread, and mini muffins in a case by the bar. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars is solely because we had chain smokers next door. Our room was on the lower lowel with a door that lead to a beautiful lawn with water views. We could not open the window or hang out on the lawn because the two people next door chain smoked the entire time. What made it worse was the cigarette smoke was being sucked in by the AC unit so we were breathing in 2nd hand smoke. At one point, we had to leave the room because the smell was so strong.

Property is very noisy at night with all of the traffic. Got woken up at 5 AM by the garbage being dumped. Stayed on a Tuesday night but still the traffic from being in the middle of town was very noisy until around 1130 at night. I know that they cannot control that it is just a Location.

Oxford Suites is a great hotel. We were able to check in an hour early when we got there. Staff at check in and in the Bistro are very friendly and helpful. The free drink in the evenings was nice, loved the complimentary soup and salad every evening. The free breakfast was good. Oxford Suites is alot like Embassy Suites, will definitely return to this hotel!

Complimentary clam chowder and salad in the evening, complimentary appetizer when they learned we were there for a birthday celebration, complimentary adult beverage, soda or Italian Soda, and complimentary breakfast (which was quite extensive). The hotel is close to many restaurants and stores. We went to the hotel's breakfast buffet as soon as it opened, hoping the food would be hot and fresh then. For 3 mornings in a row - the food was lukewarm. A microwave oven at the buffet would be nice so you can reheat your food.

All areas were very clean. Balcony was great! All the Staff were very professional and very helpful. Derik provided us with the best welcome to a hotel we have experienced in the U.S.A. Cheers Derik! Hot breakfast was perfectly fine. Staff were excellent. Room service was really good. We believe it would be a good idea to post a sign discouraging the wearing of pajamas in public food service locations, especially Breakfast. You should know that the rooms are very loud if anyone is making any noise. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Cheers!
