There are no vending machines with snacks. Three floors of rooms, and no elevators. The one vending machine they have for drinks only takes coins and not cash or card. The snacks they have available for purchase were things like pizza protein chips and spam, while the rooms didn't have microwaves. There are stains in tread paths on the carpets in hallways. Also, with the location there is a TON of vehicle noise. Someone was revving their engine at 130am the first night, for a good 10 minutes in the open parking lot and just tons of road noise otherwise on the back side of the building. Would be nice to have security or someone to stop those instances or interfere as they occur, rather than having to get an authority repsonse to get it to stop. The employees are friendly and kind, checking in and out was very easy. The facilities could use some tlc, however, and certainly better snacks or amenities for guests. That is a must and no-brainer. Costco is just up the street!

The hotel appeared clean and I found the room the same. I had these horrible towels that were small and thin. After 3 days I had to find someone to ask if I could get new towels. They actually changed out the sheets at that time. Forgot to replace the floor towel. There was no way to keep water off the floor from shower. I wanted ice only to find one machine that was out of service. You could see that they removed ice machines on the floors (signs on wall but no machine). That was a big one for me… gotta have my ice! Weekday breakfast ended at 9. Those of us on vacation don’t like getting up early enough to put yourself together and get there by 9. Breakfast selection was pretty good.

A good hotel for the price, and they don't charge extra for having a dog, which is nice. The floors are not carpeted and were pretty dirty - they clearly had not been mopped since the last guest, but other than that the room was clean and comfortable. It wasn't a problem for me but this hotel has NO ELEVATOR. not criticizing, but people should be aware. If you can't do stairs be sure to ask for a ground floor room when reserving. The breakfast was pretty standard hotel fare, but everything was hot and fresh. Good coffee supplied all day. Staff super helpful and friendly.

Stayed there for about 10 days did not have hot water for six of those days. Half of the staff was rude unhelpful and lazy laundry facilities were broken. They had my room reservation messed up old rundown. I guess you get what you pay for.

The bathroom fan was super noisy, the bed squeaked a lot LOL But nothing major. We had breakfast at 9am and there was barely anything, on the weekends breakfast is until 10am. Pastries were all gone, I had to ask for milk for my son... The waffles saved my kids' breakfast. The manager is super nice though, she kept checking with us when we arrived 30mins early to check in. She also came by our table and asked how our room was, I told her about the fan and she offered to change us rooms but we were only there for 1 night so I declined. I watched her check the breakfast when she got there and got the breakfast attendant to refill everything, unfortunately we were already leaving when that happened. But kuddos to the manager. It does have a small parking lot, if you arrive late you might not get a spot.

The kitchen staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was as expected but I did have to ask them to pick up used towels etc after day 1 after the expected cleaning and re-stocking did not occur.

Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. General appearance poor. Window screen in the room was torn and metal part and the screen rusted and needs to be replaced. Overall, building maintenance needed. Plants, grass, parking lot, all dirty, un-maintained; Carpet throughout soiled and needs to be replaced. Walls in need of paint. Room was musty and the heating/AC unit functioned poorly. Porcelain sink broken (cracked). Very noisy inside - voices carry through walls, toilets flushing, showers, etc - poorly insulated - from above (we were on 2nd of 3 floors) and rooms on either side. No elevator for 2nd and 3rd floor - is that even allowed? People hanging around the parking lot - and surrounding areas. We've stayed in Quality Inns before, and this was unlike any other - expensive, worn out, and unmaintained.

Room was good with comfortable beds. Very clean. The only issue was because they are into sustainability they only clean your room every third day of your stay. I had to track down the cleaning staff for fresh towels and coffee.

The beds hard wood bedframe sticks out at foot of bed, I hit and scraped my ankle, let them know first night. Didn’t clean our room second day or give us fresh towels until we called front desk to request. Toiletries shampoo, conditioner and lotion bottles empty and not refilled second day. Front desk people were very hospitable and kind.

Property was typical, Room door wouldn't latch unless you super slammed it or put your weight on it as it latched. Room just gave the feeling of being dated, especially compared to the other hotels within a 2 min walk time.

My room was clean and quiet. The bed was fantastic. The mattress was really nice. The only thing that was not up to standard was the bathroom. Shower was ok but the toilet was old and basically the size of one a child in school would use.

Really slow check-in experience despite it being 5:00 PM and empty in the lobby, with an odd requirement to photocopy ID of both people in our party. Bed was noisy, sound travels easily from other rooms. No elevator for 3rd floor guests. Generally clean.

This is my 3rd night here within the last week. Don’t accept a room at the end of the hall on the 1st floor if you don’t want to hear a slamming door. There is a door in this area that people are constantly going in and out of….This is a pet accepting hotel so perhaps people are taking their pets outside resulting in the loud door shaking?…..The rooms I stayed in…closer to the lobby…I did not notice this being as noisy….this room doesn’t have carpet so maybe the other rooms carpet buffered the noise. Otherwise good value and clean.

We walked in and immediately walked out and booked a hotel across the street. The front desk person was rude, the inside lobby was dirty, the hotel room smelt like an ash tray even though it says it’s a smoke free room. We booked our room 2 hours before we showed up and since they said we didn’t cancel within 48 hours we had to pay for the night because it inconveniences them to set the room aside. Which is fine, but they only had to hold the room for 2 hours and there were still plenty of other rooms available so basically they just wanted money for nothing. We went across the street to the Oxford suites and they said that this happens all the time people coming over immediately after seeing the hotel.

Never was able to stay here even though I had reservations. Received a call at 7:30pm to let me know the hotel was overbooked and that I did not have a place to stay. No apologies or compensation were offered.

I’ll start with the bad and end with the good… 1) The parking lot is very sketchy. It’s shared with a shopping plaza lot where homelessness people were sleeping in front of abandoned stores. 2) The in- room coffee and tea are yucky 3) When I asked for a receipt for the $50 incidental deposit, I was told they couldn’t provide one. 4) While I was checking out, three employees came in to collect their checks. One started yelling, and was egged on by another employee. She said she had been shorted and wanted a paystub to prove her pay. It escalated with a someone I. The adjacent office (with an open door.) lots of foul language, threats to destroy the hotel and F- people up. It was scary. On the plus side: 1) the night attendant, Camella, was so friendly and helpful. 2) There was a continental breakfast with a good selection. 3) They are pet friendly ($27 fee). 4) The pillows were extremely comfortable. Would I stay again? Nope.

Really slow check-in experience despite it being 5:00 PM and empty in the lobby, with an odd requirement to photocopy ID of both people in our party. Bed was noisy, sound travels easily from other rooms. No elevator for 3rd floor guests. Generally clean.

I was really disappointed when I checked in, It took a long time to get my reservations confirmed, Because I was denied when I booked this reservation a little bit ago. Then when I got to my room, That was the most disgusting thing I ever saw in my life. They had put me in a room that stunk! Was not even made up with for the beds. I got so upset I was screaming very upset, Give me I wanted my money back. I could not stay in anything like that. But they apologize and right away, they had been into our lot nicer room, So I will give them a little credit for that. Other than the little mess up of checking in, Everything else was pretty nice. The staff was very nice very friendly very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic! So Great job to the cook that put the breakfast together.

In the heart of Silverdale, the location is excellent. All of the staff were super friendly. I love staying here when I visit my grandchildren. Walking distance to shopping, groceries and eateries. Not a lot of frills, but they don't need them. 100% recommend!

Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. General appearance poor. Window screen in the room was torn and metal part and the screen rusted and needs to be replaced. Overall, building maintenance needed. Plants, grass, parking lot, all dirty, un-maintained; Carpet throughout soiled and needs to be replaced. Walls in need of paint. Room was musty and the heating/AC unit functioned poorly. Porcelain sink broken (cracked). Very noisy inside - voices carry through walls, toilets flushing, showers, etc - poorly insulated - from above (we were on 2nd of 3 floors) and rooms on either side. No elevator for 2nd and 3rd floor - is that even allowed? People hanging around the parking lot - and surrounding areas. We've stayed in Quality Inns before, and this was unlike any other - expensive, worn out, and unmaintained.

Front desk was efficient and honored request for first floor quiet room. Property was less than a mile from hospital so it was very convenient and breakfast was early so hospital check in time of 8 am could be met.

This hotel was very convenient as far as location for my visit. However, it is an old property, hallway carpets look like they have never been cleaned. My room looked like it hasn't been upgraded in years. May be that saying... "you get what you paid for" applies here. Not sure I will stay here in the future.

Bed was very comfy n clean, friendly service. Old building in need of updating, located right off highway with no buffer. Concern for car theft n loud traffic, but neither was an issue. Rooms were out dated :/

To start the room they gave us had not been clean, it happens. So we were given another room. Second the breakfast included wasn't serviced well. All the options, were gone and we were there early.

A good hotel for the price, and they don't charge extra for having a dog, which is nice. The floors are not carpeted and were pretty dirty - they clearly had not been mopped since the last guest, but other than that the room was clean and comfortable. It wasn't a problem for me but this hotel has NO ELEVATOR. not criticizing, but people should be aware. If you can't do stairs be sure to ask for a ground floor room when reserving. The breakfast was pretty standard hotel fare, but everything was hot and fresh. Good coffee supplied all day. Staff super helpful and friendly.

No breakfast or coffee one morning because the breakfast staff member had car trouble. I can understand that but thought it strange that another staff member that did make it to work couldn't at least make coffee.

The bathroom fan was super noisy, the bed squeaked a lot LOL But nothing major. We had breakfast at 9am and there was barely anything, on the weekends breakfast is until 10am. Pastries were all gone, I had to ask for milk for my son... The waffles saved my kids' breakfast. The manager is super nice though, she kept checking with us when we arrived 30mins early to check in. She also came by our table and asked how our room was, I told her about the fan and she offered to change us rooms but we were only there for 1 night so I declined. I watched her check the breakfast when she got there and got the breakfast attendant to refill everything, unfortunately we were already leaving when that happened. But kuddos to the manager. It does have a small parking lot, if you arrive late you might not get a spot.

Car Parking was right beside the hotel within the property so I felt secure about parking my vehicle there. Breakfast options were alright but could have been better. I'm a vegetarian so I would have preferred some hash browns and standard bread instead of dry scones, jam and butter.

The biggest problem with this property was that it had no elevators. So we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor. Other than that, it was an average hotel.

I did not know there was no elevator and was staying on the 3rd floor. I checked in later in the evening and without asking for help a nice gentleman at the front desk offered to help me haul my luggage up the stairs. Thank you for your kindness and great customer service. Your satelite tv and tv remotes need help. Even with a replaced battery I could not change the volume setting and night 2 in the middle of my show the station gave out by primary channels still worked.

I frequently go to Poulsbo and Silverdale for work events, and I always go here if I can. Its so close to everything....Safeway grocery store and restaurants in walking distance, a very short drive to the Kitsap Mall, etc. The daily breakfast is a welcome thing, however sometimes the pickings are almost gone and you'd have to wait for more stuff to go on the hot buffet line, but thats okay with me. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable
