Hotel muito bom. O único questionamento que tenho é sobre o transfer que o próprio hotel oferece por 5 Euros. Quando fui solicitar o transfer do hotel para o aeroporto a recepção disse que estava esgotado e que só tinha disponibilidade para o transfer de 25 euros por pessoa. Achei um valor muito alto para um deslocamento de 4 km (50 euros o casal). Para nossa surpresa logo que sai do saguão havia uma vão na porta do hotel que me cobrou 5 euros por pessoa para o deslocamento hotel x aeroporto.

The hotel itself was beautiful. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever eaten in a hotel. Very clean and friendly staff who spoke English. I had to book it at the last minute and the rates were acceptable. My only problem is that it is in the middle of a town with almost no public transportation available. From the airport, Google showed a 2 hour trip! There is a shuttle, but it is not in effect from 2-6 pm!! I landed at 2:30 or so. While they offer another service, it's more expensive than their shuttle and it took an hour to find at the airport.

2019年以前の口コミにマルペンサから無料送迎バスが30分置きくらいに出ているとあったが、バスはホテルに電話して呼ばなければならず、20ユーロだった。ホテルから空港へも20ユーロ。ホテルにレストランは無く、斜向かいのノボテルホテルにしか食事できるところはない。

1. shuttle only runs some of the day for €5. During the other hours it costs €25. 2. the restaurant is only open for breakfast. Otherwise you need to go to the Novotel (only 2-3 mins walk) 3. bartender not helpful when asked questions 4. the a/c didn't work well, so room remained warm. It used to be a great place to stay, I've stayed there a few times over the past decade or so. It is convenient to MXP and used to have comfortable beds and excellent and friendly service. I don't know if COVID hit it hard, but I won't be staying there again.

Male at front desk was impatient and discourteous when I called about the shuttle as was the shuttle driver and they charged $30 for a 5 minute drive. Shuttle hours are limited and the hotel is a bit cheesy. Go elsewhere.

The shuttle service was not available at our arrival time, nor was it at our departure time. It cost 25 Euros for each taxi trip. They advertise as being very close to MXP, but it's not. My tip: spend the extra 50 Euros and get a better room with a free shuttle service.

空港に近いが、周りにレストランや小さなスーパーなどはなし。部屋は機能的だが、掃除が行き届いていない。部屋に髪の毛は落ちているし、シャワーブースはカビだらけ。着いた日はシステム故障でチェックインを待たされている人な大勢いた。一泊なら我慢できるが、連泊は進められない。

Giro veramente tanti hotel sia per lavoro che per piacere ma uno come questo è difficile trovarlo, Meno male. I muri del bagno veramente sporchi, macchie di colore marrone che spero non sia quello che penso. Trovo vicino al lavandino e nella doccia due dispenser e dopo aver verificato che sono entrambi shampoo chiamo la reception per farmi consegnare del sapone, dopo un quarto d'ora richiamo la reception. Dopo un'ora dalla prima chiamata arriva la governante che mi consegna un Botticino di shampoo e quando gli dico che era nuovamente shampoo e che di quelli ne avevo ben due, mi dici che lo devo richiedere alla reception. Cosa che avevo fatto un'ora prima per ben due volte. Tolgo le scarpe e faccio quattro passi nella camera è senza accorgermene tolgo i calzini li metto sul letto, dopo qualche momento vedo che sui calzini ci saranno almeno 20-30 capelli lunghi che non appartengono né a me né tantomeno la mia compagna che ha i capelli corti. Inizia a guardare un po' più nel dettaglio e in effetti confermo che anche di polvere ce n'è a strati. Tenda trasparente che alle 6 del mattino fa entrare la luce.....Mi spiace ma settantacinque euro per una notte così mai più. Sinceramente sono dispiaciuto che il personale non venga controllato per il lavoro che svolge rovinando così la reputazione dell'hotel.

The bathroom was unfortunately not clean, which immediately left a bad impression. In addition, you could hear the neighbors talking very loudly, as the walls are apparently very loud. Another problem was the door - after closing it several times it could hardly be opened, which was very annoying. Overall not a pleasant stay.⭐️⭐️

Male desk clerk was quite unhelpful when I called on the 5th inquiring about the shuttle about 430PM. He was quasi rude, dismissive and not very helpful. And 25E for a 5 minute ride is utter nonsense. My shower had mold on it and the shower door was broken. And the water temperature was hard to regulate. To be honest it’s kind of a dump. Lastly, I sent several emails to the hotel and not one was returned. Awful. I believe you should give a refund for one night or give me$150 worth of points.

Friendly staff. Clean. Price is ok for the proximity to the airport. Bed and the pillow were super uncomfortable. Mattress was hard as a rock. No glass/cup in the toilet. No coffee machine. It would be great if a bottle of water was provided for the amount of money they charge. Specially for people who check in late it will become handy. Breakfast was good.

The only issue was the swipe cards did not always work even post recoding and staff had a lot of trouble fixing. That said, was a good convenient place. Shuttle should be built into price if possible as some people I met assume this and just another thing. Considering the proximity to the airport is its key attraction the shuttle is interdependent and key to customer satisfaction. Making this as seamless as possible for often weary travellers would be best practice customer service plus better card encoding system. Thank you

The hotel is fine. We arrived just after what seemed like an entire plane’s passengers had been brought there. There was only one person working at the front desk so check in took about one hour. Then, when we got to our room, the air conditioning stopped working about 10 minutes after arrival. So we had to sleep in a stuffy room (opening the window helped some.). During the middle of the night, thankfully the a/c returned. If not for the very long wait to check in, the stay would have been better.

Hotel is located in an isolated town. Need their shuttle service to go anywhere (5€-12.50€ depending on time of day). Shuttles are scarce as they serve 2 hotels and have only 8 seats available. Inside hotel room is ok. Key needed to be reset a few times.

Clean, comfortable and convenient to Malpensa airport. Shuttle service is handy and reasonably priced during the hours it operates. Guest services very helpful with arranging transport after hours to dining. Hotel is in a residential neighborhood so need separate transport to dining. Breakfast option (paid) is good and extensive. Many tour groups use this hotel as a base.

It took 45 minutes for the shuttle from Malpensa to the hotel to arrive (the ride is only about 10 minutes). When I got to the hotel, I was told that the dining room did not serve dinner and I needed to go to the Novotel next door for food but that was closed. The bar claimed to have sandwiches but they turned out to be shrink-wrapped sandwiches from a vending machine. To top it off, the receptionist made a mistake with my room key and I ended up walking in on an elderly couple lying in bed in their room. So back to the receptionist, who gave me another room. The electronic locks on the doors do not work well and it took about 5 minutes of experimentation before I figured out how to open the door. I do not recommend this hotel. The staff is courteous but that is about all I can say on the positive side.

Stedet ligger ca 10 minutter fra Malpensa flyplass og det er lett å kjøre dit. Enkelt å parkere utenfor hotellet. Rommene er helt fine for en natt og frokost serveres allerede fra 05.30 slik at selv om flyet går tidlig er det mulig med en matbit før avreise.

Its summer in europe and you enter a room with the AC shut off, it was a sauna inside the room at check inn. At 10am they shut down the AC from the reception and had to ask them to turn in on again, I had nwvwr seen such behaviour and aggresiib towards a customer. Its the european cheapness with using ac, you are running a hotel and charge for a service if you want to save money go and run a bank not hospitality. And the buffet was terrible, dirty tables screaming children and food quality was poor and not many options it looks like a buffet from a prison.
