El personal muy amable, el hotel muy limpio y la habitación muy acogedora y amplia. Tiene restaurante muy bonito y al rededor del hotel hay variedad de restaurantes y tiendas todas muy bonitas.

Funcionários atenciosos e educados, instalações bem novas, bonitas, aconchegantes e limpas no geral. Apenas a banheira, que já estava cheia quando chegamos, não estava totalmente limpa. A localização é excelente. Não tem café da manhã mas há dois locais muito próximos que oferecem, o que está no mesmo prédio do hotel é muito bom e tem preços justos. Recomendo.

This is our second stay in two years. We came back to celebrate our wedding anniversary with them. Place is clean, rooms were bright and sunny with two balconies. Staff is super friendly and attentive. They communicate through Whatsapp should you need to contact the front desk, as there's no phone in the room. Request were fulfilled promptly. This was overall an excellent stay. The hotel is right across from the valladolid sign, the convent and the nice pedestrian street Calle Frailes. Very walkable, lots of nice shops and restaurants in the area. Please note, this location is right next door to the popular tourist attraction San Bernadino convent, which has events and music regularly scheduled at night until 10 pm . So if you're looking to go to bed and rest early be advised. They do however offer earplugs. They do not have an elevator so if you have large luggage you can request the staff to help you. If there's disability issues maybe ask for a room on the ground floor. We will be staying with them again if we're back in Valladolid next time. Thanks for a great time!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel plein de charme, idéalement situé dans un magnifique quartier, juste en face du couvent. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme des environs tout en étant à proximité de nombreux restaurants et à seulement 10 à 15 minutes à pied de la place principale. La ville se découvre très facilement à pied. Même s’il ne dispose pas de parking il est très facile de se garer gratuitement à proximité. L’hôtel est plein de caractère et très agréable. Notre chambre était spacieuse, parfaitement propre et très bien équipée, avec un immense lit confortable. Seul petit bémol : le canapé-lit peut sembler un peu juste pour des adolescents. La piscine est parfaite pour se rafraîchir. L’établissement ne propose pas de petit-déjeuner, mais il est possible d’en prendre juste à côté, ce qui reste très pratique. Un magnifique hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésiter, avec un personnel particulièrement accueillant et attentionné.
