The bed was extreemly hard and unconftrable. The water pressure for the shower was exteemly weak. The breakfast was awful. When checking out th ey could not close iut the bill. The pool was closed which was not mentioned when booking. Will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

Great stay for the price but the landscaping was over grown, especially by the pool. Our room on the 3rd floor had a lot of water damage and stains on the ceiling but over all it was a decent stay. Just needs a refresher/remodel! The pool was pretty dirty so we had to skim the pool ourselves before getting in. Bartender was amazing, I’d come back and stay just bc of her!!!!!!

Correy at the Bar was absolutely fantastic! She was kind and funny and really on top of her game. We only stayed one night, but Id go back to this hotel for Correy! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The gentelman at the front desk was super welcoming - CJ I think?

Room was not ready until 2 hours after my check in time. The staff was not helpful or around to do their jobs. Pool was small and water was cloudy. Room had stained sheets and the sinks/showers did not drain properly. Also one entrance did not close and anyone could get in and out which is completely unsafe. Hotel needs new staffing and some upgrades. Only good thing was the location to restaurants and right off the highway.

All trash cans in the lobby and on each floor after getting off the elevator were overflowing with trash from the evening we checked in to the next morning when we checked out. Mold in the bathroom showers. Door handles so full of grimey fingerprints that we used a clorox wipe to clean them with. Womens restroom in the lobby was very dirty. Two stalls were out of order, one toilet had not been flushed, which left only one stall semi-suitable for use bc it was dirty as well. No complimentary breakfast; for the price and lack of cleanliness the least they could do was provide a complimentary breakfast. The best thing about this hotel was the nice staff and it was a pretty quiet stay. I cant stand moldy showers and for that, I would love a refund but I'm not going to bother with the hassle of trying to get one.

We have stayed at this property repeatedly over the years. It was built in 2007, so it was wonderful for 5-10 years. But now it is so dirty, we will never be back. I hate that too, because the food is great and the staff is wonderful. A cockroach fell off a doorway onto my son’s arm and the bathrooms were dirty and there were multiple hairs in the tub and on the floor when we checked in. Very disappointing.

Arrived at hotel around 6:00 pm and checked in quickly. First room smelled moldy so wife rejected. Manager quickly offered another room. New room smelled fine so we prepared to stay. Then my wife noticed dark stains in the bathtub with hair and the final nail in the coffin came when she pealed back the sheets and saw what she deemed to be semen stains on the top and bottom sheets diametrically opposed. At this point she refused to stay at the hotel. The manager offered us another room but quickly upon seeing my wife’s state of mind told me he would refund the full price and we could look for another hotel. I immediately logged onto hotels.com and located a nearby hotel with excellent reviews on cleanliness. I booked a room immediately and within 30 minutes we were in a clean comfortable room 5 miles away. This was not the experience I expected from a Hilton Garden Inns. I suspect they have an issue with their cleaning crew.

I was disappointed as the bathtub had poop stains on the inside of the tub! It was covered with the shower curtain! Was very disappointed as it was after the fact when I saw it! Cleaning staff needs to pay attention to detail as this is disgusting!

The hotel was kind if dirty - we stayed for four days three nights and no one ever came to clean, replace towels, I had to get candle to cover smell of the room when I walked in, the pool was closed majority of the time we stayed and were asked to go to hotel across the parking lot which is their sister hotel they said. The outside door to come into hotel would not lock so anyone off street could walk in straight to stair well, I had room right by stair well so it was a bit uncomfortable bc there was some homeless walking around. I pretty sure I saw mold in the shower tile. The employees were kind very nice, the guy at breakfast bar was kind and helpful. I would prefer not to stay her again, but would if I had to.

I had high hopes, since the reviews were good. The check in was great, Juan was super friendly! Then I got to my room, the bathroom had a burned out bulb and it smelled like wet dog and feet. I guess the carpet is old. To be fair, I could have said something but didn't. The following morning, I fixed myself a cup of coffee before visiting family in the area and there was a giant dead roach not too far from the coffee station. I was so put off that I didn't say anything and just left for a while. When I got back, I went ahead and checked out A WHOLE DAY EARLY! I did tell the front desk staff about my concerns and despite the breakfast being over, the huge roach remained...visible from the from the front desk. THAT'S HOW BIG IT WAS.

Check in was a breeze. Room was clean, although the furniture was a little worn. Room has everything one needs. We were on the 3rd floor and the shower pressure was terrible but that was our only complaint.

I liked the fact that it was close to our destination. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I did not like the fact that I was awaken at 11:30pm by someone crying and slamming the door to their room really loud.

It’s not the cleanest property on the outside. The rooms are aged. The pillows were horrible cotton sponge pillows that seem to melt as you laid on them.

Stay was relatively uneventful. It was spring break so it was kind of crowded. In some cases you can hear things in the hallways and adjacent rooms very clearly. Someone down my hall had a barking dog and that was pretty intrusive. Staff was super friendly. The peloton bike needs some work. I had to connect it to the wifi and upgrade it before i could use it. $15 for the breakfast buffet was too much though.

Our stay was good. The bed is ok probably for some. It was a little hard for me. My daughter says it was fine and she slept well. The rooms was good the only complaint was we saw a small roach in the bathroom. It's Corpus Christi and those darn things are everywhere. Other thank that it was fine. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Room was great except for the flashing fire alarm light but it stopped after awhile . As for staff the ones we interacted with were just super !! That would be Corry and Juan. Corry was just super friendly and helpful found us other restaurants to eat at . She had the same level of customer service with everyone there.

Your staff was very rude. No smiles. No thank yous. We asked about getting coffee in the lobby and we were told that there were coffee pots up in our room. Although most hotels offer coffee and water as a free service to their guests. The cookies at the front desk were burned, and there was a lot of noise coming from children in the hallways that were running back-and-forth for a very long time, although it was reported to the front desk, we were told that quiet time was not until 10 PM. What is this, a hotel, or a dorm room? Lastly, we ordered a room with a rolling in shower, however, the bathroom had a tub. We were told very rudely that this was the room that we had booked.

The only problem was with check in. We arrived to check in about 3:15 and were told there were no clean rooms and it would be about a 45 minute wait and she’d come get us. We sat down in the lobby and shortly noticed other people checking in. I waited a bit and then asked what about us? They said room now available - didn’t know where we were (we were in clear view of the reception desk). Other than that all great.

Correy at the Bar was absolutely fantastic! She was kind and funny and really on top of her game. We only stayed one night, but Id go back to this hotel for Correy! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The gentelman at the front desk was super welcoming - CJ I think?

Everything was very clean and well maintained, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This is an excellent location - really close to the mall and shopping centers/dining, but not right in the middle of the chaos. I plan to stay here next time I'm in the area.

This used to be our place to stay but over the last two years it has gone downhill. The inside was not clean, floors were filthy, you could hear through the walls (neighbors having sex). The room was clean but the bathroom was dirty, the tub was super gross. and last but definitely not least - Our vehicle was broken into as well as our trailer (someone cut the locks) and all our stuff stolen and hotel did nothing.

The staff was courteous and I commend their cautious approach. I was particularly impressed with the young man who attended the breakfast area. They exhibited exceptional patience, provided informative assistance, and maintained a professional demeanor throughout our stay. However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the condition of our room. The room was still not sufficiently clean, and the restroom, or as I prefer to call it, the bathroom, exhibited noticeable water damage on the ceiling. The bathtub also appeared to be sinking as I stood in the shower to take a shower. This sensation was almost as if there was no support beneath me.

We were happy with most everything about our room, my only thing was there was no hair dryer. I have never stayed at any type of hotel and there wasn't one. Was really surprised and disappointed as I did not bring one. And no free breakfast as well.

Check-in was quick and easy. The bar service was the best because the bartender is certainly the best staff member there! The room was fine and there's a Saltgrass Steakhouse within walking distance.

Stay was relatively uneventful. It was spring break so it was kind of crowded. In some cases you can hear things in the hallways and adjacent rooms very clearly. Someone down my hall had a barking dog and that was pretty intrusive. Staff was super friendly. The peloton bike needs some work. I had to connect it to the wifi and upgrade it before i could use it. $15 for the breakfast buffet was too much though.

Overall it was a good stay but it did not feel like a Hilton or anything better than a 2 star hotel. Breakfast was not included, but I knew that coming in, the downside was the paid breakfast buffet was not any better that what you get at other hotel's complimantary breakfast. Bottom line, the value of this hotel was subpar for what you pay. I would defininitily look elsewhere when staying in the area.

Upon arrival at hotel the music at the entrance was blaring so loud that my wife could hear me talking to her. The music played 24 hrs a day, it was soft rock but the volume was way too high. The room was clean and in good condition, and well stocked. We stayed our first night, woke up the next morning and went to have breakfast. They have a buffet but charge $15 per person, mind you this is not a fresh prepared breakfast, it was pre packaged frozen typical hotel food. They also had continental breakfast. For $180 per night youd think breakfast would be included. We left for the day and returned to our room @ 6pm the 2nd day, our room had not been attended to, no fresh towels, coffee not restocked nothing! Very disappointed in the service at this hotel.

The property as a whole was nice enough. We booked because the outdoor pool was beautiful and well kept. Our room however was a bit different of a story. We checked in and dropped our things, not spending much time in the room until we got back later in the evening and realized that the light switch in the bathroom sparked every time we turned it on. Under the window area of the room, the carpet was soaked, like a puddle. As a joke, I actually splashed my husband because there was literally standing water on a whole 4x6 foot patch of the floor. I went to call the front desk, only to realize the phone didn’t work. We didn’t complain but just moved on and went to bed. The room has the overwhelming scent of an industrial air freshener and I wonder now if that was just due to the water issue or purposeful. The beds were comfortable enough, and the bathroom/room was fine aside from the standing water, electrical sparking and non working phone. We won’t stay here again, and all this could be fixed with some maintenance. We did tell the front desk at checkout, and they wrote it down but didn’t seem overly concerned.
