De sujeción independiente y exclusiva villa de lujo 9 ½ dormitorios con piscina y vistas impresionantes del lago

Sehr schöne Villa, gepflegtes Anwesen, sehr schöner Pool mit ausreichend Liegen Sonnenschirme. Ausreichend grosse Küche. Die Ausstattung war von super zu mässig bis schlecht.Super genügend Tassen, Teller, Besteck Schüsseln. Mässig stumpfe Rüstmesser, defekter Toaster, def Auszug alte Bratpfannen. Schlecht nur 8 Weingläser. Elektrogrill mit langem Aufheizen zu kleines Grillfeld.Einige Dinge passen nicht zu diesem modernen Anwesen.2 ZI im UG mit 4 Betten. Es gibt nur Kellerfenster mit Lichtschacht! 1 Matratze war 10 cm kleiner als Bettstatt. 2 Betten mit 40 cm zu kurzen Laken. Die 3-teilige Duschwand hatte nur 2 Teile!1 ZI im EG hat nur 1 statt 2 Betten. 1 ging durch Gäste kaputt... Beim vorhandenen Bett war der Lattenrost gebrochen.3 ZI im OG waren ok, aber 1 ZI mit BW hat nur einen kurzen Brauseschlauch. Duschen unmöglich.WLAN ist ungenügend. Babyüberwachung im UG war im EG nicht erreichbar Face-Time Anrufe unmöglich. Das TV-Gerät ist zwar mächtig, man muss jedoch ein Streaming-ABO haben.Stromausfall beim Kochen/Grillen. Die Verwalterin Nicoletta wusste nicht weiter, erst der Besitzer konnte uns helfen. Zum def Toaster kam ein Emoji von Nicoletta mit Schulterzucken. Als Eigentümer würde ich umgehend die Verwalterin ersetzenBei der 20 Min. Übergabe, gab es keine Erklärung zur modernen Haustechnik. Keine Doku zu Licht- und Klimanalagensteuerung.Einfach die Mängel beheben und es ist eine Super Villa für die man diesen Preis gerne bezahlt!

Das tolle Haus erfühlt alle Erwartungen. Genügend Platz für alle Bedürfnise.

This is a modern, IKEA furnished villa. The grounds are immaculate, and setting provides a private, high level view of the lake and Verbania from a number of spots on the second floor. If someone has mobility issues, there are no handrails on any of the stone stairways leading up to the villa and none within the villa. The headboards in the bedrooms are not attached to the bed nor the wall and can easily fall onto the bed. The wifi does do work, and repeated contacts with the property manager during our week stay did not lead to attempts to fix the problem. Vacation stays today are often a combination of remote work and pleasure. Access to the internet is increasingly important for both. Upon arrival, we were told by the property manager that two of the large front doors were broken and did not work. In fact one of the doors would not close completely leaving a large gap at the top and side so insects entered the building. During our week stay, there was no attempt to have the doors fixed.
