Midtown Hotel

The room was clean and the furniture in good condition. Cleaning service was good too. However, bathrobes and private hot spa were falsely advertised for the deluxe twin room that we had reserved.

Be careful of the pricing - their laundry list had numbers but no currency so obviously it’s assumed they would be in Turkish Lira but then was told they are Euros even though it does not say Euro anywhere on the sheet. Also, complained that the air conditioning was not working in the room, they said they would fix it. Got back and the room as 32 greets

We stayed at midtown hotel from second November till sixth November 2024, our stay was quiet relaxing and comfortable. It was a couple stay. Received the first floor corner suite facing the road. It’s better to book well in advance to avail the cost benefit, last minute booking is always expensive. The entire staff is at its best and few names to mention are Serkan, Trainee Mohammed, Esma, Berkan, Esra, ilhan emir Han. We reached the hotel by the airport shuttle bus and the same we took for the return journey, the bus stop is three minutes walk from the hotel. This hotel is surrounded with many hotels very close proximity to each other. Booked our day tours next door. For information, the hotel has its own tour desk. Right side of the hotel is the road to Taqsim square. We went walking to Taqsim square and istiklal street. Pharmacy, convenient store, money exchange, restaurants, pubs and tour operators are available near the hotel. Mid town hotel breakfast is satisfactory but needs to have the live omelette station. But overall it was quite okay to start your day with energy especially when you are going for the full day tours. The shower was excellent and beds are comfortable, a good night sleep after a long day tour. House keeping was done regularly and all the essentials were refilled on a daily basis, eg: tea and coffee, toiletries items. Bathrobe and bath sleepers were provided. Otel , merkezi bir konumda . Hizmet ve servis mükemmel . Otel odalarında bazı küçük eksiklikler var, örneğin ayakkabı çekeceği yoktu. Hamam ve sauna yoktu anladığımız kadar .. İsteklerimiz hızlı bir şekilde giderildi .. Genel anlamda tavsiye ederim . Otel odası çok sakin idi

Evet,televizyon kanallarında Halk tv ve Sözcü tv yoktu,diğer kanalları izlemediğimden sıkıcı oldu

The hotel is very good except for the A/C doesn’t work at this time of the year! The people are amazing! Location and transportation great! There is a Harvabus about 700 feet. Us10 to the airport ! Every 30 mins!

Çok rahat ettim. Karşılama, güleryüz, oda sessizliği temizliği dört dörtlüktü Çevredeki otellere göre fiyat kalite dengesi çok iyiydi.

Odalar temiz, personel güleryüzlü. Konumu Taksim meydanı. Ulaşım çok kolay. Kahvaltısı temiz ve çok çeşitli.

Very clean service good

The Midtown hotel is a very well appointed 4-star hotel in a very good location close to Taksim square, plenty of restaurants and heaps of shops and the Metro. The hotel rooms are good size with comfortable bed and smaller bathrooms - clean and tidy and quiet - all good!

We had booked for 3 nights. We arrived from California after a 20 hr trip, around 9:30 pm. The hotel and the room were very different from what Expedia had advertised as a VIP experience at a 4 star hotel. The room was smelling really bad (cigarettes). We tried 4,5 rooms and all smelled really bad. We tried to find another hotel, but it was 10:30 pm in a foreign country, and we were exhausted after 20 hours of non-sleeping. It also felt extremely unsafe to walk in a foreign country. We decided to stay for 1 night and leave the day after. But we couldn't sleep at all. The central AC was bringing in the smoke from other rooms! We got really bad headaches that kept us awake for the rest of us. Turning off the AC didn't help. Without the AC the room was intolerable, with the AC it was getting even more smoke. We left the first thing tomorrow, without even eating breakfast. The sheets and bathroom were not what we call clean. Expedia should stop false advertising.

Near metro station and shopping street room are clean and tidy

8 yaşındaki oğlumuz ile tek gece konakladığımız ve çok memnun kaldığımız bir otel. Bundan sonraki İstanbul seyahatlerimizde tek adresimiz olacağı kesin. Lokasyonu çok merkezi, temizlik, kahvaltı , çalışanların ilgisi çok güzel. Teşekkürler

Just what we needed….excellent location! Comfy beds & quiet room for sleeping

Totally satisfied.👍 The only downside is that the bathroom doesn’t have a ventilation system that can be turned on and off to get rid of the moisture after taking a shower.

이스탄불공항에서 공항버스로 접근하기 너무 좋았습니다. 안전하고 전반적으로 청결하였습니다. 직원들도 친절했습니다. 그런데 룸은 크지는 않았어요

Decent size room (deluxe double), very comfortable bed, great pillow and excellent air conditioning. Great location seconds from Taksim square.

Midtown hotel is in good location near Taksim square. Easy to go anywhere. The staff were all friendly and the room was good but view from the room was one of the inside streets. Overall good for a short stay.

호텔스닷컴에서는 조식 옵션이 없어서 결제 안하고 갔는데요. 체크인핢때 인당 10유로 조식 추가 가능하다셔서 추가했는데, 기대이상으로 음식 가짓수도 많고 다양했어요. 카이막도 맛볼 수 있었어요. 위치는 탁심광장 코앞이고 공항버스 내려서도 멀지 않은 곳이고 무엇보다 9층 방은 해협이 생각보다 잘 보이는 전망이라 너무 멋지더라고요. 직원분들도 너무 친절히시고, 빙도 꽤 넓어서 캐리어 펼칠 공간도 충분해서 좋았어요.

My staying in the hotel was amazing Everyone was so helpful starting from the reception. I hurt my knees while I was travelling, as soon as they saw me they brought ice they offer to bring me a cream from the pharmacy. They are so friendly and caring. They show us how to use the metro and help in organizing our tours. I will stay in Midtown hotel when I will visit Turkey again

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. Das Hotel selber ist sauber, modern und das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

The hotel was clean convenient but the service crew was terrible, I brought some frozen food to the hotel with me and asked them to keep it frozen for me but the put it in the fridge and lost it all, I really don’t recommend it to anybody.

The property is very nice and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay at Midtown again! Thanks for a great stay.

Good location close to everything

이스탄불 시내의 유명 관광지를 방문하기에 정말 좋은 위치에 있는 호텔 입니다. 2곳의 국제공항을 연결하는 셔틀버스 정거장이 걸어서 10분 이내의 거리에 있으며, 시내를 연결하는 미트로 정거장도 걸어서 5분 정도의 거리에 있습니다. 또한 주변에 식당과 소형 상점들도 많이 있어서 좋았습니다.

I highly recommend this hotel. 3 minutes to the bus station to the airport. So quite, a lot of restaurants around. The best and richest breakfast. Rooms are so clean and has everything you may need. Deserves a 5 stars.

I had a feeling that the people who work there really take pride in providing a top-notch customer service. I was extremely happy with my stay, and should I have a need to stay in Taksim area again, Midtown Hotel will be my first choice. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained, the breakfast options were plentiful (fresh fruits, vegetables, some hot dishes). All in all, one of the best hotels I've stayed in years!
