Unfortunately, this was not a good experience, and I would not recommend this hotel. The room was very unclean and poorly maintained. Many of the items and areas throughout the room were damaged, worn down, or in need of repair. Overall, the room did not feel properly cleaned or prepared for guests. It honestly looked more like a space where people had been living rather than a hotel room meant to accommodate visitors. To make matters worse, there was no breakfast provided at all, which was another disappointment. The overall condition of the hotel was far below what I expected. Guests deserve a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay, and unfortunately, this hotel did not meet those expectations. I would not choose to stay here again.

If you want somewhere to stay just pick the more expensive option! It’s worth it. This place seemed nice when you walk in the foyer is beautiful! But the room, towels are literally the size of a hand towel, needed more. Took 4 calls and 2 hrs to get them… bed was not comfortable, the toilet seat was about to fall off and the bathroom door was broken. Very disappointed in this stay.

They clearly put some time into updates the lobby, but that’s it. Hallways smelled and rooms were as bare minimum as possible. Walls were shockingly thin so we were listening to middle-of-the night arguments and phone calls. I’m assuming some people were long-term residents as well.

First I saw black hair on the “clean” towels, then the shower glass was not cleaned and looked like there was a blood spot on it. The mirror had a film all over it. There is a hole in the tile of the shower that is covered partially with a piece of wood which is really disturbing wondering what is behind it. I walk into the room and there is dog fur under the table. The patio door is not square so the top stays open so you hear everything and there is mold on the sheer curtain. Next to the bed were spots of some kind of food stuck to the floor and also on the other side of the bed. Then when I laid in the bed I could smell pee. Thank goodness I brought myself blankets to lay on top of all of the bedding. The coffee pot was shoved in a drawer under the microwave so I didn’t realize it was even there. The entry way is really pretty and the pool looks nice, but with the lack of cleanliness I had to give it this rating.

It was honestly very scary staying at this hotel. I am stunned that Hotels.com would even recommend or consider this property for their guests. The entire place looked and felt like an abandoned hotel. It was so dirty and uncomfortable that we didn’t even feel comfortable taking our clothes off to sleep. We ended up sleeping in our clothes for the night and left first thing the next morning. This was by far one of the most uncomfortable and unsettling hotel experiences we have ever had. The front desk staff were speaking in there native whatever it was & I could hardly understand them. We asked for a handicapped room we had to park on the back end of the hotel, which is really abandoned. The door to get in had to be held open by whatever rock you could find on the ground cigarette butts all over the place, empty bottles of liquor, uneven concrete ground for my Mom with a walker. I could go on and on, but I just want to forget I was ever there. I do not recommend this place at all.
