Online the property said it was pet friendly then inside the office it claimed no pets were allowed. Additionally the bedsheets were stained overed and paper thin. The bed were clean but incredibly thin as well.

I have never stayed in a worse hotel in my life, from towels to bedspreads, they were all stinky and stained, I asked for new ones and they were in the same condition, even a disgusting hotel is an understatement

For the price it’s fine, but the doors aren’t sealed correctly so I kept having crickets coming into my room. I bring my own towel because you can look and see that the towels aren’t that clean.

Room smelled like smoke, lighting was very bright and harsh regardless of which lamp we used - we ended up having to use the bathroom lights and close the door partway just so we didn’t get blinded. Television would not work - learned that the phone did not work when trying to call the office about the television. Ultimately got it fixed, but took an hour of several random people in our room working with no urgency. Ended up having to reset the cable box and they realized they had given us the wrong remote. Had high expectations since this was affiliated with Best Western, but it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

The motel was easy to get to from the hwy and close to restaurants and shopping. The location was noisy from traffic, sirens and people. Breakfast was minimal. Towels were very thin and did not look clean. Shower water pressure was very low, difficult to rinse off soap. I would not stay there again. I didn't feel comfortable at the location.

To any solo female traveler- do not stay, please go elsewhere. I booked online after seeing reviews for this place were decent. Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was how run down this place looked from the outside. I should have left after seeing the kind of people that occupied this place, but I thought that it would be manageable. The first front desk person I spoke to was a girl who was nice enough, it was a quick check in. They ask for a $40 refundable deposit upon check in, taking my stay from $57 to $97. Upon pulling around to my room, there were tons of people hanging around and being incredibly loud on the staircase. I read a lot about permanent residents here, I assume that's what they were seeing as they were comfortable enough to block the stairwell. The room was off-putting to say the least. No table, just a lone chair and two out of three lights worked. Fan on the AC unit was unbearably loud and the walls were filthy. One pillowcase had a mysterious stain on it and so did one of the towels I was given. On top of this, the door barely locked and in the hour I was there, it was yanked on twice. The "curtain" barely covered the window. The bathroom was the one saving grace as it was up to date and clean from what I could tell. Between the loud AC, the unruly people outside, and the cleanliness I decided it was time to pack up and leave a whole hour into my stay. The older man who checked me out was unfriendly and unfazed with me up and leaving.
