Much was not right with this hotel. Front door opened only when you get right on it. Business center was completely non functional. No computer, no keyboard, printer not plugged into anything. Hot tub not working and had no sign to indicate such but the front desk knew about it. Hotel needs attention.

Where do I begin .....We repeatedly during our 3 night stay had to get new key cards made, their machine didn't work properly. So multiple times we were left standing & waiting outside our doors while someone went down from the 3rd floor to get me cards, that typically also didn't work. The elevator button was broken. There was a police chase with a stand off, officer involved shooting right down the road. Our room had roaches crawling on the wall. We were told the pool would be open, only to find out it was closed the first two days we were there. Due to non- cleaning. When it finally opened, it was so hot & steamy, you could barely see your hand in front of your face. Our 6 year old daughter was getting into the pool & misjudged where the edge was & hit her head. She had to be rushed to the emergency room where we sat for over 6 hours for a laceration & head injury. Our room was never provided sufficient toilet paper or towels & each day, I had to go to the lobby downstairs to get more. The breakfast buffet was serving "sausage" but all they were was unseasoned hamburger patties. There wasn't sufficient parking as every spot was taken. We had to park in a dark area, close by that didn't feel safe. My husband parked, so I wasn't left alone.

Pool was very small & hot tub was not in complete working order. Lobby was dirty. Breakfast was very crowded and not enough food. Took only cash deposit to be held for checkout. Was very unorganized and took a long time to get cash deposit back in order to leave the property.

There were never towels in the pool area and when multiple people asked the desk, they acted like it was an inconvenience to them. This resulted in the main hallways and the elevator being a wet mess. No sign warning up either. Keys had to be reset for a multiple day stay. Breakfast was sparse. I thought I was getting a sausage patty and it was a hamburger patty.

The hotel was in a great location and it was nice and clean. Breakfast was OK. The food was bland but it is understandable. The front door needs fixing, you want to wait a couple of seconds before it opens. My TV did not work. I went to the front desk they said to point it towards a box on the wall and it should come on. I did that but nothing. I didn't feel like going back down to the front desk so I just didn't watch TV. I would go back to this hotel. Other than the TV, there are no complaints.

Parking was sparce I had to park behind the motel for 2 nights. THERE IS NO MEAT AT BREAKFAST. I PAID TOO MUCH FOR MY ROOM TO NOT HAVE MEAT AT BREAKFAST. All I could eat was eggs due to my diet and they were not thaat good. I thought My price that was given me for the room was about half of what I paid. The place was not worth what I was charged.

No one was ever at the desk. The breakfast was terrible and the lady putting it out was rude. The elevator was broke most of the time. The only good thing was the pool was actually warm and enough to enjoy it and swim.

Pool/hot tub was pretty small. Had a ton of kids in there screaming and throwing things. I don't mind the kids, but when the parents are sitting there doing nothing when they're jumping over us and throwing balls at our heads I have a problem. There were also no pool tools, and it was kind of dirty in the pool area (grainy bottom, band aids, cloudy water)

Had the room reserved for an entire week while our children showed animals at the fair. Room was filthy when we arrived an had to have it cleaned again. Kept finding food an other items from previous guest. Manager kept making excuses the whole time we were there. Staff tried to enter our room three times while we had the DND on the door but when asked to clean while we were gone no one came in. We had to get our own toiletries, trash liners, even offered to vacuum our room but was told no. Second to the last night we were there we found a cockroach in our kitchen area of our room. Again was met with excuses a told she let two HK go but seen same said HK’s there the next morning confronted manager again to let her know we would definitely be contacting corporate.

We found a roach in the toilet, stains on the carpet, the bathtub would not drain, and the breakfast was dismal at best. Also, it's regrettable but there are a lot of homeless walking through the property and living in camps surrounding it.

The hotel lobby was clean and the staff were very friendly. However, the room was very dirty. The bathroom sink and tub were gross. The shower curtain had mold and mildew stains. The toilet had hair all around.

The hotel bathroom fan did not work abd the cable box would just randomly turn off. One of the front doors would not open from the outside at times. The pool was good and the beds where nice.

Wouldn't recommend. Check in too entirely too long as if the front desk has to find our reservation while checking to see if they even had a room for us. During this we watched a group of teens/ young adults come barging through the lobby making all kinds of noises and out the front door (should have took this as a sign). Continue on to finally get our room card and have more people in/out of the lobby with all kinds of noise levels. Upon entering our room, I originally thought it was a decent place for our one night stay. Fast forward to about an hour and half later, we laid in bed trying to sleep while the air unit rattled like it was going to come off the wall and children (and adults) were up and down our hallway running, slamming doors, and yelling. At this point it was after mid-night, we called the front desk to ask for someone to please take care of these issues, they said they would. Before then, my husband had to step outside and ask those making all the noise to stop. It finally did. Only for use to exit the next Morning to see food, towels, and trash strewn all up and down the hall. The only good part of this was our leaving early the next morning.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were very soft and comfy. The hallways were hot with no air running but the rooms were cool and comfy. Very spacious rooms too. I like the sofa to sit on. The breakfast was hotel food but good enough to enjoy and get full.

Was very surprised when I went to check in that I needed $150 in CASH for a deposit. I don’t carry cash so I had to go across the street to another hotel to find an ATM. This was very inconvenient.

During check in the front staff gal showed a lack of skills in her job and a lack of confidence. After a long period of being unable to check us in, she hands us keys, we didn’t sign liability forms. We go to our room, the pull out bed was dirty, there was no sheets, blankets or pillows provided. I go downstairs the front desk gal was rude. She handed me one pillow and blanket, I explained on my reservation and per the suite I have 6 people checked in. With added attitude she attended to the needs of obtain another pillow. We had two teenagers, a 9 year old, a pregnant women, and two other women staying. In the middle of the night our two teenagers were awoke by a man walking into our hotel room. We could not utilize the lock because it would not work due to the door not being aligned properly. It was later discovered the front desk gal messed up with 6 guests. I’m not sure to what extent, however we had a man entering our room in the middle of the night with an extremely vulnerable group. To add we literally just needed a place to rest as we just had a horrific loss in a horrific way and needed a peaceful getaway. Instead we were greeted with unsafe accommodations and a manager that said sorry it happened to a lot of people last night. Mind you, she additionally told us the front desk gal no showed us, and there was not even a record of us in the facility. Then waking up to a crying infant next door at early hours. I think I’d recommend not and say you did.

Pool was very small & hot tub was not in complete working order. Lobby was dirty. Breakfast was very crowded and not enough food. Took only cash deposit to be held for checkout. Was very unorganized and took a long time to get cash deposit back in order to leave the property.

The stay overall was good. We stayed two nights. The key cards kept deactivating. When they were activated, they barely work in the slot. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. The woman working the night shift on 05/02 was extremely rude. Everyone else was kind and helpful. You get what you pay for.

Got there at 10:00 am to say we were there and wouldn’t be back until around 10:30 pm. Just wanted then to know we were there and wouldn’t be back until that night. No problem. I see your reservation which by the way I made months ago and i will write it down that you will be coming in this evening. I get a call at 9:45 p.m. that you have no rooms. You actually gave my room away. I will never make reservations here again.

We arrived a bit early but we were able to go ahead and check in. Sue at the front desk was a peach! She was helpful and any questions we had she had the answer to. Great on/off to interstate.

We got to our room (suite booked for a family of 4) and we had no pillows, blankets, or sheets for the pull out couch bed. No big deal - we went to ask for some and we’re told they didn’t have any pillows, but could stuff a pillow case with a sheet if we liked. (No thanks, I just gave one of the 4 pillows on the main bed to him). And then they gave us a sheet/blanket. I then took our son to enjoy the pool. Not realizing that the hotel was also completely out of towels. I went to the front desk and was told that they wouldn’t have any more towels until the next day (in the afternoon apparently because the cleaning ladies did not get to work until 7-8am). I was told that next time we should “pack towels. When we talked to the manager about this situation they said we would need to contact hotels.com for a refund. Which we did, but we’re told that they were only giving us $40 back from our $200+ room that we booked. And we didn’t even get to take showers in the room because we had a total of 2 towels. (One of which we had to use for our son after leaving the pool)

Not a safe place to stay, homeless people roaming the parking lot all evening into the night, someone approached my car asking for money which is fine, but after i said i didn’t have cash he just kept standing there and just made me very uneasy since i had to little ones in the car with me. Only certain front parking had cameras facing them. The room was not clean it smelled clean but after looking around there was a open soda can in the fridge, the fridge looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed, stains on the walls in multiple spots and dirty washcloth’s in the shower.

This property was sketchy, parking lot, lobby and full grounds were scary at night with questionable people present at all hours. Check in was also bizarre, requiring $100 cash deposit at check in which was returned after someone came ad inspected the room in the morning. That was a first for us. The furniture, carpet and bedding in the room were all very old and worn, in desperate need of a refresh. Overall, felt a lot like we booked an hourly motel based on the service and the questionable atmosphere. On the plus side, my car didn’t get broken into, which was a real surprise to all of us in the morning, lol. We chose this hotel bc it had good reviews, and tbh I’m completely unsure how that was possible.

Overall it was a good stay. We booked 3 nights in a suite with a pullout couch, just to get out of the house for fall break and do daily activities around Tulsa. The front desk staff were some of the friendliest I’ve ever experienced. Breakfast is what you’d expect for hotel, the waffle maker was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again. Our room had an….odd smell. Not particularly bad, almost like someone was cooking something that was very heavily seasoned. But it lingered throughout the entire stay.

Nice to have the sofa and foot stool Was irritated that they had to take a deposit in room when I paid through Expedia, actually charging my credit card $150. No other hotel chains do this. They said I should have booked directly through clarion and that wouldn’t have happened. So checkin took a long time to process all this. I feel this was completely unnecessary. Breakfast was tasteless and terrible. Didn’t even have juice. However staff overseeing it was working really hard to replenish everything. If it weren’t for the nice large clean room, I wouldn’t go back at all. Gym didn’t have what my husband wanted either so he didn’t work out but had planned that.

There were never towels in the pool area and when multiple people asked the desk, they acted like it was an inconvenience to them. This resulted in the main hallways and the elevator being a wet mess. No sign warning up either. Keys had to be reset for a multiple day stay. Breakfast was sparse. I thought I was getting a sausage patty and it was a hamburger patty.

The pros: front desk staff and the breakfast attendant were SUPERB. The room was nice and cold, bedding was clean, bathroom was clean. The cons: Pool area is very dingy and small (a group of 6+ people came in and that made it VERY crowded). We got down to breakfast at 8 and it was very picked over (6:30-9). There are too many tables for the small dining area and if it’s crowded, it’s very hard to navigate. The hallway on the 3rd floor was HOT and stuffy. Overall, the hotel just needs a fresh facelift in general. Beware of the area of town, it’s not a “walk down to the restaurant” site (even though there are restaurants very close); just a bit on the rough side.

The hotel was in a great location and it was nice and clean. Breakfast was OK. The food was bland but it is understandable. The front door needs fixing, you want to wait a couple of seconds before it opens. My TV did not work. I went to the front desk they said to point it towards a box on the wall and it should come on. I did that but nothing. I didn't feel like going back down to the front desk so I just didn't watch TV. I would go back to this hotel. Other than the TV, there are no complaints.

No one was ever at the desk. The breakfast was terrible and the lady putting it out was rude. The elevator was broke most of the time. The only good thing was the pool was actually warm and enough to enjoy it and swim.

Room made me sick. Moldy smell mixed with cigarette and marijuana throughout the building. The sofa hadn’t even been vacuumed. There was crumbs on it when we walked in. An ice can bag had been fitted over the smoke detector. Our keys wouldn’t work, had issues from the beginning as did other people. The Grounds had people hiding at every corner of the property. Hotel had a lot of people so we had to park at the back…. Which housed a beat up truck with a flat tire in the parking lot. Breakfast was the absolute worst I’ve had at any hotel… and I am in hotels multiple times a year. All over the nation. No eggs… thought that was a little odd but ok… Which most hotels give you the carton eggs which we all knows isn’t really eggs. But Not even boiled eggs. The “meat” we couldn’t figure out if it was supposed to be sausage or a beef patty, we opted for mysterious “meat”. No Peanut butter cups and no yogurt. ONE protein option and that was the mysterious meat. The biscuits were normal-ish. Definitely not fresh, seemed reheated. I get not wasting food but at least use an oven to reheat not a microwave. 1 package of oatmeal. Some toast and bagels. And waffles. The waffles were to be fair… pretty good. Actually some of the best I’ve had at hotels… the batter is the same at every one but they didn’t water theirs down. It got the waffle crispy like it should be. The coffee…. Just don’t bother with it. Checked out and they checked someone else out and gave us the other persons receipt

I was very disappointed with my stay. When I first arrived I was told there was no hot water. When we got to the room it looks like the bedding was never washed. There was make up on their. There was not enough towels for 6 people. The homeless hanging around the property was unsafe. There was one naked and doing drugs right next to the property. The fire exit was propped open so any one could have gone in. Staff had their kids there while working. Including random people sitting in the lobby charging their phone. The previous times we stayed there was better. Now it's gone down hill and very unsafe.
