Comfort Suites Scranton near Montage Mountain

Hospedagem de duas noites, sem serviço de quarto. Quarto bastante amplo e confortável, com banheiro pequeno - principalmente se comparado ao tamanho do quarto. Solicitei reposição de shampoo/condicionador (por diferentes formas), o que não foi feito pela camareira, que observou pedido de troca de toalhas feito no mesmo formulário. Situação foi parcialmente contornada pela recepção. Café da manhã variado (padrão americano), oferecido em salão amplo e bem iluminado. Piscina interna e ofurô, com oferta de toalhas. Lavanderia moderna para uso dos hóspedes.

Well lets just say I wasn't really expecting much from this place but it wasn't that bad. Hotel staff was great upon checking and check out. The only thing I didn't really understand upon checking out was that I could not get a receipt of my stay. I was told since I booked online I could not get a receipt. Now the room overall was great. There were two things I did not particular care for. First the bathroom was really small. With the door open you could not get to the shower. It was about a foot of clearance to the front of the toilet. Next this depends on how you like the firmness of your bed. The bed was way to firm for me. I felt like I was sleeping on a piece of plywood. The breakfast was the basic stuff waffles, eggs and bacon on the hot side. Cereal and bagels on the cold with tea and coffee along with apple, cranberry and orange juice. Over all the place is nice.

Our stay at The Comfort Suites Montage the night before our daughter's college graduation could not have been better! From the front desk staff's warm welcome to the spotless rooms and great breakfast, you could tell that the hotel was well taken care of and management had a great group of employees. 10 out of 10 all around!

Room was clean, had a bit of a smell like it used to be a smoking room, but otherwise good size and clean room. Hot tub was hot but the knob must have been broken to make it bubble because we turned it and had not results. There was a game room which we played pool, but the balls were old and one had cracked on us! But it was fun.
