Check-in process was terrible. When I arrived, the cleaning crew was still cleaning the unit nearly 2 hours after the official check-in time. No one notified me in advance, apologized, or offered any accommodation. I was effectively forced to wait outside after a long day of travel. I had to contact Expedia myself just to get assistance. Very unprofessional handling throughout the stay. This was a VERBO listing, and they later closed the case without any notice or follow-up. I would strongly recommend AVOIDING this property. FIFA World Cup fans in Boston should not come here. Stove was already broken and walls are torn down.

The microwave- which was also the only light source and stove vent- was not working. The fridge had a high pitch squeeling sound and froze all of our food. We were unable to use the kitchen as needed as there was no light to cook by. We asked for a credit for the food and have heard nothing. I had needed to ship items to myself as I was working in Boston for the month. I was told it was not allowed. No where in the contract was that mentioned. The staff at Wvonify management company yelled at me when I asked him about shipping. I said there was no mention of that when I booked the stay. He cut me off and said, “ I am telling you now.” We ended up leaving 1 week early. This was not corporate housing with high quality amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. It was student housing at best.

Wonderful area… plenty of restaurants and stores… very convenient to the T…. Free concerts in Boston Commends… large apartment for the area at a good price
