Great quiet beachfront location. Super nice pool. Free yoga hours, beachvolley nets etc. Many restaurants in walking distance. Direct access to Memory Beach with all services. Recommend the hotel spa outside massage service.

Fantastisk hotel. Vi boede på værelse med privat pool og det var så skønt. For en gangs skyld var virkeligheden bedre end billederne. Poolen var væsentligt større end vi havde forestillet os ud fra billederne. Eneste minus er at der er 5 km op til hovedvejen og reelt indkøb. Dog nogle restauranter på stranden og en super lækker en lost nede af veje. Men en taxa op til nærmeste i skøn kostede 300 baht tur retur og ellers var de søde til at holde ind når vi var på vej hjem i taxa.

Das Hotel befindet sich an einem sehr breiten und kilometerlangen Sandstrand. Es ist ausserhalb von Khao Lack. Die Miete eines Rollers ist von Vorteil. Am Strand befinden sich zwei Restaurants und eine Surfschule, welche nicht zum Hotel gehören. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Wir erhielten ein Upgrade für eine Pool-Villa. Dieser Bereich ist separat vom allgemeinen Hotelteil mit eigenem Restaurant und Poolbereich. Das Frühstück war sensationell. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Wir kommen wieder.

Fantastiska pizzor och drinkar i Beachbaren. Ett bra avbräck från thaimaten. Bra strand för långa promenader. Skön och svalkande pool. Rummen var stora och ljusa. Återkommer gärna.

Personalet var helt fantastisk imødekommende på hele hotellet. Vi boede i villaafdelingen og det var høj klasse. Dejlig indretning med alt vi havde brug for.Smuk arkitektur og god plads ved poolen. Stranden er helt fatastisk og husk at brage elefanterne

Overall it was ok.Well maintained but showing its age. Corridors were unlit and dark to save energy. Staff were fantastic and an asset to hotel. F&B prices were reasonable for 41/2 star hotel. Spa was also reasonbly prived. Shower head bracket was broken but we made do with some inconvenience. Disappointed with the beach as waters not clear and the gradient too shallow even at high tide. The pools were saved the day

An excellent stay at this hotel. We were treated like royalty from the start and the staff were incredibly helpful. Pools are all lovely and clean. Restaurants are nice. We can’t wait to go back.

Das Hotel hat schöne, moderne Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat allerdings die Lage des Hotels nicht gefallen, da es wirklich nichts in der nähe des Hotel gibt (nur wenige Restaurants). Das Frühstück im Hotel war sehr gut. Ein Rollerverleih am Hotel gibt es leider auch nicht. Am Hotel gibt es ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme, allerdings fanden wir den Strand nicht besonders toll.

Das Hotel hat schöne, moderne Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Breakfast was included in our stay, it offered good options locals and international with nice flavor k but no fresh juices. Fantastisk hotel. Vi boede på værelse med privat pool og det var så skønt. For en gangs skyld var virkeligheden bedre end billederne. Poolen var væsentligt større end vi havde forestillet os ud fra billederne. Eneste minus er at der er 5 km op til hovedvejen og reelt indkøb. Dog nogle restauranter på stranden og en super lækker en lost nede af veje. Men en taxa op til nærmeste i skøn kostede 300 baht tur retur og ellers var de søde til at holde ind når vi var på vej hjem i taxa.

Das Hotel hat schöne, moderne Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat allerdings die Lage des Hotels nicht gefallen, da es wirklich nichts in der nähe des Hotel gibt (nur wenige Restaurants). Das Frühstück im Hotel war sehr gut. Ein Rollerverleih am Hotel gibt es leider auch nicht. Am Hotel gibt es ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme, allerdings fanden wir den Strand nicht besonders toll.

We booked here for 5 nights as part of a month long trip travelling around Thailand. We had booked a pool access room, on check in we were blessed with a free upgrade to a private pool villa, so the check in experience was second to none, the villa was simply amazing, our own sun deck and loungers, great pool, large bathroom with outside shower, comfortable bed and soft pillows. The staff here are so friendly and helpful, from the reception staff, the guys who drove us back and forth to our villa, the two girls who cleaned our room were top notch, to the guy who maintained our pool with a smile. We chose to have breakfast in the à la carte restaurant nearest to our villa, there are so many choices on offer, we also had sundowner cocktails and food at Karkinos restaurant by the beach a couple of times, which has mainly an Italian theme. The grounds are beautifully kept with lots of colourful tropical plants. We had dinner twice at Napalie restaurant, great service and plenty of choice. We also both had a massage at the spa, this was outdoors, but a great experience. Watching the magnificent sunsets with a cocktail is a must do experience. We have visited Thailand many times over the past 20 plus years, and this was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at.
