Area and location of the hotel were great. Ice machines were not working and neither was one of the elevators. Many people at 10:30 at night trying to get to rooms after a MLB Brewers game.

The Atrium vents were broken and there was mold on one vent. Elevator button on our floor was broken so you did know if Elevator was coming. Pool and Jacuzzi was not working reason I selected this hotel.

Lovely location for my work and very economical. The hot tub was closed for repairs. One elevator is out. There is water or HVAC damage and the pool area is under construction. Great fitness room.

TV was broken. Took 5 trips to front desk and 13 hours for them to finally replace it. After they informed me I would be moved to a different room. Stayed in room with replaced TV. Shower water was luke warm. Never vacuumed, or disinfected or changed sheets in my 2 week stay. Eco friendly or not, that's just gross. Pool was closed, should have listed it on their website that it was down for maintenance.

Check in is slow. Called the front desk when we arrived. No one answered. Our remote didn’t work and we went down to the front desk. She took it to the back and brought back the same remote with the same batteries. The pool was closed and we didn’t know until we arrived. It’s loud on the first floor. The rooms were not cleaned well.

The hotel was nice, but the pool and hot tub were closed for mechanical issues and there was no hot water in the room for the sink or shower. We were not informed of any of these issues before getting to the property.

Very run down hotel for a Holiday Inn. Ripped chairs all over lobby and hallways. Only one elevator. Pool out of service. Only one ice machine that gave out watery ice. Felt very dirty. We won’t be back

There was a terrible smell throughout the first floor. We hoped it was just there. Nope. Got up to the fifth floor, smelled even worse. Their pool area was filthy, and the hot tub was out of service, which was one of the main reasons we were going to stay there and they didn't say anything about it. Didn't care. Asked to switch to a room with a tub instead. Was told "I don't even know which rooms have tubs." ...ok...who does? This was a non-refundable purchase, and I didn't even care. I got the heck out of there and went down the road to Country Inn and had an awesome experience, never staying at a Holiday Inn again.

Room was right by the elevator…so could hear it ding, and people coming in and out. Bathroom tub was not cleaned good and smelled like a sweaty gym sock. I had to clean the wall by the full length mirror because it had something spilt on it. The body wash was empty however hand soap was filled. Remote for tv worked sometimes. Bed was clean and comfy and liked that could control the ac through wall mount.

This was by far our worst experience at a hotel ever. The place was falling apart and filthy. Our carpet was sticky under foot, our walls were nasty and food/liquid running down them, tables were grimy, the bathroom looked uncleaned. Then the amount of noise was insane. There was a group of rowdy adults in the pool area that woke our baby and I could not get her back to sleep until 2:30am. Then upon waking at 6:45am there was absolutely no hot or even warm water. No one in our family could shower or clean up. I hope people will read this review before deciding to book, unlike I did. I have never in my life written a bad review but this was so bad that I felt I needed to warn others.

The hotel was unable to provide key cards that worked to open room doors. They said that the programming part for the key cards wouldn’t work. Every time we needed to get into our room we had to wait for an employee to come up and unlock it. They only had one employee on during the evening and night hours so we were left waiting up to 25 minutes to get into our rooms. The employees were very nice and trying to do their best but they were very understaffed and the GM wouldn’t do anything to help. There were no pool towels, all floors were wet and very slippery, the hallways and elevator area were dirty. My friend slipped and fell on the wet floor and had to be taken to the ER. GM was blaming him for falling, saying there was nothing she could do for him. Employees were very nice and trying to do their jobs but getting no help from management. Rooms were clean and comfortable but wouldn’t take the chance of staying here again. I’d give the actual staff a 5 stars for doing everything they could to help the guests but would give management zero stars for not stepping up and figuring out how to fix the key card issue.

The room was clean, the staff was very nice. The bathtub in our room was very old and when we went to step into it to take a shower, we almost slipped and fell. We did tell the staff at the desk and they were kind enough to offer us a free breakfast, but I hope they actually do something about it and put down some strips or mat so nobody else falls. A friend of ours found underwear in her room. She had to have room service come in and clean room as she said the floors were dirty and had the staff change all the bedding the next day. The third room we had on our reservation, that person did not have any issues, fortunately.

When we first arrived we pulled out the sofa bed. The end of the sofa bed was bent so badly, it was nearly on the ground. The mattress was horribly stained and gross. Then we found out that there were no linens for the sofa bed. The drawers had dead bugs in them. The sofa had garbage underneath it and the sheets on the king bed were horribly stained. I went down to the front desk to request another room. And when I questioned why I had to come back down for linens for the sofa bed and hadn’t been told they weren’t in the room, the desk clerk just shrugged. She gave me another room and I went up to check it before moving my family. This room was not as dirty, although there were still dead bugs in the drawers. and then I found an empty root beer bottle under the bed. I brought the bottle down to the desk and asked the clerk how we would be rectifying this situation. It was now 1045 at night and all we wanted to do was go to sleep. The clerk was unhelpful other than saying she would file a complaint. The next day, we found out that the sink in the bathroom was horribly clogged with hair the water would barely drain. I went to make coffee in the keurig (no complimentary coffee despite a coffee machine downstairs…) but the keurig was DISGUSTING and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a decade. The phone was broken. The floors throughout the entire hotel were tracked with dirt. The guest laundry barely works…I had to dry my clothes four times.

Bedding was dirty and smelly, the room smelled too, the hot tub out of order, pool was cloudy and disgusting, paint chipping off the stairs. We checked in around 4:30 and left to find another hotel by 5:00, couldn’t talk to anyone because no one was at the front desk, so we had to just put the key in the box. Very disappointing and unfortunate I couldn’t get a refund.

This is the place to go for birthday parties. There was a group with about 20 young children who hogged the pool and whirlpool the entire weekend. They also took all the towels. They made it almost impossible for anyone else to use. Stayed here and the air conditioning did not work in our room. Had a worker come to the room and put in a code so we could access the thermostat. Set the temp for lower and the cold air never kicked in. Room was uncomfortably hot to try and sleep in. Said something at checkout and called after our stay to report our poor experience and was told the manager would reach out and never did.

Was told the pool would be only adults from 10-11pm but it was overrun by kids and teens throwing balls during the entire night. Also, one light was burnt out in the hotel room. Beds were comfortable though & the staff was friendly & accommodating.

Stayed there for a weekend business trip to Brookfield. The hotel was packed with families and children for various parties in the pool area. No issues with the parties by the pool and such, just be prepared for the pool area to be filled with unruly children as all the parents seemed fit to let their kids run wild throughout the area. If your room is in the pool area it will be loud. Our room was on a higher floor, but different kinds of parties continued up there despite there being a no party declaration memo at the front desk. The room next too us had multiple people coming and going bringing coolers and cases of beer and drinks. I did notify the hotel staff of what was going on but despite cameras in the hallway and near the elevator they claimed they didn't see any evidence of what was going on. So either the cameras don't work or the hotel staff simply didn't care to notice what was actually going on. Either way I wouldn't stay at this location again due to them allowing parties all over the hotel despite a clear no parties memo at their front check in area. Their lack of concern when i did complain about the issue also is a cause for concern considering the cost of the rooms. They clearly don't adhere to their own stated policies. For the price of the room I would’ve expected a better experience. The breakfast was very minimal and the room had a light and soap dispenser that didn’t work. The main area of the hotel is undergoing changes and it was a long walk from the front desk to the elevator. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

Outside the hotel was a bit off setting. By the looks of it, I would have chosen a different place. But, I’m so glad I didn’t. The room was perfect. Very modern and quite comfortable. Great place to stay.

The front desk staff provided an exceptional service. The front desk staff went above and beyond the call of duty. The housekeeping staff are very ruder and walk away if they are asked any questions. Our room was only cleaned once. We brought the issue to the front desk, and they actually cleaned our room, took out the trash and brought us fresh towels. It seems like there is daily pool parties and if you are looking for peace and quiet that is not the place for you. There was no Wi-Fi for two days and I was not able to work. Thier coffee machine broke, and they ran out of the instant coffee as well. I know I have listed lots of issues that occurred during our stay, but the front desk made every possible effort to assure or comfort.

I arrived to a line 5 people at 6:35 pm which is not part of the problem, the problem was that it was 7:15 pm before I was able to check in. Once checking in i was told that they didn't have the room that I had reserved and I was put into a different room. The person at the counter seemed overwhelmed and stated that he had no other help and that the previous shift had "changed things" and that was why it was taking so long. People that were ahead of me needed another room for their group that they hadn't booked and i suspect that they were given the room i reserved with the couch to accommodate multiple guests. Once i entered my room I went to take a shower and the water was cold. I went to the front desk and was told that the "H" and the "C" were backward, that however was not the case. The water would not get warm no matter where it was adjusted. The shower opens from the wrong side and gives you no alternative but to be blasted by freezing water to turn it on, this would be the case even if the hot water worked. Quite possibly the least thought out comfort killer ever. Not at all happy with the stay.

Check in is slow. Called the front desk when we arrived. No one answered. Our remote didn’t work and we went down to the front desk. She took it to the back and brought back the same remote with the same batteries. The pool was closed and we didn’t know until we arrived. It’s loud on the first floor. The rooms were not cleaned well.

Attached IHOP dining and location of facilities, in regards to being close to the zoo and brewer stadium was nice. Check-in was horrible, we are IHG reward members and had requested an early check-in time if possible, got there 1 1/2 hours early and didn't get checked in until nearly 5, front desk/check-in staff were not helpful at all, and actually rude (not just on arrival, but all 3 days that we stayed). We were in a suite with 2 adults and 4 children, only got 2 towels per day, (the housekeeping staff did bring more after we asked them directly, as the front staff never relayed our requests. No pillows, sheets or blankets for the pull out couch, which we had to wipe food crumbs out of when opened. The room was only cleaned once after several requests, and we took our garbage out of our room daily on our own. Very disappointed overall.

Floors constantly wet and dirty from people using the pool/spa facilities. One elevator working which is very slow and the stairs smell awful. The continental breakfast is a joke unless you prefer coffee and orange juice and an apple. Glad I wasn’t the only one that walked in and out of there laughing. When Ihop opens then it won’t be a problem, but I wouldn’t advertise that you offer a continental breakfast, Laughable at best. You get what you pay for, so don’t expect much.

When I booked the room on line it said free breakfast. Then when I got there and they said I get 20 percent off at the attaching IHOP instead of the free breakfast. No where on line did it say that. Then the air conditioner only worked a little. The room was warm and stuffy. Room 313. There were no directions on how to get ahold of the front desk On the phone. I pressed the button for the front desk and that did not work. There were no ice or soda machines on our floor. There was some I saw behind the check in desk. Which was a long way from our room. But was not told this. The pool and hot tube were shut down for service. I was not told that when I booked. The TV had so many missing channels and no guide except on the TV and those channels did not match the guide. Then when I checked in the bill I signed up for did not match the rate I booked in. They said I would get a rebate. After I checked out. I also did not get any email correspondence from them. So many things were bad. This is not the standard of a Holliday Inn.

Overall what you’d expect from Holiday Inn. Didn’t realize when we booked that breakfast was not included due to IHOP being attached to the property. They gave us a 20% discount but still I would’ve booked elsewhere if I had known. It is a long walk to the elevator if you are in the main tower. It is a large facility and parking is lacking. Staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and quiet overlooking the golf course.

I’ve been to Milwaukee many times. We decided to try this place. I would never go back to this location. I had to contact IGH directly due to no communication from the manager. IGH did ok and gave 20k points. Here what we had to deal with: First the rooms were not ready at the 4pm check in. When I did get the room, it still wasn’t completely done. We had things missing and lights didn’t work. Same with my brother’s room which also smelled moldy. We went to the front desk to get linens for the pull out couch and have house keeping put them in our rooms. Front desk said they would get it for us to take to our room. We had somewhere to be so we gave them our room numbers and asked for house keeping to put them in the room again. It never happened. The pool was closed during the stay, not the end of the world, but a heads up would have been nice. The whole front desk and atrium smelled heavily of marijuana. Not impressed with this location. I will go back to the embassy or the country inn across the street.
