Great spot, easy access to tram stop. Large clean and tidy appartment. Happily stay here again.

First room heater didn’t work, moved to a different room with wet carpet from mopping I'm guessing. I was charged double what my friend was charged for parking per night. I checked in for her the first room hadn’t been cleaned strawberries all over the floor fridge was left open. Second room we were given we arrived back to was double booked with two teenager girl being scared at 1am then had to wait to be given another room until 2:30am. Room had a good view of the city and security guards were very friendly is the only upside from my stay.

Very roomy, bed and pillows were comfy. Plenty of crockery, cutlery etc. Needs a bit of maintenance. No plug in sink. Water in shower not hot enough for us It was a chilly night and the windows seemed to let the draught in. Utilised the parking but was a bit confusing as numbers weren't in any particular order.

This place is falling apart. The location is good, with an IGA, tram stop and station at the door; and it has great views towards the CBD. The size of the room is great. But the place itself is basically at the level of international student accommodation and gig worker haunt, meaning it has been treated like crap for years - it’s dorm room levels of quality. A notch above backpackers, far, far, far below hotels. The hallways stink, there are endless marks on the walls & carpet; the cabinet in the bathroom was barely hanging into its hinges, the shower-over-bath had chips in the tub and the chain winder for the blinds was so stripped of gears that they didn’t even bother attaching the chain any longer. Opening the blinds was a miracle. We booked it for the washing machine/dryer combo, but even that was terrible - inside the machine was filthy with lint and debris, it threw errors and didn’t dry our clothes properly, leaving them stinking and needing to be rewashed elsewhere. Oaks Flemington could be wonderful and the price was decent, but it’s clearly been left to rot. If you’re okay with staying in a dive or student accommodation, it’ll fit you perfectly. If you’re a working professional or seek quality - look elsewhere.

Great location across from the tram stop. Bathroom could have been cleaner.
