宿泊当日に部屋に着きましたが、部屋を開けることができませんでした。 何度、やっても開けることができず、隣の部屋の人には協力してもらいましたが、やはり開けることができませんでした。オーナーへの連絡は電話かショートメッセージとのことでしたが、使用していたeSIMと日本契約の電話では、両方ともに使えず、Expediaのメッセージ機能でやり取りをする方法をようやく見つけました。ここまでに3時間程度かかりました。Expediaのメッセージ機能でやり取りしても、再度試して欲しいとの連絡で、再度試してましたが、開けることはできませんでした。 その後、ようやく違う部屋の情報を教えてもらい、試したところ部屋に入ることができました。 ここまでで、おおよそ、4時間かかったため、夕食を食べることができませんでした。 このようにして、新しい部屋には入れたのですが、部屋が道路に面しており、車のエンジン音、カーラジオの音、人の話し声が夜中の3:00ぐらいまで鳴り響き、とても眠れる状況ではありませんでした。また、3:00を過ぎた後も定期的に、騒がしい状況が朝まで続きました。結局、ほとんど眠ることができず、チェックアウトしました。 ほとんど、徹夜状態でしたので、次の日の予定は三分の1程度しか行えませでした。 せっかく、高い航空券用意したり、何日もかけて作った予定をこなせず、本当に残念です。 オーナーは今回のことをどのように考えられているのでしょうか？ 一生に一度かもしれない計画を、散々な状態にされて、本当に怒りしかありません。 宿としては、とても料金を取れるサービスレベルでないと思いますので、すぐにでも宿泊業をやめた方が良いと思います。 もし、この宿を検討されている方は、同様のことが起こることを想定して、宿の検討をした方が良いと思います。 オーナーからの、なんらかの誠実な言葉や対応を強く希望します。

All I needed was a room with a lock, and a bed to sleep on. I got that. Bear in mind that there is no staff on site, and the facilities like bathroom and kitchen are shared amenities. The day you arrive you receive the codes needed to enter the building and to access your room. I arrived very late at night and left first thing in the morning. I genuinely do not know whether or not there were any other guests in the building. I had no trouble accessing the bathroom, but you should bear in mind that others may be using it. You should plan your schedule with buffer time for showering etc in case any other guests may be using it when you need it.

Recommended for solo travelers that aren’t afraid to share space with other commoners. Privacy is pretty minimal at this location. With more organization, this place has potential to be pretty good. Security is also very good once you get a good flow for the number padlocks.
