Quality Inn Tullahoma

Property was safe, clean, and close to dining options. The major problem was outside entrances with 2 floors and no elevator. Taking outside metal stairs is a no go for me.

Clean, quiet. Breakfast good. Pool wasn't usable. Had been unusable for awhile. Didn't understand why they didn't have someone out to fix it, being summer. Also bathroom too small.

Welcoming front desk. Decent breakfast included eggs, sausage, juice, coffee, fruit and coffee and more. Decent beds for 2 older sturdy people. The mattress liner had a yucky stain, but was covered by the fitted sheet, discovered after I slept on bed. Overall, good value for last minute rental. Disappointed that the pool is not available. Sounds like it has been out of commission for a long time. Would stay there again. It helped that I had points that covered most of the cost.

I accidentally booked for the wrong weekend and tried to change it literally 30 seconds after and they would bot change it, they kept my money and made me book abother room for the 1 night i needed. Terrible customer service, will be visiting this area several times a year, and i will not be coming bavk here.

Room 111's floor was leaking and had standing water on the floor, the toilet wouldnt flush all the way leaving floaters, and the fridge didnt work. The hotel listed having a pool but it has been unavailable since January and made no mention of that when I booked the hotel. Save your money and book a better hotel outside of Tullahoma

The staff were excellent. Pool was being worked on, so was not available. Loverion was excellent! And the room was very clean and had a nice scent!!

Tight parking spaces. Several work trucks. Just talked one person who can’t park straight to affect several spaces.

Hotel was ok. Pool was closed. Hotel is being updated. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent.

Pool was out of order….grounds and rooms could use a deep cleaning.

Just old and need to be cleaned better.

Pros: close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. Staff were very warm and welcoming. Cons: Water was very slow to drain in the shower. We never felt clean. The bedding was gross. The fitted sheets were old and beaded. The whole room could have used a deep cleaning. Many of the surfaces were dirty/ dusty.

Roaches crawling up the wall. Dirty inside the room and around the property. The manager needs to clean it up, shameful to have the Quality Inn name on this one

HOTEL LOBBY BATHROOM WAS DISGUSTING. VERY DIRTY, NO TOILET PAPER. LOOKED LIKE IT HADN'T BEEN CLEANED IN DAYS

Did find one bug, but other than that it was a nice, clean, comfortable hotel with a friendly staff and good daily housekeeping service.

As you know we booked and paid through Expedia. Upon arrival My husband was asked for his ID and card. He thought it was to verify the card used. He was charged $100 refundable fee without our knowledge upon entering the room. There were a couple roaches on the wall Behind the TV as well in the bathroom, which I killed, there was hair in the tub the bed smelled. we were too tired to go somewhere else and we did not have the funds to go somewhere else. They took extra money check out would be refunded by 11:15 and it would take 2-3 business days to receive the money. Frustrating is putting it mild!

Fairly clean but plenty of cockroaches! Not worth it! Spend a bit more to get a room without bugs!

Wow, it was so bad we left after 1 night. We could not stay there. Smelled terrible in stairwell and in room. Floor so dirty our socks turned black just walking across floor. Dust caked in the bathroom fan. One lampshade was discustingly stained and dirty. Pool closed. Breakfast had 1 yogurt in the whole cooler, 4 slices of plain bread, barely any crumbles of eggs. They did have plenty of sausage. Outside had litter everywhere. Under the steps was a shopping basket filled with discusting garbage. We voiced our concerns at the front desk while checking out, but received a denial of it all from the owner on our Google review, even though we included some photos. I know it is technically non-refundable, but I am going to try and get at least something back.

Bed was hard

The room was great. Up to date. Not perfect but nice. The bath tub was very old and stained horribly. My wife refused to use it. The bed was the absolute worst bed we have ever slept on, period. The first night was horrendous. The mattress was very lumpy. The spings squeaked and squaked at every single move made and the gawd awful "ka-doing" sound made it impossible to sleep. All of those noises were extremely amplified by the vinyl flooring. Worst night sleep and the next morning our backs hurt so bad we almost searched for a local chiropractor. We even considered checking out 3 days early. Talked to the desk clerk who was very sympathetic and sent maintenance to the room at some point that day while we were gone. We were very hesitant about spending another night but thought we would give it a second chance. Maintenance did something to the bed as it was no longer lumpy and didn\'t squeak or squawk at every move. It was almost tolerable except for when one of us would get up that gawd awful "ga-doing" noise was still there so any major move it would make the noise It was literally like sleeping on two metal filing cabinets. We got so little sleep that we checked out over 30 hours early at the cost of no refund for the unused day and night just so we could break up the 10 hour drive home because we knew we wouldn\'t make it home if we would have left when we had originally planned. Going to those metal bed frames was a horrible idea especially when you need mattresses.

TINY child size toilet

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was lay out well. I stayed 2 days after booking only one. I got a courtesy call on day 2 for check out around 10:30A. The bed was good & firm, not uncomfortably so. Internet was good overall, a couple disconnects during my stay. The bathroom (116) needs some tighting of the lid on the toilet. It is a bit tight in the bathroom - but manageable. Overall 4.6 out of 5. Very good for the price point under $100.

Everything was fine, but could use new beds. These were extremely hard and worn. Uncomfortable to say the least.

Tv channels were very limited and both of the double beds squeaked terribly.

Was pleasantly surprised. Room pretty clean, good staff. Only bad thing was the bed was very hard and sqeaked when you moved.

Overall for 1 night this hotel was sufficient. We never could get the a/c unit working right. The bed wasn't very comfortable but the pillows were good. The shower was very small. It is a bit cramped in the bathroom. The mexican restaurant attached to the hotel was very convenient after a long drive. Only had interaction with 2 staff members upon checking in/out. No issues there. Had to give $100 deposit for room incidents which i got back after the room was checked. I recommend cash for deposit so they can just give it back vs having to reverse the charge on your card.

Very basic room for a nights sleep. Very clean We arrived later in the evening after being discharged from hospital. (Broken ankle). Clerk came right to the room with us in case we needed help. Brought ice from restaurant next door for ankle. Excellent service

Overall I had a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. The only issue I had was noisy neighbors after midnight. The front desk handled the situation and I really appreciate that. I will be back.

You honestly cannot beat the Quality for the price you pay. We always choose them because they are the best location and value and meet all our needs. They have very friendly staff who are eager to provide excellent services.

The only thing I didn't really care for was how pushy staff/management seemed to be to leave the next day. We were well aware of what time check out was and where up and preparing to be out before checkout time. A staff member knocked on the door to make sure we were checking out about and an hour prior to check out and another time about 15 minutes before checkout time. It just felt very pushy.

Great place and convenient on the way to Jack Daniel distillery. The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk attendant was very helpful and extremely nice. The restaurant next to it was great. I definitely recommend.

The staff was very nice. It was an older building. It seemed to be quiet. There were two adjoining doors in my room leading to the rooms on both sides of me. The sink had a crack through it. Since I was in an upstairs room, I had to walk up stairs that were obscured. There were restaurants and shopping nearby. It was a convenient location to the activities we had planned.

Good no frills overnight hotel in a great location convenient to both the Jack Daniels and George Dickel distilleries.

Greeted with kindness and room was good enough. About a 20 min drive to Jack Daniels.

Check-in was efficient and friendly. The hotel was easy to find along the main commercial road. They upgraded our room since it was not a busy night. There is a Mexican restaurant onsite but we arrived too late to try it out.

Directly next to food options and overall excellent property for the price of the stay

Not much to complain about but there are some aspects the hotel can improve on. Couches in the suites need to be updated with either better cushions or an entirely new couch altogether. Our couch in our suite was very creaky and old- if you sat on it too hard it sounded like you were going to go through it. Housekeepers need to be more aware of stocking rooms properly as well- since our room didn’t have any hand soap at all. But we just used the face and body bars that were provided for the shower. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Guests were quiet and I enjoyed having a lunch/dinner option right there as there is a Mexican restaurant attached to the lobby of the hotel as soon as you walk in. Didn’t try it but it was convenient if we wanted to. Definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great room for the price, nice Mexican restaurant tied into the hotel lobby, my only issue was parking as the lot was full.

Had a great stay here. The stag was great with a knowledge of the area and the breakfast was delicious.
