Nothing good stands out about the place. I booked this place because i needed a hot tub. I checked in around 9 and asked what time the pool and hot tub closed and the attendant said that it stayed open all night but in reality it closed at 9.

False advertisement! Online pics are nothing like the actual facility. The facility is dirty and run down! They gave us a smoking room instead of a nonsmoking room as requested. The floors had not been thoroughly swept. There was hair, dirt and rodent droppings. The sheets and towels are old and in poor condition with stains. They didn’t offer clean linen, we asked for clean sheets for the following day and we were told that they didn’t have any. There are poop stains on the bathroom wall. The pool water was filthy. The landscaping is unkept and there is trash all over the parking lot. My daughter came from out of town to spend the Fourth of July weekend here with me and we both experienced our worse motel stay. Needless to say we’d never stay here again.

So, ill start with the somewhat positive, the lady at the counter was nice when we got there her english was rough (heavy accent) but she was still very sweet when we checked in. now for the bad, we drove in from out of town and booked on expedia which normally does great on picking things ok for me but when we got there it was 8:40 pm and we were very tired. The room was kinda aweful to be honest it was a smokefree room that smelled of smoke and cleaning supplys even though it wasnt very clean. there was a bug in the bed and a roach on the floor by the bed. the tv had a line thru the middle like someone dropped it, the chair had a very interesting stain on it. we went to the store bought rubbing alcohol and a spray bottle to spray the bed for bed bugs just in case i called the front desk to no answer several times. they only answered when i called using my cellphone and not the room phone. I explained to the night staff about the room issues all they said was sorry and she would put it on the computer and tell the manager..... so before we left i turned the keys to the morning crew and when i said something to the morning staff they said there was no mention of it on my room comments in the computer

The location was not bad, not far from the places we wanted to visit. The receptionist was kind and respectful. The property is old; definitely could use a good remodel. A lot of the stuff in the room is older, not broken which is probably why they haven’t updated it. The bathroom door made an awful sound when opening and closing- the leveling seemed to be off. The main door towards the parking lot (there’s 2 doors to the room) was broken. It wouldn’t open even with full force and the door handle would come off. So we locked that side and just used the other door (towards the pool) which at least opened and locked properly but you could visibly see that it had been kicked in or something because the chain lock at the top had a big crack on the door frame and was being held by screws. Thankfully nothing seemed sketchy during our stay but if you’re going to stay longer than like 2-3 nights, I don’t recommend.

I had never stayed at a Super 8. But decided to try this place out cause it was 3 mins away from my mom’s house. I also was so surprised how much space I had in my room. And that I had a Mimi fridge and a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker.And to that I had 2 entrances doors in my room. Meaning I had unloaded everything from my car straight into my room. That’s what I liked about my stay and even open the back door to my room and there was the pool. They only issue I had was hskp did not wipe down window base the A/C was really dirty filters were very dirty and no working phone.But overall my stay was Awesome.

Rude staff; dirty pool ; short on stuff for breakfast at 8:30 when it's advertised as available from 7 until 10; car was keyed (lightly) in parking lot; verifying reservations was hard to describe, took numerous phone calls; damage deposit not mentioned in booking with Expedia - never again!!!

The staff treated me like dirt while I was waiting for my Uber. Even locked the doors when I went outside to wait for it. They said they didn’t want me on the property bc I was waiting for my ride for to long and it hadn’t been long at all. I was kind, cleaner after myself, and I was treated wrongly. I’m a 23 year old female and I was by myself. There was no need to do that to me.

This hotel is the example of you get what you pay for. It’s an older hotel but our room was very clean. I never got the name of the girl who checked me in but she was as kind as she was beautiful. Very helpful and sweet.

Location could definetly use some upgrades. There was a single roach that came from the exhaust fan. Property needs to spray for ants. Overall it's comfortable and spacious for a good price.

The location was not bad, not far from the places we wanted to visit. The receptionist was kind and respectful. The property is old; definitely could use a good remodel. A lot of the stuff in the room is older, not broken which is probably why they haven’t updated it. The bathroom door made an awful sound when opening and closing- the leveling seemed to be off. The main door towards the parking lot (there’s 2 doors to the room) was broken. It wouldn’t open even with full force and the door handle would come off. So we locked that side and just used the other door (towards the pool) which at least opened and locked properly but you could visibly see that it had been kicked in or something because the chain lock at the top had a big crack on the door frame and was being held by screws. Thankfully nothing seemed sketchy during our stay but if you’re going to stay longer than like 2-3 nights, I don’t recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Our room was extremely hot & musty. Multiple outlets didn’t work. Stains all over the walls and curtains. Very run down. They say “continental breakfast” but don’t be fooled, it’s basically just packaged muffins & honey buns. And by 8 o’clock, almost all of them were gone. No one at the front desk could be found to replenish the “continental breakfast” so most people who were trying to eat had to leave and find breakfast elsewhere. The pool area is also run down and the pool water was gross so we didn’t bother getting in.

If breakfast is important then choose another property. 2 day business stay both days different excuse 1st day said delivery wasn't made 2nd day had sign in waffle maker out of order so i turned it on. Worked fine. No coffee no fruit nada. Busy business schedule it comes in handy but there is a circle k close. They look like their in the middle of slowly updating property so cluttered and disorganized no military discounts and staff friendly just not helpful at all.

Room wasn’t dirty but not cleaned properly stains on the blind and some left over material on the pillows, water marks on the roof some furniture was cracked door knobs were loose and the restroom door had holes, the breakfast was pretty much non existent nothing was set up and the front desk was asleep when I wanted to check out in the morning

Key wasn't working for our front door, so had to go to the front desk for help. Door just didn't work well. Had to go back to the front desk because our room didn't have a remote for the TV. Not all the lights worked. We didn't even have cleaning services over the few days we were there. Had to go to the front desk for trash bags and towels. Nothing but excused from the front desk. Continental breakfast was gross. Very little there but there was a bug inside the fridge that held the jug of milk & yogurts. Batter for the waffle was discolored. Price for the stay was good. Location was good, but we'll probably pay a little more next time for a better experience.
