The property needs an uplift! Old everything! Plumbing is horrible. I stayed two days and the water from the shower was still in tub when I left. Toilet flushes, but not well, have to flush numerous times. People live on property and has been from the looks of the environment. Please don't walk by, RUN!!

The first room they tried putting me in wasn't cleaned or somebody was still in there not sure which one then they moved me into one of the TV doesn't work in so they moved me to another one and the hot water didn't work in there but the hot water works in the one I was in the second time so they let me go in there to take a shower but Avis tidied up the room and told me not to make too big of a mess in there cuz he's going to rent it out and not to use the towels in there so I don't know if they actually cleaned it before renting it back out the ice machine doesn't work they wanted me to walk over to Quality Inn and use their ice machine and the TV in my third room it worked but there was lines through the whole TV so the quality of it was awful

It was a place to stay. Overall good. My only complaint is at check in I got a room and the key didn't work so went back to office to get fixed and no one at window, so I had waited an hour to get fixed, got new key didn't work, so after all the back and forth I finally was given another room 2 hours after check it time I was finally able to get in a room to go to sleep

We arrive late so I understand the wait but the employee had us in the lobby for 10 full minutes before he came out. We went to see the room and the stench of feces and rotted flesh was overpowering. Dirty room and shower, shower has pee stains and smells like pee. Dead bugs on walls and floor. Blood on the restroom door, the floor wasn’t swept or mopped. Bed sheets were dirty and stained, the mattress was horrible and literally on its last thread, ac didn’t work, NASTY NASTY NASTY. the pictures on the web are false advertisement, the rooms and lobby look nothing like that. If I would have known that I wouldn’t have booked the room. And the rooms are NON REFUNDABLE!!!

Dingy, but it's a motel and you get what you pay for. Wouldn't have bothered me, but booked a NON-SMOKING room and the whole room reeked of cigarettes. All my clothes smelled of smoke after I left. There's a reason why they offer a free soda for a review. Only stay here if you're short on cash and don't mind smelling like a smoker.

I liked that the tv worked with no problem but, there were dead bugs right when we walked in the door - glad they were dead. Also, the noise from the highway was too much, she gave me a room that stank and was right in the front across from highway.

Room had a leak in the ceiling right onto the center of the bed, mattress was incredibly thin and you could feel the springs, we saw three roaches and several other insects in the room, not to mention the entire facility was very run down. Had to wait ages for staff to man the desk when checking in/out. The bathroom light was also non-functional.

The gentleman at the front desk was so nice and had tje patience of a saint while i tried to unravel all the errors i made booking my stay online using one of my pay-over-time apps, I made a colossal mess of simple booking that took about two hours to fix but he was nice about it and let me do what I had to do in the lobby and once it sll got figured out he just handed me my key with a smile and told me to have a good night. Somebody give yhat man a raise!

I feel some stmpathy for the owner of this particular property, considering the room was clean and the parking lot well taken care of, it appears he is a victim of circumstance and environment as much of his clientel were disrespectful, walking around and yelling at each other all night, asking other guests for money in the parking lot and there were cars driving through the parking lot dropping people off and picking people up all night as well. I will say there were camers everywhere and my room was moved to the front of the building next to the office after expressing my concerns for safety. I stayed because the desk person assured me it was safe and did all he could to ease my mind, also the room was clean, they acccept my puppy and it was conveniently located.

This is a good hotel that we got for a family in need in the area. They loved it. Of course, this is NOT A HOTEL ! So, level-set your expectations. Overall, the area was quiet and though the place was somewhat old, I saw the staff going out of their way to help. They also took good care of the place, and had the non-smoking rooms separate from the smoking rooms. For the price, this is a good deal !

I was stranded in Houston and Hotel 6 was within walking distance. Place was old, dirty, and very shady with shady people hanging around outside doing drugs. I paid $50 so it was expected. I stayed here because I had to. i could have uber'd somewhere else but had to be back at Penske at 7 a.m. so I took the chance. I survived the night but if you can afford another place then do it.

I feel some stmpathy for the owner of this particular property, considering the room was clean and the parking lot well taken care of, it appears he is a victim of circumstance and environment as much of his clientel were disrespectful, walking around and yelling at each other all night, asking other guests for money in the parking lot and there were cars driving through the parking lot dropping people off and picking people up all night as well. I will say there were camers everywhere and my room was moved to the front of the building next to the office after expressing my concerns for safety. I stayed because the desk person assured me it was safe and did all he could to ease my mind, also the room was clean, they acccept my puppy and it was conveniently located.

Property was trashed and not very clean at all. Had people hanging out at all hours, asking for cigarettes if you stepped out of the room. Didn't feel very safe at all.

We got a room for 3 days and the front desk literally gave us a room that someone had already stayed in towels were all used and wet the floors werent swept or mopped the fridge had roaches the room had roaches crawling everywhere even up to my bed ... they have all kinds of people who do drugs running around some guy was trying to rape some girl outside she was yelling rape then another guy was trying to beat up someone else yelling really loud infront of our room so if you from the trenches then that hotel is PERFECT for you DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND

The room is I created with roaches. The phone wasn’t even connected to the outlet. There was blood splatter on the bathroom door. On top dirt and grease that looks like the place hasn’t been clean in a month. The night stands are about to fall off the wall. The tv is cracked. Took them 2 days to finally fix the tv. They refused to move us to a downstairs room due to my wife’s seizures. The guy during the day time is rude and always has attitude. The door doesn’t close all the way and the lock is super lose. And the AC is an asthma attack waiting to happen. There are no filters and it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year. I really hate making complains, but when I’m paying $65 a night, I want to sleep in comfort, a clean room and not have to worry about getting sick.

The rooms weren’t not clean I had blood stains on the floor. I took a video as well pictures of the blood. In the parking lot was a used condom with semen still in it. Woke up to roaches greeting me. I like how they have a smoking room and pets stay for free. Overall I can’t complain much.

roaches were everywhere. there was a dog that kept coming to my door and management thought was mine, and tried to open my door to put it in my room. house keeping didn't come to exchange towels, and the manager accused me of lying about it until he went and watched the video.
